Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe the influence of the principal’s leadership on the performance of teachers, work discipline on the performance of teachers, and the influence of the principal’s leadership and teacher work discipline together on the performance of teachers at SD Negeri Gugus 1, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Gugus 1, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with a research sample of 70 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies, and distribution questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. The results of this research show that there is a partially significant influence between the principal’s leadership and work discipline on teacher’s performance, and there is a significant simultaneous influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher’s performance at SD Negeri Gugus 1 Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. It means all schools should focus on principal’s leadership and work discipline of teacher to get excellent teacher’s performance.

Abstract

This research aims: (1) to determine the effect of communication on the performance of teacher working groups in Cluster 1 Lempuing Jaya District; (2) to determine the influence of leadership on the performance of teacher working groups in Cluster 1 Lempuing Jaya District; (3) to determine the influence of communication and leadership together on the performance of teacher working groups in Cluster 1 Lempuing Jaya District. This research was carried out in the Lempuing Jaya District Teacher Working Group with a total research sample of 71 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies, and distribution questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. Linearity Test and Normality Test. The results of this research show that: (1) there is a partially significant influence between communication on the performance of the teacher’s working group; (2) there is a partially significant influence between communication on the performance of the teacher’s working group; (3) there is a significant simultaneous influence between communication and leadership on the performance of the teacher’s working group.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of Guru Penggerak education and teacher discipline on the quality of learning of elementary school learning in Pedamaran District. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study consisted of 58 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the research show that: 1) there is a significant influence of the Guru Penggerak education program on the quality of learning; 2) there is a significant influence between teacher discipline and the quality of learning; and 3) there is a significant influence between Guru Penggerak education programs and scientific disciplines on the quality of learning. This article contributes to the primary school teachers in Indonesia, to give chance and support the teachers to be Guru Penggerak and have discipline personality.

Abstract

The objectives of this study: 1) to determine the influence of the principal’s leadership on teacher’s job satisfaction; 2) to determine the effect of school organizational climate on teacher’s job satisfaction; and 3) to find out jointly the influence of the principal’s leadership and school organizational climate on teacher’s job satisfaction. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Gugus 2, Teluk Gelam District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with a total research sample was 71 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies, and distribution questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. Linearity Test and Normality Test. The results of this research are: 1) there is a partially significant influence between leadership on teacher’s job satisfaction; 2) there is a partially significant influence between organizational climate on teacher’s job satisfaction; and 3) there is a simultaneous influence between leadership and organizational climate on teacher’s job satisfaction. This study recommends all schools in Indonesia should have good principal’s leadership and organizational climate, in order to have good teacher’s job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of interactional justice and procedural justice on organizational commitment with perceived organizational support as an intervening variable. The instrument in this research uses a questionnaire in the form of a closed statement because there are already alternative answers in the form of a 1-5 Likert scale, respondents are permanent employees of PT. PLN UP3 Malang (Persero) numbering 106 people. Data analysis uses the help of Smart PLS4 data processing software. The research results show that interactional justice and procedural justice have a significant positive influence on organizational commitment. Perceived organizational support has also been proven to act as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between interactional justice, procedural justice, and organizational commitment. This research is useful in the field of human resource management, especially in managing company policy direction by considering aspects of justice and organizational support so that it can increase organizational commitment from employees. This study makes a new contribution by identifying the role of perceived organizational support as an intervening variable in the relationship between interactional justice, procedural justice, and organizational commitment, which can enrich the human resource management literature.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and describe the influence of Penggerak school programs and teacher work motivation on the quality of elementary school learning in Lempuing Jaya District partially and simultaneously. This research method is quantitative correlational, with the research population being all teachers at SD Negeri 2 Lubuk Seberuk and SD Negeri 1 Lubuk Makmur, Lempuing Jaya District, totaling 55 teachers, all used as the research sample. Data was collected by documentation and questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive statistics and analytical hypotheses using simple regression and multiple regression with the help of SPSS 26. The results of this study show that: (1) there is a significant influence of the Penggerak school program on the quality of learning, (2) there is a significant influence of teacher work motivation on the quality of learning, (3) there is a significant influence of Penggerak school programs and teacher work motivation on the quality of elementary school learning in Lempuing Jaya District.

Abstract

A Merdeka curriculum is a curriculum that demands effectiveness in the learning process. For this reason, teachers must have high professionalism to implement a Merdeka curriculum in the learning process. This research aims to describe teacher’s professionalism in the learning process. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use documentation, interviews, observation, and literature review. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research state that SD Negeri 3 Lembak teachers can implement the Merdeka curriculum well through planning, implementing, and evaluating learning based on the Independent Curriculum. The obstacles faced by teachers include limited school resources, teacher skills, adaptation, and diverse needs, interests, and learning styles. Solutions taken to overcome obstacles include training and professional development for teachers, collaboration between teachers, coaching and mentoring through a strong leadership role to support implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Aria Group Hotel to determine the application and influence of the Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance through Work Motivation and Organizational Culture as mediating variables in Hotel Aria Group. This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type. There are 4 types of variables in this research, namely Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Employee Performance. The number of respondents in this study was 107 respondents. This sampling technique uses proportionate random sampling. The analysis techniques for this research are statistical analysis and Path Analysis. The results of this research indicate that the Transformational Leadership Style does not affect Employee Performance but has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation and Organization Culture. Work Motivation and Organizational Culture can mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance. The contribution of these findings can help management map the problems that exist within the company so that they can carry out maximum evaluations. Leaders are advised to also develop programs that support their efforts to improve the competence of their employees, and leaders also consider using the good input that has been proposed. by its employees to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and describe the implementation of ecopedagogic-based history learning in the Colonial Indonesian History course. This research uses this qualitative research method, and the data analysis model used is an interactive analysis model. Starting from the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results showed that the history learning process carried out in sixteen face-to-face meetings had been carried out by integrating elements or main pillars in ecopedagogic-based learning, namely historical environmental literacy, cultural literacy, and utilization. This research is relevant to Bloom's competency domain, namely the competency domain of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Previous research related to ecopedagogy only focused on the natural environment and its relevance to biology and social studies learning. Meanwhile, this research focuses on historical environments such as forts, museums, and monuments and their relevance to learning history. Ecopedagogic-based history learning is one of the solutions to monotonous history learning and is associated with the negative connotation that history learning is a boring memorization lesson.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the implementation of community governance in education. This article is expected to provide an overview and perspective on community governance and the successful implementation of education to achieve community governance in Indonesia. In this article, the method used is descriptive qualitative, using secondary data. The sources used to obtain data in this study are journals and books that support research studies, namely about community governance in the field of education. The results obtained in this study are the implementation of governance observed from transparency, participation, and accountability in schools. Educational governance covers various aspects such as the application of curriculum and learning, facilities and infrastructure as well as education financing. There are also problems in implementing this community governance, namely in implementing school governance not all teachers have IT skills, there are limited teachers in developing teaching materials (KI/KD) and learning methods, limited school facilities and infrastructure, limitations of parents in learning assistance and the economic limitations of parents in supporting distance learning.
