Abstract

This research is aimed at describing and analyzing educational practices in Lagger onderweijs according to H.O.S Cokroaminoto and their relevance to the independent curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a character study type of research. The data consists of primary data and secondary data collected using documentation techniques using Google Scholar services. The data was then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results of the research show that H.O.S Cokroaminoto's ideas about education at Lagger onderweijs consist of national character education, organizational education and fun learning. All three have relevance to the learning principles in the independent curriculum at MI, namely involving students to be free, active and creative in learning based on certain topics. National character education also strengthens the identity of the nation's children who have religious character, nationalism, global insight, independence, creativity and critical reasoning which are relevant to the six dimensions of the Pancasila student profile in the independent curriculum. Meanwhile, H.O.S Cokroaminoto's idea of organizational education which teaches its members to reason critically by discussing, giving speeches and journalism is relevant to the learning principles in the independent curriculum which directs students to have literacy skills, critical reasoning and high level thinking or High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).

Abstract

This research discusses the poor ability to manage word structures, the low learning outcomes in class II at MI Ihyaul Islam, including when speaking Indonesian, they tend to stutter and when reading they still stutter. In this research. aims to describe the use of the global method (ganze method) in improving language structure in second grade students at MI Ihyaul Islam. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field research type. The data collection technique in this research uses three types of data collection, namely, field observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that before implementing the global method, students were less fluent in vocabulary or speaking, but after implementing the global method, students found it easier to manage language structures using series of picture media. The results of the research show that there is an increase in the global method (ganze methot), including students being good at managing word structures and teachers getting learning results that meet expectations.

Abstract

Currently learning mathematics that is carried out in elementary schools still uses old or traditional methods. The lack of innovation in the implementation of learning mathematics makes students lose enthusiasm and interest in participating in the learning process. Through learning mathematics based on Math Edutainment, it can increase students' interest in learning mathematics, namely learning can be done while playing. This study aims to determine the application of Math Edutainment-based mathematics learning in improving the mathematical problem solving abilities of class V at SDN Cicalengka 08. The method used in this research is to use qualitative research methods through a descriptive approach. The results obtained from this study are that learning mathematics in Class V students at SDN Cicalengka 08 by using the application of Math Edutainment can improve understanding in learning mathematics. This, based on the application of learning while playing in the process of learning mathematics can also increase the attractiveness of students to take part in learning. Therefore, students' mathematical solving abilities can be further improved in the learning process.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of differentiated learning on the social skills of class IV students in science subjects at SDN 19 Kelapa. The population in this study were 21 class IV students. The sample in this study amounted to 21 people. The sampling technique in this research was using a saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is an experimental method in the form of Pre-Experimental Designs with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design type. Data collection was obtained using activity, observation and documentation rubrics. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the data analysis data calculations obtained an average posttest result value of 81 (good) in the category "Very Effective. Based on the results of the normality test analysis using the Shapiro-Wilk test with the results of the pretest normality test calculations, it can be obtained that the pretest value is 0.087 > 0.05 and the posttest value is 0.148 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test analysis used the Paired-sample-t-test with the hypothesis results contained in Sig (2 tailed) that between the pretest and posttest had a value of 0.00 <0.05. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is effectiveness of differentiated learning on the social skills of class IV students in science subjects at SDN 19 Kelapa. This research needs to be developed by further researchers in subjects other than Natural Sciences such as PPKN, Indonesian, Mathematics so that innovation and novelty can be found related to differentiated learning for students' social skills in the learning process.

Abstract

This research was designed with the aim of improving student learning achievement using the differentiation method for grade II elementary school students with science material. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), where the teacher is the implementer of the learning while the researcher is the observer.The use of differentiated instruction can be applied at all school levels, including elementary school (SD). This time, a learning approach was used: Classroom Action Study (PTK) to assess student performance in science and social studies (IPAS). The objectives of this action research are: (a) to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing differentiation learning in improving academic outcomes, (b) the impact of implementing differentiation learning on students' academic OUTCOMES from 2nd year SD Negeri Blimbing 3, Lamongan , to determine. Regency. The analysis results show that the academic performance of students from Cycle I to Cycle III, i.e. H. H., increased significantly.Cycle I (66.68%), Cycle II (77.79%) and Cycle III (88.90%). The conclusion of this research is that the use of differentiated learning effectively increases the academic results and learning outcomes of SD Negeri Blimbing 3 Grade 2 students. This learning model can be used as an effective alternative to science learning at school level. Basic level/MI.

Abstract

The mastery learning model using Image Series media is a learning process by fully mastering the material assisted by media, namely a series of images. This research aims to determine the effect of the mastery learning model using a series of image media on the essay writing ability of Class IV students at the Miftahul Ulum Banjarejo Lamongan Elementary School. This type of research is quantitative using a pre-experimental design method type one group pretest-posttest (initial test – single group final test). The data collection methods used are observation, testing, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, normality testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the application of the Mastery Learning model using a series of image media averages 82% in the very good category. The students' essay writing ability obtained in the pre-test got an average score of 57.28 in the sufficient category in the range of 40- 60, while the post-test got an average score of 82.71 in the very good category in the 80-100 range. The results of the normality test analysis with the help of SPSS and the results of the significance value are 0.010 > 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual values ​​are normally distributed. followed by hypothesis testing, namely by using a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS with the provisions Sig < α, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and count < ttable, namely 7,468 > 0.444, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so there is an influence of using the mastery learning model using series image media. on the ability to write Indonesian essays for class IV students. By carrying out this research, it is hoped that teachers can create interesting variations of learning in the classroom with the hope that learning activities can be more enjoyable, and students will be more active so that students' ability to write Indonesian essays will increase.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripskan implementasi metode silaba dalam membaca permulaan siswa kelas I MI Mathlaul Anwar Sangiang, untuk mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam penerapan metode silaba dalam membaca permulaan siswa kelas I MI Mathlaul Anwar Sangiang. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah lemahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas I. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yaitu peneliti mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian sesuai degan kenyataannya. Instrument kunci dari penelitian ini yaitu peneliti sendiri, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan model Miles and Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam implementasi metode silaba dalam membaca permulaan siswa kelas I MI Mathlaul Anwar Sangiang berjalan dengan cukup baik meskipun terdpat beberapa kendala yang terjadi dalam penerapan metode silaba dalam membaca permulaan siswa kelas I MI Mathlaul Anwar Sangiang.

Abstract

One way to overcome the learning deficit caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is through the Independent Curriculum. This aims to change the curriculum so that students' interests and skills will be honed so that they can concentrate on building critical knowledge, moral qualities and student competencies. The aim of this research is to find out more about the implementation of the independent curriculum at SDN 13 Serang, identify the challenges faced by teachers there, and study the strategies teachers apply to overcome these challenges. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. Research findings show that the SDN 13 Serang school has succeeded in incorporating the independent curriculum into its teaching methods, although there are a number of challenges faced during this process. The school community's acceptance of the independent curriculum is an aspect that contributes to its implementation. Apart from limited references and unequal access to learning, teachers have additional challenges in implementing an independent curriculum, one of which is the lack of infrastructure to support it. In addition, because the school emphasizes learning according to independent curriculum standards, its use has a very positive impact.

Abstract

Based on observations, there are low mathematics scores for measurement material in 2 different schools. This happened due to the COVID 19 factor and lack of parental guidance. Therefore, as a reference, researchers developed RME-based mathematics teaching materials in the form of realistic mathematics education-based modules. This research uses the R&D method. aims to determine the procedures, feasibility and effectiveness of the module. Based on the research carried out, the results of the research are: procedures carried out based on the ADDIE model, validation from media and material experts respectively 75% and 76%. And this product is considered effective because it can liven up the classroom atmosphere and get student and teacher questionnaire scores of 100% and 85% respectively.

Abstract

The primary goals are as follows: 1) to compare the mathematical concept understanding of students taught using direct learning versus the TGT learning model with the help of PAPAR learning media; 2) to measure the impact of the TGT learning model with PAPAR learning media on students' mathematical concept understanding; and 3) to observe students' reactions after implementing the TGT learning model with PAPAR media on their mathematical concept understanding. A quantitative and experimental approach is used in this study. The research methodology for this study was a quasi-experimental design using a Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control type. Fourth graders from SDN 10 Singkawang participated in the research, which used a non-probability sampling approach based on a saturated sample. The results of this research show that: (1) compared to students whose math lessons used the direct learning model, those whose classes utilized the TGT learning model with the help of PAPAR learning media had a stronger grasp of mathematical ideas. While t_hitung is greater than t_tabel. The following are the reasons why: (1) We reject Ho and accept Ha; (2) The TGT learning model with the help of PAPAR learning media has a significant impact on students' ability to understand mathematical concepts; (3) The average response rate of 77% from students to the TGT learning model with the help of PAPAR learning media is very high.
