Abstract

The evaluation explored how the Pangandaran local government played a key role in the implementation and development of the programme, and its impact on students' character development. Data analysis from interviews conducted with the regent, MUI chairperson, school principal, religion teacher, students, ajengan aimed to understand the policy and integration of character education values into the school curriculum. This programme is very interesting because it involves ajengan or religious leaders in the learning process, providing a spiritual and moral dimension to education. This research provides insights into the strategies and challenges in running the AMS programme, as well as its contribution to character education in the school environment. The results provide a valuable understanding of the dynamics and effectiveness of local government-initiated character education programmes.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Zapin Kanak Beriya Dance to improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The type of research used is RND (Research and Developmet) research with quantitative methods. The steps used are six stages, namely potential and problem, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The results of the study obtained media expert validation of 97.05%, material expert validation of 97.50%, dance expert of 87.50%, and educator expert of 91.47% with the Very Decent category. The results of the limited trial conducted were obtained by 74.38%, then an initial trial / pretest of 41.40% was carried out, after being given the zapin kanak dance beriya there was an increase, namely from the results of the final trial / posttest of 78.12% with the Eligible category. with the Eligible category. From the results of the study, it was concluded that Zapin Kanak Beriya Dance is suitable to be used as a physical activity to improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The Skigrem (smart kids with great media) application aims to determine the listening abilities of children aged 5-6 years before and after being treated with the Skigrem application at Pautan Hati Kindergarten, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra. This type of research is experimental research using a one group pretest-posttest design model.The research population was 11 children aged 5-6 years at Pautan Hati Kindergarten, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra. The sample used was all children, namely 11 children. The data analysis technique used is the t test. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the researchers concluded that children's listening ability before being given treatment was 38.64%, then after being given treatment in class increased by a percentage of 75.00%. Based on the test results, it is known that there is an influence of the skigrem application (smart kids with great media) on the listening ability of children aged 5-6 years at Pautan Hati Kindergarten, Sijunjung Regency, West Sumatra.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the concept of Islamic education as a therapeutic effort for the rehabilitation of drug patients. This research is a qualitative research. This type of research is a literature study or library research, which means a study carried out to solve a problem which basically relies on a critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. a technique by collecting data through written remains, such as archives, including books about theories, opinions, postulates or laws, etc. related to research problems. The results of this research show that the concept of Islamic education as a therapeutic effort for the rehabilitation of drug patients includes prayer, fasting and remembrance. Prayer directly revives the spirituality of drug addicts, and one of the essences of prayer is to increase faith in submission and surrender to the giver of life. Praying directly will guide us to be better, the burden will be light, difficulties will be easy to face and problems will be resolved. Prayer is the material most emphasized by therapists for drug victims so that anyone who wants to get rid of problems can ask Allah for help with patience and prayer. Fasting is one of the therapeutic methods that can be applied to rehabilitation patients. There are five secrets of fasting that can be enjoyed, namely: a) Strengthening the soul b) Educating the will to be kind c) Making the body healthy d) Recognizing pleasure, and e) Remembering and feeling the suffering of others . Dhikr is an effort to get closer to Allah through the heart. It is hoped that the patient can feel directly the presence of Allah SWT and provide a spiritual experience that makes his heart moved and has a serious intention to repent and recover from drugs and become a person who is always close to Allah SWT. So the concept of Islamic education as a therapeutic effort for the rehabilitation of drug patients, including prayer, fasting and dhikr, is very effectively applied to drug rehabilitation patients.

Abstract

Grammar seems to be an unavoidable challenge for most learners, especially when it comes to acquiring Active to Passive Voice. Active sentences are sentence patterns where the subject does work, and passive sentences are sentence patterns where the subject accepts work. This is a difficult time for English Education students at Muhammadiyah University, Tangerang. The purpose of this research is to find out students' challenges in learning Active to Passive Voice and how they deal with these problems. The selected participants were 12 students from the Intermediate English Grammar Class of 2022. The research method used was qualitative. Data collection was carried out through tests and interviews. The data shows that students have three major difficulties in changing Active to Passive Voice such as placing subjects and objects, using auxiliary verbs, and determining past participles. In addition, two strategies are used by students to overcome learning obstacles. Through understanding formulas to help them master active and passive learning and doing a lot of active and passive exercises to help them better understand the active and passive material.

Abstract

The Covid19 pandemic is a test for distance learning in Indonesia which has the potential to bring dramatic changes in all areas of life, especially the world of education. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the obstacles faced by teachers in learning science using distance learning methods and to find out teachers' efforts to optimize science learning using distance learning. This research was carried out at Tunas Muda Elementary School, West Jakarta, with a research duration of one month starting from the second week of December 2022 to the second week of January 2023. The research method applied in this research was descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were the science teachers at Tunas Muda Elementary School in West Jakarta and the research informants in this study were the principal, class teacher and science subject teacher at Tunas Muda Elementary School, West Jakarta. The three data collection techniques in this research include observation, interviews and observations. The application of triangulation techniques is used as a data validity technique in this research. The findings in this research show that the obstacles experienced by teachers as educators are divided into several indicators including 1) the process of delivering learning material 2) interacting with students during the learning process 3) quality of empowering facilities and elements in learning 4) managing teaching materials so that they are easier to understand students 5) prepare the curriculum according to the conditions that occur. Then it has been proven that the teachers or SD Tunas Muda West Jakarta have made various efforts and adjustments aimed at optimizing science learning which is carried out using distance learning methods.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that student learning outcomes of seam allowens competencies are still low. Students still not being able to absorb the lessons well because of limited learning media used. The aims of this research is : (1) to describe the implementation of video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies, (2) to describe the students responses to video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies, and (3) to describing student learning outcomes in seam allowens competencies. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). this research used quantitative data in the form of observations of learning implementation, student response data and student learning outcomes in the cognitive and psychomotor domains. The data collection methods used were observation sheets on learning implementation, student response questionnaires and student learning outcome tests. The results of this research are : (1) The results of the implementation of learning using the video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies obtained very good results with teacher observation results 90% and student observation results 93,1%, (2) The results of student responses regarding the application of video tutorial media of seam allowens competencies was very good with results 98,2% and (3) Student learning outcomes in the cognitive and psychomotor domains increased from cycle I to cycle III.

Abstract

The background to the implementation of this research was the low critical thinking skills of students at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai. The objectives of this research are: (1) To determine students' critical thinking abilities in science learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai. (2) Describe the learning process using the Problem Based Learning learning model in science learning at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai. The instruments used in this research are: (1) Test of students' critical thinking abilities, (2) Questionnaire sheet for students' critical thinking abilities, (3) Observation sheet to observe the learning process. Research results: (1) The critical thinking ability of students in science learning using the Problem Based Learning learning model is an average value (mean) of 73.76 in the good category, the standard deviation is 7.805 and for each indicator of critical thinking ability is at the stage of providing a simple explanation was obtained by 85.93%, the stage of building basic skills was obtained by 84.41%, the stage of making inferences or conclusions was 79.59%, the stage of making further explanations was obtained by 82.76%, and the stage of organizing strategies and technique obtained a percentage of 81.38%. (2) The learning process using the Problem Based Learning learning model in science learning at SMP Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai obtained results of 86.96% classified as Good.

Abstract

A family company or family business is a business in which two or more family members are directly involved to have ownership and become the main control of the business. The study examined the effect of family management, family ownership structure, capital structure and investment opportunity set on company performance. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022 and a sample of 22 companies using purposive sampling techniques. By using multiple linear regression for panel data and using data processing software in the form of Eviews, this study found that family management and family ownership structure did not affect company performance, capital structure had a negative and significant effect on company performance and investment opportunity set had a positive and significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the formal reasoning abilities of students in class The approach used in this research is a descriptive and associative approach. The data collection technique used is the Test of Logical Thinking (TOLT). From the data analysis, it was found that the reasoning ability of class 2023/2024 academic year with person product moment correlation obtained a value of rx1y = 0.909 and KP 82.6%. There is an influence between formal reasoning abilities on learning outcomes in the main subject matter of chemistry XI MIA 1 SMA N 1 Jayapura for the 2023/2024 academic year with line equations linear regression Y = 69.79 + 0.311X.
