This study aimed to analyze the effect of organizing sporting events on revisit intention mediated by the tourist motivation in the tourism area of Danau Sipin, Jambi City. The population in this study were tourists who visited the tourist area of Danau Sipin, Jambi City. The sample in this study was selected by accidental sampling method. This method was chosen because it was difficult to determine the visitor data for tourist attractions because it changes every day, so the samples were the visitor that the researcher met randomly in the tourist area of Danau Sipin, Jambi City. Data analysis in this study used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of the WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results of this study indicated that organizing sporting events had a direct effect on motivation and revisit intention. The results of this study also indicated that the sporting events had an indirect effect on revisit intention which was mediated by tourist motivation

Penerapan pembelajaran online pada pelajaran PJOK diduga menjadi pemicu terbatasnya aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan oleh siswa sehingga menyebabkan penurunan kebugaran jasmani. Akumulasi dampak penurunan kebugaran jasmani menyebabkan peningkatan persentase lemak sehingga membebani kinerja jantung dan otot rangka dalam beraktivitas. Solusi untuk mengatasi kekhawatiran tentang dampak pembelajaran online PJOK diusulkan melalui pelatihan tabata dengan metode interval. Tabata adalah aktivitas fisik dengan memanfaatkan beberapa item gerakan latihan menggunakan beban internal tubuh pada batas gerak aktif dan istirahat . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan rancangan randomized pretest posttest design with control group.Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 15 siswa pada setiap kelompok, sehingga jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan adalah 30 siswa. Protokol latihan tabata menggunakan 8 squat, plank, mountain climber, push up, lunges, jamping jacks, back up, dan high knee selama 15 kali pertemuan. Pengukuran lemak menggunakan skinfold caliper Analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan Tabata terhadap proporsi lemak .

The elderly are an age group that is vulnerable to changes due to the aging process and these changes cause problems that can affect the quality of life of the elderly. This study aims to find out the impact of cycling activities on mental health and self-esteem in the elderly. Metode research used in this study method Causal-comparative research (Expost-Facto). The design used in this study is criterion-groupdesign. This research uses sampling techniques using non probability sampling,i.e. by purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people divided into 2 groups between the elderly who were active cycling and the elderly who were not active in sports. This study used two measuring instruments in the form of questionnaires, namely Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (WATERSHED 42) and Self-Esteem Rating Scale (SERS). Data analysis is processed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that there were differences in mental health and self-esteem between elderly people who were actively cycling and the elderly who were not active in sports judging from the t-test with Sig. (2 Tailed< 0.05 by drawing Sig conclusions. (2-tailed) mental health by 0,000 < 0.05 and self-esteem by 0.000 < 0.05. That is, cycling activities have an impact on the mental health and self-esteem of the elderly.

This research is conducted due to the problems in football, where some players tend to do wrong passing, inaccurate passing, and lack of passing power and quality. The research aims to describe the football passing technique skills in using the inside of the foot in terms of movement quality (preparation phase, impact phase, and follow-through) and result quantity of the football passing skills. The subjects were 30 football players from UNP Football Club. The data collection was conducted through video observation assessed by the football experts and using the football short passing test instrument. Based on the data analysis, it is found that the average of about 10.13 (80.28%) in terms of movement was also categorized as sufficient. Thus, the football coaches in UNP Football Club can improve the football passing technique regarding movement quality and result quantity in each football exercise process.

The purpose of this research is this study aims to find out the extent of the physical condition of the preparation of West Kalimantan Prapon futsal athletes in making pre-PON selection so that they can pass the PON event. The sample in this study was athletes Pra PON West Kalimantan consisting of 35 people consisting of 13 men and 22 women. The research method makes the research design using the "One Shot Method" approach, which uses one-time data collection. Data collection techniques use test techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study used quantitative descriptive statistics by percentage. The results of the data analysis can be concluded: (1) the physical condition factor of abdominal muscle strength and flexibility alone that has excellent average ability. (2). Pushing and pulling power, hand strength, limb strength, togok strength, agility have considerable average ability. (3) The physical components of the explosive power of the limb muscles have less average ability, (4) the physical condition factor of endurance and reaction time has very less ability

Penelitian dan pengembangan ini disusun untuk menghasilkan suatu hasil akhir berupa produk “Model Latihan Teknik Dasar Klub Bola Voli, Klub Bola Voli Universitas PGRI Palembang” yang berfungsi sebagai sarana bagi pelatih sebagai acuan dalam memberikan sesi latihan bagi atlet di klub masing-masing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D). Tata cara atau langkah-langkah penyusunan penelitian ini mengutip dari langkah penelitian Borg and Gall dimana terdapat 10 langkah, namun karena kondisi di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami pandemi Covid-19 maka peneliti hanya menggunakan hingga langkah ketiga dari penelitian yang diusulkan. oleh Borg dan Gall. Uji validitas model latihan passing bola voli dilakukan dengan 3 ahli yaitu ahli kepelatihan, ahli bola voli, dan pakar media. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data uji kelayakan teknik dasar passing bola voli adalah angket atau angket dengan skala penilaian. Data evaluasi berupa deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan teknik passing dasar bola voli layak diterapkan di lapangan untuk dijadikan acuan bagi pelatih. Hal ini dimaksudkan dari beberapa penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli pembinaan, ahli bola voli dan ahli media. Hasil akhir penilaian ahli pembinaan menunjukkan bahwa model latihan teknik dasar passing bola voli dinyatakan “layak diterapkan” dengan persentase sebesar 92,9%, hasil akhir oleh ahli bola voli menunjukkan model latihan teknik dasar passing bola voli adalah dinyatakan “layak diterapkan” dengan persentase 85,71%. Hasil akhir ahli media menunjukkan bahwa produk buku pengembangan teknik dasar passing bola voli dinyatakan “layak diterapkan” dengan persentase 80%.

Several studies suggest that poor sleep quality has an impact on both the mother and the fetus. Providing relaxation exercises in the form of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing can be a non-pharmacological effort to improve sleep quality in pregnant women. This study aims to analyze the effect of a combination of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing in pregnant women of third trimester. This research method is pre-experimental designs with a pretest-posttest control group design. The number of samples was 24 pregnant women trimester III with the sampling technique using consecutive sampling. The independent variable is the provision of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing exercises which are carried out for 3 times on a week over a period of 3 weeks. The dependent variable is sleep quality which is measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results showed a decrease in the mean value in the direction of improved sleep quality by a difference of 4.5 in the experimental group. Whereas in the control group there was an increase in the value which led to a deteriorating sleep quality by a difference of 1.42. The test results showed a difference in the pretest and posttest of the two groups p = 0.000 (p <0.05). These data indicate that there is an effect of a combination of progressive muscle relaxation and slow deep breathing on the sleep quality pregnant women of third trimester.

AbstractThis study aims to develop a learning model of volleyball passing over for class VIII junior high school students. The research method used is research and development (research and development). The subjects in this study were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 29 Palembang. The small group test consists of 10 students and the large group test consists of 20 students. The technique of taking the research subject used a purpose sampling technique. The results showed that the development of the volleyball passing over learning model had a material expert validity percentage level of 98%, and linguist validity 96%, so that the development of a volleyball passing over learning model could be said to be feasible. The level of reliability in the small group trial is 0.988 and the large group trial is 0.996, so it can be categorized as a high level of reliability. Overall, it is stated that the development of the volleyball passing learning model for class VIII students is very helpful for students in learning passing over more effectively. The importance of fostering responsible attitudes during online learning so that students' responsible attitudes can be formed through the habit of carrying out responsible behavior. Through practice-based course learning, it is hoped that students' attitudes of responsibility will be better. Because in practice-based courses not only aspects of skills are developed, but the formation of other aspects is developed in it through movement activities. The need for a learning model with an online concept that matches the characteristics of the student's attitude of responsibility so that the problems encountered can be handled appropriately.The researcher tried to unite the Hellison learning model and the Project Based Learning (PBL) model, considering that the researcher chose the helison model, which is one of the social reconstruction models that is suitable for problems regarding the attitude of responsibility, from the results of data analysis in this study, the probability value (sig. ) for responsibility is 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected, meaning that the Hybridization of the Hellison and PjBL models between the before and after tests has a significant effect on responsibility in the experimental group. Thus the Hellison model and the PjBL learning model are applied to foster students to understand the attitude of responsibility when participating in learning and practice a sense of personal responsibility (self-responsibility) which is packaged in a practice-based online learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar kombinasi materi gerak dasar permainan bola kecil yaitu pukulan servis bulu tangkis melalui media pembelajaran berbasis video menggunakan powtoon. Aplikasi powtoon dapat diakses secara online dengan melakukan registrasi terlebih dahulu. Penggunaan powtoon dapat mencakup materi dengan berbagai animasi, dapat menambahkan video, gambar, suara dan desain warna teks yang dapat disesuaikan. Hasil akhir penggunaan powtoon dapat disimpan secara otomatis di youtube yang mudah dilihat semua orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian dua puluh lima siswa kelas V. Tahap awal dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan observasi awal yang meliputi tiga ranah yaitu ranah afektif, ranah kognitif dan ranah psikomotorik. Hasil observasi awal pada ranah afektif dinyatakan 65% tuntas, kognitif 80% tuntas, dan psikomotor 70% tak tuntas. Jadi, dilakukan perbaikan pada ranah psikomotorik pada siklus 1 diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 75%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar dapat ditingkatkan melalui video pembelajaran menggunakan powtoon.
