Abstract

Based on the results of interviews with several teachers, it was found that grade X students of SMK Negeri 1 Lotu still have many teenage students who have poor self-concept due to the bullying actions they receive. As for several factors that cause poor self-concept of adolescent students From these findings, researchers made a study with the aim of knowing the picture of changes in the self-concept of bully victim students in class X of SMK Negeri 1 Lotu through group counseling guidance services.This study uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, with the formulation of the research problem describing the results of group counseling guidance to students who are victims of bullying seen from the level of student self-concept. In this case, researchers distributed questionnaires to find out the level of students' self-concept and then counseling guidance was carried out on students who had a high level of bullying. The results of this counseling guidance will be described using percentages. The number of samples distributed by the self-concept questionnaire was 100 people. The results stated that the self-concept of bully victims at SMK Negeri 1 Lotu was classified as "Medium" with a percentage of 67.79%. But there are still 30 students who have a "High" or "Very High" self-concept . The cause of students who have a self-concept of bullying victims who are "High" or "Very High" is first because they are less able to improve themselves, not optimistic about themselves, causing a lack of student confidence and unable to overcome problems on their own. The results of the implementation of counseling guidance services for students victims of adolescent bullying in general are "Very Effective" with an average percentage of 86.4%.

Abstract

There are problems with man's lack of awareness of gratitude for his achievements as a gift from Allah Almighty, selfishness and lack of awareness of success which is essentially a gift from Allah. Awareness of gratitude is considered very important as an expression of gratitude for the blessings given. Ironically, many are overfavored but lulled by egos and passions, causing discontent that encourages despicable acts such as corruption. The purpose of this article is to gain a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the meaning of gratitude through the interpretation of the Qur'an. The research method applied is a qualitative approach by conducting a literature study analysis, this study compares between Tafsir al-Iklil Fi Ma'ani at-Tanzil by K.H. Misbah Mustafa and Tafsir al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The results showed that gratitude is not just a verbal expression, but is reflected in actions. The interpretation of K.H. Misbah Mustofa emphasizes the improvement of worship and faith, while Buya Hamka focuses on the social aspect. In conclusion, gratitude is not only in the form of obedience to God, but is also reflected in social relationships. Thanking Allah is recognized as the key to additional favors, while dissatisfaction can lead to negative consequences such as istidraj or emptiness. This research provides comprehensive and in-depth insights into the meaning of gratitude, highlighting the importance of awareness of His blessings in achieving life success.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze effective energy infrastructure development strategies to improve accessibility and availability of energy in remote areas. Remote areas often face challenges in accessing adequate energy, which can hinder their social and economic development. Through a qualitative approach, this research explores various strategies that can be implemented to enhance energy accessibility and availability in remote areas. The SWOT analysis method is used to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats. The research findings suggest that the suitable strategy for energy infrastructure development in remote areas is to integrate existing strengths and opportunities. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for decision-makers in designing sustainable and inclusive energy policies for remote areas, with a focus on improving energy infrastructure.

Abstract

Character education has become a major concern in efforts to improve the quality of education. In the context of the dynamics of the times that continue to develop, character education has an undeniable role in forming quality individuals who are able to contribute positively to society. This research explores the concept of character education as the main pillar in improving the quality of education. Through a qualitative approach, we analyzed awareness of the importance of character education, challenges in implementing it, and effective strategies in making it happen. The research findings highlight the need for collaboration between various educational stakeholders, the development of innovative strategies, and a continued commitment to creating an inclusive, ethical, and quality educational environment.

Abstract

Education plays a central role in shaping the character and identity of a nation. In the context of Indonesia, the values of Pancasila and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika serve as philosophical foundations that guide the formation of a superior generation both academically and morally. This research aims to describe the implementation of the understanding of Pancasila values and diversity in strengthening the Indonesian identity at the Elementary School (SD) level. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity test used in this research is technique triangulation. The results show that the implementation is carried out through learning activities, teacher role modeling, extracurricular activities, school culture, and Pancasila student profile strengthening projects. Through various activities, students can actively engage in understanding, internalizing, and implementing Pancasila values in their daily lives. Thus, the implementation of Pancasila values at the elementary school level can help strengthen the identity, unity, and integrity of the Indonesian nation through the formation of characters aligned with Pancasila values.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of work-life balance, workload, and autonomy on productivity in the context of remote work. Researchers utilize quantitative methodologies. This study employs informal and descriptive research methodologies. The researchers utilized both primary and secondary sources of information in this investigation. Researchers predominantly utilize surveys and in-depth interviews as sources. Researchers utilize secondary materials such as primary journals, supplemental journals, books, and online articles that are pertinent to their research topic. The study's sample consisted of permanent instructors at private secondary schools who had been employed for a minimum of one year and who conducted their work remotely from home. The research team utilized the SPSS software to analyze and manipulate the data. The study's findings support the concept that autonomy has a favorable impact on work efficiency. The workload variable has no impact on work performance in the meanwhile. Furthermore, there exists a direct relationship between achieving a healthy equilibrium between work and personal life and one's level of productivity and effectiveness in the workplace. Therefore, researchers may infer that workload does not have a significant effect on job performance, although autonomy and work-life balance do.

Abstract

Local wisdom contained in folklore is passed down from generation to generation without a clear author. Folklore contains many moral messages such as good manners, mutual love and helping others. One of the researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. This research data collection technique uses reading and note-taking techniques. Based on the results of research and analysis regarding the form and function of local wisdom in Waaisalaka folklore in Waai Country. This research aims to describe the form and function of local wisdom in Waaisalaka folklore in Waai Country to maintain a harmonious relationship between society and nature. Local wisdom is closely related to culture, which is a reflection of each region, created and transmitted orally and preserved and passed down from generation to generation. The function of local wisdom is divided into two parts, namely peace and prosperity. Peace includes harmony, justice, commitment and responsibility, social solidarity, harmony and tolerance, caring, positive thinking, and gratitude. Meanwhile, welfare is craft, discipline, hard work, creativity and innovation, mutual cooperation or cooperation, gender management, conservation and caring for the environment. Local wisdom of areca nut, water and spear. With a total of eleven comfort functions and six wellbeing functions. In the Waisalaka Folklore in Waai Country, there are three local wisdoms, this must be something serious to be addressed again.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the understanding of ethnomathematics through the cultural context of the Rumah Sandi site in teaching transformation geometry mathematics. Ethnomathematics serves as a bridge between mathematics and culture, providing a valuable learning reference for students. The Rumah Sandi site holds historical significance as a monument of resistance during the Dutch Military Aggression II. In 2014, it underwent renovation by the Sandi Negara Institution and was renamed "Rumah Sandi Dukuh" as part of the Heritage Museum Sandi. The study employs a qualitative-exploratory ethnographic approach with data validity ensured through triangulation. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Various parts of the building exhibit geometric relationships such as dilation, reflection, and composition, which are found at the Rumah Sandi site. These findings can contribute significantly to enhancing the understanding of transformation geometry material in the context of mathematics education in schools

Abstract

The sports industry is a process of processing goods and services into finished goods and semi-finished good with the aim of making a profit to seek as much profit as possible with added value in the process of providing sports equipment. Various brands of sports products are sold in 21 existing sports shops. In the city of Pontianak such as adidas,asic,mizuno,speed,and others. The aim of this research is to find out what sports equipment,sports products and sports brands are most in demand bye the people of Pontianak city. There were 21 sports shops studied in the city of Pontianak,west Kalimantan. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire with a total of 6 questions. The data from the research shows that the sports equipment that is most popular is badminton rackets with a tota of 21,volleyball 17,football 17,futsal ballas 16 sold. The sports products most popular with the people of Pontianak city are football shoes with a total of 18,17 futsal shoes,15 football shirts+pants,14 volley ball shirts+pants sold. While the most popular brand of goods was lining with 19,mizuno 17,and yonex 17 sold.

Abstract

Pemecahan masalah matematika merupakan hal yang penting dalam proses pembelajaran matematika. Pemecahan masalah matematika dapat dilakukan dengan prosedur yang dikemukakan oleh Bransford & Stein. Dalam proses pemecahan masalah tentunya akan ada kendala yang dihadapi peserta didik. Peserta didik yang memiliki kegigihan yang baik akan mampu menghadapi kendala dalam pemecahan masalah matematika, kegigihan ini disebut Adversity Quotient. Adversity Quotient memiliki 3 tipe yaitu: Climbers, Campers, dan Quitters. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa Climber dalam pemecahan masalah soal matematika PISA di kelas VIII MTsN 5 Tulungagung. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa Camper dalam pemecahan masalah soal matematika PISA di kelas VIII MTsN 5 Tulungagung. 3) Untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan siswa Quitter dalam pemecahan masalah soal matematika PISA di kelas VIII MTsN 5 Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan peneliti sebagai instrument utama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain angket, tes dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 5 siswa dari kelas VIII-B MTsN 5 Tulungagung yakni 2 siswa Climbers, 2 siswa Campers, dan 1 siswa Quitters. Pada Quitters menggunakan 1 subjek karena hanya ada 1 siswa yang bertipe Quitters. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa bertipe Climbers dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika berstandar PISA memenuhi semua langkah penyelesaian masalah Bransford & Stein, yaitu: 1) mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan tujuan, menggali solusi, melaksanakan strategi, dan mengkaji ulang serta mengevaluasi dampak dari pengaruh. 2) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang bertipe Campers dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika berstandar PISA memenuhi 3 langkah penyelesaian masalah Bransford & Stein, yaitu: mengidentifikasi masalah, menentukan tujuan, dan menggali solusi. 3) Kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang bertipe Quitters dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika berstandar PISA memenuhi 2 langkah penyelesaian masalah Bransford & Stein yaitu: mengidentifikasi masalah dan menentukan tujuan.
