<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the form of satirical language style used by the interviewees in Mata Najwa's talk show "Jokes in the country of opera", to explain the meaning of the satirical language style used by the speakers in Mata Najwa's talk show "Jokes in the country of opera", and to explain the function of the satirical language style used resource person in Najwa's eye talk show "funny in the land of opera". This type of research is qualitative research. This study uses a descriptive analytic method, namely by analyzing and describing descriptively the data obtained in the study, broken down into words not numbers. Methods of data collection in this study using the method of documentation and notes. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusions. The results of this study are the speeches of the informants in the Mata Najwa talk show "Jokes in the Land of Opera" which contain satirical language styles. The data source for this research is Mata Najwa's YouTube channel with a video titled "Jenaka in the Land of Opera" part 1 to.d. 7. The data found were 44 satire language data in Najwa's eye talk show "jokes in the country of opera" consisting of 17 Horatian satire data, 14 juvenile satire data, and 13 menippean satire data.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the drill method in learning cultural arts in schools. This study aims to describe the results of the Drill method in learning art and culture with simple rhythm patterns. This research is a descriptive qualitative research by taking data at SDN Perumnas 1. with the subject and object of research to Class II Teachers, Class II students, and also Parents of Class II students. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was collected by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are the drill method in learning art and culture of simple rhythm pattern class II SDN Perumnas 1 can be said to be good because SDN Perumnas 1 has implemented the drill method since the beginning of learning. But there are some students who do not understand the lesson. when given a question the answer is not right. From the explanation of the second grade teacher, students have received cultural arts learning by applying the drill method well and almost completely learning art and culture is achieved.]]>

One of the tools of communication is language. Language is a tool for interaction or communication in society, providing people with ideas, food for thought, and specialized information. Language is either arbitrary or the primary means of inter-human communcation. Language is a system that links gestures and sounds to meaning. The purpose of this study, which was to determine whether using the scramble game improved students' vocabulary in any different meaningful ways and to determine the motivational factors between the participants, was to examine how scramble might be used to improve students' vocabulary ability in the classroom.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to find out an overview based on empirical findings in the management of school environmental resources, especially in improving students' PHBS. This research uses case studies where the process of seeking information through the phenomena that occur. This study also uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results obtained are that environmental resource planning is reflected in the school's vision and mission, organizing is reflected in the school's organizational structure, the implementation of environmental resource management including the implementation of the vision, mission and goals of the school is carried out by the field of developers and school members, resource development through participation training activities and programs related to cleanliness as well as evaluation and follow-up which are carried out with direct supervision from the school principal in the form of sudden inspections of school education staff carried out conditionally and maintaining the environment of school residents. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that management of school environmental resources has been carried out according to its function, but it is necessary to make a program of environmental resource management activities related to planned PHBS so that a school environment that supports the comfort and health of students is created.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities by using the problem-based learning model with the help of Quizizz media in class VII of RA Kartini Tebing Tinggi Private Middle School, 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects in this study were 30 grade VII students of Private Middle School R.A Kartini Tebing Tinggi. Data collection techniques used by researchers are teacher and student observation sheets to test students' mathematical problem solving abilities and documentation. This research is a classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Before carrying out the action, an initial ability test is first given and at the end of each cycle a student's problem-solving ability test is given. The test results of students' mathematical problem solving abilities increased from the initial test cycle I and cycle II. In the classical pre-test, 3 students (10%) passed and the average pre-test ability was 46.39 with a very low level of ability. In the first cycle test experienced an increase classically obtained 16 students (53.33%) completed and the average ability was obtained 69.44 with the level of ability in the sufficient category. Then in cycle II there was also an increase classically, 27 students (90%) completed and the average ability was obtained 86.67 with a very good level of ability. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the problem-based learning model with the help of Quizizz media can improve the mathematical problem-solving abilities of class VII students of Private Middle School R.A Kartini Tebing Tinggi.]]>

<![CDATA[Banking is one of the sectors of the economy that meets and serves its customers every day. The pros and cons of these financial institutions cannot be separated from the policies and treatment of employees to their customers. quality of service that makes customers feel satisfied and feel well served. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on micro customer loyalty (Case Study of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sukajadi Bandung Unit). The population in this study amounted to 101 people with non-probability sampling techniques and the type used was purposive sampling with a total of 30 people. This type of research is descriptive verification research. The statistical instrument used was regression analysis using validity, reliability, and normality tests. The results showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect on micro customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has an effect but not significant, while the analysis results of service quality and customer satisfaction on micro customer loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant effect.]]>

<![CDATA[The study alms to analyze the impact of using gadgets on the character profile of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 70 Prabumulih. The research uses descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 70 Prabumulih totaling 22 students. Date collection techiques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techiques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The result of this study indicate that many students still use gadget to play. From this, children who intially like to play with their friends can change their habit of being given gadgets as a substitute for playmates. Thus, it is important to notify the negative impact of using gadgets.]]>

<![CDATA[The flipped classroom model is an instructional strategy that is currently gaining popularity among educators and instructors. It differs from the traditional teaching approach, in which teachers primarily give instructions in classrooms. Before class, students are asked to watch video that contains the materials which are going to be discussed in class. The teacher then encourages them to participate actively in class and work together with their classmates. The advantages of applying FCM in the context of EFL learners have existed since its application in every field, however only few scholars discussed it with the limited aspect. The purpose of this study is to present the benefits of FCM for EFL learners through discussing the ideas proposed by some scholars that have seen some advantages via their research. The discussion focuses on the benefits in the context of EFL learner with some elaborations concerning the importance of FCM in education field with a short elaboration of the benefits for teacher as a part of the learning process.]]>

<![CDATA[The Nusantara Module is one of the compulsory subjects for students participating in the Independent Student Exchange program. The Archipelago Module is a series of activities that focus on creating a comprehensive understanding and aim to introduce the cultural richness of the Archipelago from various aspects. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Nusantara Module course recognizes the Ulun Ondot ceremony of the Dayak tribe. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subject of this research is the Dayak people who live in Sekatak Buji Village, Sekatak District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the Nusantara Module course has a role in getting to know Dayak culture, especially the Ulun Undot Ceremony for Inbound Students through: directly observing the Ulun Undot ceremony of the Dayak tribe and knowing that the Ulun Ondot custom is a cultural heritage of the Dayak tribe.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is that in this school there are still students who have online game addiction behavior. The purpose of this research is to describe; 1). Prior to being given behavioral counseling services using modeling techniques. 2). After that, behavioral counseling services were given using modeling techniques. 3). The effectiveness of behavioral counseling using modeling techniques to overcome online game addiction in students. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative experimental method. The population of this research is 6 students. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, namely 2 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire. As for data analysis using the Paired Sample T test. Based on the results of research on: The effectiveness of behavioral counseling using modeling techniques to reduce online game addiction. 1). Previously given behavioral counseling services using modeling techniques were in the high and medium categories. 2). after being given behavioral counseling services using modeling techniques are in the very low and low categories. 3). The effectiveness of behavioral counseling services using modeling techniques to reduce online game addiction behavior in students is effective because there is a significant change between pretest and posttest. This research is recommended for counseling teachers who are expected to be able to provide language counseling services by using modeling techniques and utilizing existing facilities and infrastructure in schools.]]>
