Abstract

Today's teenagers tend to think positively about religious developments, so many of them do not yet consider themselves to be servants of God. Adolescence is a transition period between childhood and adulthood. Biological and psychological growth and development. So, with Islamic counseling guidance you can build the religiosity of teenagers at school. This research aims to determine the condition of adolescent religiosity at school and analyze the implementation of Islamic counseling guidance in building adolescent religiosity. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of someone's words or utterances that need to be observed. The qualitative descriptive research referred to in this research is using an Islamic counseling guidance approach by describing the conditions and implementation of Islamic counseling guidance in building adolescent religiosity in schools. The research results show that the condition of adolescent religiosity at school has several aspects that need to be implemented, namely the need for parental attention, the need for religious practice, knowledge about religion, the consequences that will occur in adolescents. Then the teenage religiosity crisis is caused by family, environmental, social and social media factors

Abstract

This article discusses the influence of democratic parenting on the formation of children's character, the aim of which is for us to know what impacts the application of democratic parenting has on children, both good and bad. The author uses the literature observation method to summarize the results from various references which are then differentiated based on the type of research from each source used as a reference. In this context, democratic parenting patterns have positive and negative impacts on the formation of children's character, positive impacts include tolerance, independence, superior personality, the ability to share, respect for differences, and an attitude of not imposing the will of others. The impact of democratic parenting on children's social and emotional development includes children's ability to make friends easily, be willing to collaborate, show independence, and be willing to share. ant role of democratic parenting in shaping children’s character in a positive way.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the relationship between gender stereotype perceptions and students' self-presentation at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. This research is limited only to gender stereotyped views of students' daily life at school. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The sample in this research was students in classes X and The instruments used were gender stereotype questionnaires and student self-presentation questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Percentage Test with formula C, statistical assumption test, and Correlation Test. The research results show that: 1) the level of perception of gender stereotypes of students at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi is in the high category with a percentage of 78%. 2) students' self-presentation at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi is in the high category with a percentage of 74%. 3) The research results also show that the correlation results are known to be positive at 0.414 > r table 0.138 with a sig result of 0.000 < 0.05. The Pearson correlation value obtained is interpreted using correlation guidelines, where the calculated r (0.414) is in the range (0.40 – 0.70) which is interpreted as falling into the category of having an adequate relationship. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship in the positive direction between perceptions of gender stereotypes and students' self-presentation.

Abstract

This article endeavors to delve into the intricacies of human psychology within the framework of the Quran and Hadith. The research methodology employed is a comprehensive library research approach, utilizing reputable sources such as books, journals, and pertinent prior research related to the predetermined theme. The research findings illuminate that the field of psychology delves into the very essence of the human soul, exploring various phenomena, processes, and contextual backgrounds. Viewing humans from the perspective of individual and social entities, encompassing the psychological (spiritual) and biological dimensions, they are perceived as entities harmonizing both material and spiritual components. Abstract

Indonesia is a country where the majority of the population adheres to Islam as their belief. The availability of halal food and products is a necessity for Muslims to fulfill their daily food needs. The role of an educator of halal products is needed to promote the practice of consuming halal food to increase awareness, understanding and knowledge about the importance of consuming halal food consistently. This study aims to determine the influence of religious instructors in motivating Muslim communities in Tigandreket District, Karo Regency to stay away from unclean foods in consuming food. As a result, it is known that several things are understood by the people in Tigandreket District, Karo Regency regarding halal food, including: the container has a halal symbol, the killing of animals is accompanied by the prayer of Allah (SWT), the method has been followed, and the processing and packaging have been completed, sanitation and kitchen conditions and cold storage areas are both adequate, food does not use alcoholic beverages or pork, is legally obtained without theft, and is produced using legal ingredients. During counseling, community openness and the involvement of other officers in socializing and providing guidance to the community help with the counseling. While the factors that hinder the process of counseling halal products are the lack of supporting media when conducting counseling such as guidebooks or assignment letters.

Abstract

In human life, of course, there is no escape from mistakes. The existence of an incident makes the hearts of all people on earth become anxious and worried about the behavior they will do when undergoing an activity. This can dig oneself to always make peace before or after doing something that is done. In this study has the aim to describe the muhasabah technique of the Qur'anic perspective contained in surah Al Inshirah verses 1-8. Muhasabah has a positive effect on all individuals to always be vigilant and as a form of self-assessment. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method of analysis through library research techniques by collecting data or materials related to discussions and problems, taken from literature sources, then analyzed. From some of the results of research conducted by previous researchers show that muhasabah activities are one of the good techniques carried out in introspection, self- evaluation, calming down or improving themselves and reinforced by the perspective of Surat Al Insyirah which contains the meaning of sincerity, patience and hard work and if you practice this letter it will get spaciousness in life, Get ease in finding sustenance,Get spaciousness of heart.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's curiosity regarding students' perceptions of WhatsApp social media-based information services because information services are core services in guidance and counseling, therefore it is important for guidance and counseling teachers to know how much benefit the use of social media has in the process of supporting service delivery. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in the study were class XI students of SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City. The sample in this study was 115 students using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using a percentage test with formula C. Based on the research results stated above, after distributing the questionnaire instrument to 115 respondents with 25 instrument items, the results showed that six indicators of students' perceptions of WhatsApp social media-based information services were in the good category. So it can be concluded that each indicator has the opportunity and potential to influence students' perceptions of WhatsApp   social media-based information services at SMA Negeri 11 Jambi City

Abstract

Self-confidence influences the way a person interacts and communicates with other people. Confident people tend to build stronger relationships because they can express themselves without worrying about being rejected or criticized. Conversely, a lack of self-confidence can prevent a person from building healthy and mutually beneficial relationships. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication in class XI students. This research is quantitative research with 67 class XI vocational school students as research subjects. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data collection in this study used a scale of self-confidence and interpersonal communication. The research data was analyzed using Kendall's Tau-b correlation with the help of an application IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication as evidenced by the obtained r value = 420 and p value = 0.000.

Abstract

Background: The increasing use of the internet among adolescents has raised concerns about internet addiction, which can have negative impacts on academics, mental health, and social relationships. This addiction is often associated with low self-control in students. Purpose: This study aims to explore in more depth the characteristics of high school students who are addicted to the internet and what factors influence self-control in high school students with internet addiction. Method: To explore this topic, the method used is a systematic review (Systematic Literature Review/SLR) by collecting and analyzing recent studies from 2020 to 2024 that discuss the factors that influence self-control and its relationship to internet addiction. Results: The results of the literature analysis show that the characteristics of students who experience internet addiction tend to show addictive behavior, which can include excessive use of social media, online games, and other internet activities. Factors that influence self-control include personality traits, especially neuroticism and extroversion. The influence of parenting styles, both permissive and authoritarian, affects children's internet use. Permissive parenting tends to increase addiction, while stricter parenting can reduce online time. Students' self-control is influenced by various factors, including gender, family structure, and social environment. Conclusion: This study suggests that high school students who are addicted to the internet tend to experience addictive behaviors that negatively impact their mental health and academic performance. This addiction is influenced by factors such as personality, parenting style, and social environment.

Abstract

Indonesia faces serious challenges in terms of mental health, ranking fourth in mental health disorders and fifth in anxiety worldwide, according to the 2014 WHO report. This article highlights several factors that cause mental health disorders in teenagers in Indonesia.  Firstly, parenting styles play an important role, with democratic parenting that supports children's freedom, harsh authoritarian parenting, and permissive parenting that lacks care, all having different impacts on adolescent development.  Conflict and negative parenting styles are associated with an increased risk of depression.  Second, inadequate living environments, such as densely populated areas and damaged houses, can affect adolescents' mental health.  Third, socio-economic factors such as financial stability and demands for achievement also have a significant impact on the psychological well-being of adolescents.  This means that a deep understanding of these factors is very important in efforts to improve the mental health of teenagers in Indonesia.
