Abstract

SMA Telkom Bandung faces challenges in waste management, particularly in waste separation and collection, which remain suboptimal. To address this issue, the Si Kepul application was developed as a technology-based solution integrating both mobile and web platforms. The mobile app allows school residents to sell waste directly to local collectors, featuring location tracking, real-time waste price catalogs, and a digital payment system. The web platform enables administrators to monitor activities and manage waste data efficiently. This system was implemented through an iterative approach involving active participation from students, teachers, and school staff. As a result, improvements were observed in waste management efficiency, environmental awareness, and economic opportunities. The system aims to enhance school waste management and serves as a potential model for technology-driven waste solutions in educational institutions.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran di SD Negeri 4 Megang Sakti bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi secara efektif di dalam kelas. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, berbasis kebutuhan, dan berorientasi pada praktik langsung. Langkah awal dimulai dengan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat literasi digital guru serta kondisi sarana prasarana pendukung. Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru memiliki keterbatasan dalam penggunaan perangkat dan aplikasi digital, serta infrastruktur yang belum memadai. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dirancang program pelatihan dan workshop yang menitikberatkan pada penggunaan aplikasi yang mudah diakses, seperti PowerPoint, Canva, Google Form, dan Quizizz. Selama pelatihan, guru didorong untuk membuat media ajar digital dan mensimulasikannya dalam konteks pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, proses implementasi dilakukan di kelas dengan pendampingan langsung, termasuk observasi dan pemberian umpan balik. Monitoring dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan guru, mendorong kreativitas, dan memperkaya metode pembelajaran. Selain itu, penggunaan media digital terbukti meningkatkan minat dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap kualitas proses belajar mengajar dan membuktikan bahwa dengan dukungan dan pelatihan yang tepat, guru-guru di sekolah dasar dapat beradaptasi dengan tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan karang taruna desa sukaraja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan peran pemuda dalam pembangunan desa melalui pengembangan program pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi karang taruna adalah rendahnya partisipasi pemuda serta keterbatasan dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program yang berdampak nyata. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dengan metode pelatihan, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), dan asistensi langsung dalam merancang serta melaksanakan program pemberdayaan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengurus Karang Taruna dalam manajemen organisasi, perencanaan kegiatan, serta kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal. Selain itu, sejumlah program berbasis potensi lokal berhasil dirancang dan mulai diimplementasikan, seperti pelatihan kewirausahaan, pengelolaan media sosial, dan pengembangan kegiatan olahraga dan seni. Pendampingan ini membuktikan bahwa dengan dukungan dan metode yang tepat, Karang Taruna dapat menjadi motor penggerak pemberdayaan pemuda di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan pemanfaatan limbah batang pisang menjadi keripik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Desa Suka Kaya dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat desa dalam mengolah limbah batang pisang menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis tinggi. Tahapan pelaksanaan dalam PKM: tahap persiapan, tahap pelatihan/pendampingan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat desa dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dengan memanfaatkan limbah batang pisang menjadi keripik yang dapat dipasarkan secara lokal serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat desa tentang pentingnya memanfaatkan sumber daya alam secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide training to the Karang Jaya Village community on making raised beds using used goods with the Hugelkultur method, in order to improve environmentally friendly and sustainable farming skills. The training was carried out through a participatory approach, where the community was directly involved in every stage of the activity. The program began with a theoretical explanation of the Hugelkultur technique, followed by a demonstration of making raised beds using used goods found around the residents' homes, then conducting direct practice of making raised beds with the Hugelkultur Technique in the field to deepen their understanding. This program succeeded in increasing participants' understanding of the concept of sustainable agriculture and waste management into useful materials for agriculture. The participants showed high enthusiasm and were able to make raised beds with the Hugelkultur technique independently, and were able to utilize used goods around their environment to optimize agricultural yields. This community service program succeeded in providing significant benefits to the Karang Jaya Village community in developing environmentally friendly farming skills. The Hugelkultur method taught can improve the sustainability of household agriculture with more efficient and environmentally friendly costs.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the entrepreneurial skills of students at SMK Pertanian Lubuklinggau through training in agricultural product processing and digital marketing. It is expected to reduce the unemployment rate by creating self-employment opportunities based on local potential. The activity was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation phase lasted for two days and included training on processing local agricultural products and digital marketing using social media and marketplace platforms. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests, post-tests, and interviews. The training resulted in a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and skills. Participants were able to produce processed agricultural products such as mackerel bone crackers and durian seed flour, and market them through digital media. High enthusiasm and increased entrepreneurial motivation were evident throughout the program. The training program proved effective in increasing the productivity and competitiveness of vocational school graduates. This activity supports the development of agroindustry-based MSMEs and opens up self-employment opportunities for students. The school is committed to continuing the program by integrating it into the curriculum and forming student entrepreneurship groups.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SD Negeri 2 Marga Baru dalam membuat dan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran sederhana dengan menggunakan barang bekas. Kegiatan ini dilator belakangi berdasarkan pada rendahnya pemanfaatan media pembelajaran di sekolah dasar akibat keterbatasan fasilitas dan belum optimalnya kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan alat bantu ajar yang inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, workshop, implementasi media di kelas, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru terkait media pembelajaran, terciptanya berbagai produk media berbasis barang bekas yang kreatif dan relevan, serta meningkatnya antusiasme guru dalam berinovasi. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga secara edukatif dan ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif terhadap proses pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan bermakna, serta mendorong terciptanya budaya pembelajaran yang kreatif, kontekstual, dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pendampingan serupa sangat disarankan untuk direplikasi di sekolah dasar lainnya.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Suka Menang Kecamatan Karang Jaya, Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara dengan target sasaran masyarakat Desa Suka Menang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra dan hasil diskusi, teridentifikasi persoalan yang dialami oleh mitra, diantaranya: kurangnya keterampilan masyarakat tentang proses pembuatan eco enzyme sebagai pupuk organik. Sehingga diharapkan setelah selesai kegiatan PKM ini mitra mampu membuat eco enzyme (pupuk organik) sebagai alternatif untuk mengurangi penggunaan bahan kimia sintetis di lahan pertanian. Adapun metode yang TIM gunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang cara pembuatan Eco Enzym dari sampah rumah tangga. Berdasarkan hasil angket keterampilan yang diberikan TIM kepada responden sebanyak 30 orang, sebanyak 70% mitra (masyarakat petani) mampu membuat Eco Enzyme sendiri dengan komposisi yang tepat, dan menyatakan siap memproduksi dan menggunakannya secara rutin di lahan pertanian.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the use of science and technology is a must for educators. Technology, information and communication (ICT)-based learning innovation is one of the important things to be implemented in educational units. Therefore, it is very important to increase the ability of human resources to use ICT, starting from skills and knowledge, planning, operation, maintenance and supervision, as well as increasing ICT capabilities in various agencies, especially in the education sector. Educators have a main role so they must continue to learn to improve their competence, because the students they face are the generation born in the current digital era. The development of ICT has given rise to various new applications as a means of learning, known as e-learning. E-learning is the basis and logical consequence of the development of information and communication technology. E-learning is part of a system that can simplify the teaching and learning process by utilizing online media. Based on the results of the TEAM's observations at SD Negeri Purwara V, Kelumpang Jaya Village, it was found that the majority of elementary school teachers did not have skills in the field of technology, especially in creating e-learning. Teachers' limited knowledge in managing technology for e-learning is one of the obstacles teachers face. So far, teachers have only carried out the learning process using textbooks and have not used technology-assisted learning media. The condition of the teachers at SD Negeri Purwara V, Kelumpang Jaya Village, Nibung District, most of whom do not know how to manage technology into e-learning and can be used as a learning medium, so there is a need to update scientific and technological information, namely by holding e-learning outreach and training web-based blog. With e-learning, it is hoped that teachers can further develop learning media which in the end can improve student learning outcomes and improve the quality of human resources in elementary schools. The aim of this Community Service is to provide education and practice in creating web blogs for Purwara V State Elementary School teachers. The method of implementing activities is divided into four stages, namely, the preparation stage, the training stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The service activities carried out for teachers at SD N Purwara V have gone well. This can be seen from the very high enthusiasm of teachers in participating in training activities. This indicates that the teachers responded positively to the activities that had been carried out. In accordance with the school's expectations, they really hope that there will be activities that provide refreshment for teachers at SD N Purwara V, both related to deepening study material and related to teaching methods and learning media. The principal and teachers enthusiastically welcomed the implementation of this activity and hoped that the implementation of the activity could be carried out continuously to help improve the quality of teachers in the elementary school. The principal also hopes that there will be similar activities specifically to guide teachers in implementing the creation of other media that can be used for the classroom learning process. In training activities, the teachers were very enthusiastic in practicing the science and technology-based learning media that had been prepared. Thus, this service activity has gone well

Abstract

This community service program aims to provide socialization and mentoring for Christian youth of the I.S. Kijne Congregation in Abepura, Papua, to address social media addiction through a community-based digital wellness intervention program. The program integrates evidence-based psychological approaches with Christian theological perspectives to enhance mental health and the quality of interpersonal relationships. The one-day intensive socialization activity was designed using a Community-Based Participatory Education approach combined with Experiential Learning Theory. The program incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, digital detox strategies, and Christian stewardship principles. The effectiveness assessment utilized the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale and mental health indicators among 45 participants aged 16–25 years. The preliminary survey revealed an alarming condition: 84.4% of respondents used social media for more than four hours per day, with 31.1% at high risk and 13.3% experiencing addiction. A strong correlation was found between problematic social media use and depression (r=0.567, p<0.001) as well as anxiety (r=0.523, p<0.001). The program results showed a significant increase in knowledge (≥40% pre–post improvement), a decrease in Fear of Missing Out (≥30%), and behavioral commitment (80% of participants pledged to reduce usage). The culturally adapted and faith-integrated program model proved effective for promoting digital wellness within religious communities. The program’s success demonstrates the importance of combining scientific evidence with theological frameworks to create sustainable behavioral change through peer support systems and community integration. This model offers a replicable solution for addressing digital addiction in faith-based contexts.
