Interpersonal communication is one of the important skills in the school environment that is needed by students to be able to establish positive relationships with all members of the school and increase the effectiveness of learning. The aim of this research is to explore sociodrama techniques applied in effective group guidance services to improve students' interpersonal communication skills at SMA Negeri 1 Sumberrejo. Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK) was carried out as a method in this research involving eight students from class X-3 in two cycles. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in students' interpersonal communication skills after participating in group guidance services using sociodrama techniques. The use of the Wilcoxon test in data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test score and the post-test score. The results of this research provide facts or empirical evidence about the benefits of sociodrama techniques in group guidance services as an effort to increase students' abilities in interpersonal communication skills.

Self-control can direct a person to behave in a positive directionand in accordance with the norms that apply in society. Students who have good self-control will suppress the tendency to carry out negative behavior such as verbal aggression. This verbal aggressive behavior causes problems that can lead to fights and disharmonious relationship between students. This research aims to determine the effect of self-control on students’ verbal aggressive behavior. This research is a quantitative research using ex-post facto method with 50 students as research samples obtained through purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of research data using simple regression analysis techniques via SPSS IBM 25. The research results found that there was an influence of self-control on students’ verbal aggressive behavior at SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi. This result obtained from the Fcount value of 140.995 with Sig. 0.006 < 0.05. The value of R Square is 0.148, meaning that self-control has an influence of 14.8% on the verbal aggressive behavior of students at SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi.

The purpose of this study were: 1) To describe the implementation of group guidance services with symbolic modeling techniques to prevent the use of cosmetics in female students of SMPN 3 Bae Kudus, 2) To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of group guidance services using symbolic modeling techniques to prevent the use of cosmetics at school. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest and posttest design. Before being given treatment in the form of group guidance services using the Symbolic Modeling technique, measurements were taken to determine the extent of students' understanding and discipline related to their appearance at school through a pretest, on 15 female students in class VIII D. The results showed that 9 students scored in the low category with an average value of 69, which means that they have not implemented a disciplined attitude to obey the rules and do not have an understanding of the proper use of cosmetics. Then after being given treatment in the form of group guidance services using the symbolic modeling technique, there was a significant increase of 51% to 120 with a high category on the posttest. This was also proven by the results of the analysis test using the Wilcoxon Test which obtained an Asymp value. Sig of 0.007 <0.05 which means Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the group guidance service of Symbolic Modeling technique is proven effective in preventing excessive use of cosmetics in class VIII D female students of SMPN 3 Bae Kudus.

The purpose of this study is to improve the career planning skills of students with low self-efficacy through group guidance using the Project Based Learning method. This research is an action study consisting of 2 cycles, with each cycle comprising 3 meetings. The researcher used career tree media in cycle 1 and a mind mapping in cycle 2. The results from the career planning scale showed a pre-test result of 45.73%. After the intervention, the students' ability to plan their careers increased by 29.79%, resulting in a career planning score of 75.52%. A further increase of 19.06% occurred from post-test 1 to post-test 2, bringing the percentage to 94.58%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning method through group guidance is effective in improving the career planning skills of students with low self-efficacy.

Tiktok social media is one of the fastest growing social media platforms in the world, excessive use of social media by teenagers will have a negative impact on academic performance at school, teenagers become lazy and irresponsible with their duties, resulting in teenagers not having time to study. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. A person's social behavior can be influenced during the learning process through motivation and influence from the surrounding environment. Peers can have an influence on the use of TikTok, from those who don't initially use TikTok to those who end up using TikTok. Teenagers with social media addiction are more likely to experience various negative problems including problems in social behavior.

This research aims to describe the correlation between Self-Regulation and Fear of Missing Out (FoMo) Syndrome in Female Students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at IVET University Semarang. This type of research is quantitative correlational research using two variables, namely self-regulation and FoMo syndrome. The sample used in this research was 34 female students in the 5th semester of the 2021/2022 class. The technique used in sampling in this research was purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the selfregulation and FoMo syndrome scales. The results obtained using the product moment correlation technique (Γxy) = - 0.453 and p = 0.007 (p < 0.05). This means that there is a negative relationship between self-regulation and FoMo syndrome in female students. According to the results of the data that has been obtained, the variable self - regulation (. Meanwhile, the FoMo syndrome variable has a hypothetical value = 50 and an empirical mean = 55.29. This means that the data shows that the FoMo syndrome of female students is relatively high because it has a hypothetical mean value < the empirical mean. So it can be concluded that the lower the self-regulation that female students have, the higher the FoMo syndrome that occurs. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis formulated in this research is accepted.

This research is entitled The Effectiveness of Relaxation Techniques for Reducing Anxiety Public Speaking for Students of SMPN 11 Jambi City. With the aim of find out whether relaxation techniques are effective in reducing speaking anxiety in public at SMPN 11 Jambi City students. This research is field research with quantitative methods used an experimental method with a two group pretest post test design This treatment was applied to 52 students, with a sample of 26 experimental group students and 26 control group students. Data analysis used the t test with the help of the SPSS version 26. The results of this research prove that the relaxation technique is effective in reducing students' anxiety about speaking in public and from significant grades (2tailed) of 0.003 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a decrease in the average after implementing relaxation techniques to reduce anxiety about speaking in front General Students of SMPN 11 Jambi City. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that relaxation techniques effective for reducing students' anxiety levels about speaking in public SMPN 11 Jambi City. The implications of this research can be an illustration for teachers can provide relaxation techniques to reduce the level of speaking anxiety in public for students of SMPN 11 Jambi City.

Bullying is behavior consciously carried out by a person to harass and hurt another person. Ideally, guidance and counseling teachers (BK teachers) are required to pay attention to preventing bullying behavior, The purpose to be achieved in this study is to describe the understanding of how the role of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming bullying problems among students. It can be seen from the implementation program of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming bullying and how the results have been achieved by the efforts of guidance and counseling teachers in overcoming bullying behavior. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique used is interviews. The population of this study was all BK teachers of State High School in Pasaman Regency, The sample of this study included high school counseling guidance teachers throughout Pasaman Regency using purposive sampling techniques with 15 BK teachers. The results of the interview about BK teachers' efforts to overcome bullying behavior from the questions given to guidance and counseling teachers on average answered that the problem of bullying in every school exists. Guidance and counseling teachers already have a program for implementing counseling guidance from student need assessments that describe the content of the program one about bullying, so from this result BK teachers contain in overcoming the problem of bullying in classical services, individual counseling services, group guidance services, and group counseling so that the problem of bullying increases and teachers some BK teachers are involved in anti-bullying school programs making it easier for teachers Guidance and Counseling in implementing the program, as well as BK teachers also conducting mediation services in resolving the case.

This study explores the career interests of deaf students at SMALB Pangudi Luhur using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research population consists of students from SMALB Pangudi Luhur, with a sample of 30 tenth-grade students. Data were collected using the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) instrument, which identifies career interest types based on John Holland's theory of vocational choice. The results indicate that deaf students have varied career interests, yet most lack clear career planning. The developed career guidance program aims to help students recognize their talents, interests, abilities, and the courage to make appropriate career choices. This program, formulated based on SII assessments, includes basic services, individual interest and planning, responsive services, and system support. Through an inclusive approach involving all stakeholders, the program strives to ensure that every student has access to explore their full potential in life. This study underscores the importance of targeted and focused career guidance to support the development and well-being of deaf children, enabling them to achieve success in education and their careers.

This research aims to describe student self-efficacy by providing an understanding of several problems related to students' lack of learning and lack of confidence in their abilities. The research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The quantitative approach emphasizes the analysis of numerical data (numbers) which are processed using statistical methods. The respondents in this research were 43 third semester students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program at IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the relationship between self-efficacy and students' anxiety levels. Students who have self-efficacy were obtained from 43 respondents, 13 students had low self-efficacy and were not anxious (30.23%), 12 students were mildly anxious (27.90). %), moderately anxious as many as 9 students (20.93), severely anxious 7 students (16.27%), panicked 2 students (4.6%), This shows that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and the level of anxiety in guidance and counseling study program students in the third semester From the results of the research above, the researcher assumes that the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety levels is sufficient to influence students in the guidance study program and, therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and students' anxiety levels. students are in the moderate anxiety category. There is a p-value = 0.000 < significance value α = 0.05 and r = -0.506, which means there is a significant relationship in the negative direction between self-efficacy and student anxiety with a moderate level of correlation.
