Abstract

This study assesses the efficacy of Sociology teachers at DARUT TAQWA Purwosari High School, Pasuruan, in adopting the Merdeka Curriculum. Employing a descriptive qualitative research approach, the investigation focused on the teachers of Phase E and F in Sociology, as well as Curriculum Developers. Data collection was achieved through interviews, observations, and documentation methods. Findings indicate that teachers meticulously planned their lessons in alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum's guidelines, executed the learning process effectively, and carried out structured evaluations. Areas for improvement in the learning process were identified, including the need for a broader range of probing questions and greater clarity in assignments given to students. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum encompasses the Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project, aimed at enhancing skills and deepening understanding of Pancasila values. Evaluations were performed using three distinct types of assessments. The insights garnered from this evaluation serve as a foundational reflection to enhance the quality of education.

Abstract

RA TAAM Adinda is an early childhood education institution that prioritized Islamic values in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine the Islamic education values instilled in early childhood at RA TAAM Adinda in the village of Kepatihan Menganti Gresik, as well as its learning models. This study is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The findings of this study can be summarized that the Islamic values taught to early childhood at RA TAAM Adinda Menganti Gresik are values of faith, Sharia, and akhlak. The Islamic Education learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic at RA TAAM Adinda is carried out through active learning approaches and enjoyable learning approaches. The methods used include the playing method, storytelling method, exemplary method, habituation method, demonstration method, and question-answer method using video calls, sending videos in WhatsApp groups, and Zoom. Meanwhile, the Islamic Education learning procedure is carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) outline the Tahfidzul Quran programs at MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah and MA Al-Fathmiyah Lamongan, 2) examine how each school manages the survival of their Tahfidzul Quran programs, and 3) compare the differences in management approaches between the two schools. It employs a qualitative methodology with a multi-site study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Analysis follows Huberman's method, involving data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings indicate that while MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah's Takhassus Tahfidz program is internally managed, MA Al-Fathimiyah's program is overseen by LPTQ and implemented within a formal institution. Additionally, MA Tarbiyatut Tholabah's program is integrated with the boarding school, while MA Al-Fathimiyah's is executed by the formal institution on behalf of LPTQ, which is owned by the Foundation.

Abstract

A Muslim is obliged to study the Qur'an, by memorizing it. Peer tutorial method can be implemented in memorizing the Qur'an in order to obtain maximum results in terms of quality and quantity. Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools combined with a private school that requires students to memorize the Al Qur'an and study general science for 6 years until graduate from high school with a minimum of 12 juz memorized. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach which is based on problems that arise in the field and then studied theoretically. The implementation of peer tutorial method is carried out in pairs by tutors to students who are less skilled. Learning begins by presenting tajwid and makhroj then continues with reading half a page and repeating per waqof until memorized to meet the target of one juz in one semester. Evaluation is carried out during exam by reciting the memorization for one juz in one sitting. This peer tutorial method is successful in improving students memorization of the Qur'an in Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School both in terms of the quality their reading and the quantity their memorization.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way of learning and teaching worldwide, including Islamic education. Post-pandemic Islamic education innovation policies must consider these changes and strengthen schools' ability to provide quality education. One innovative policy that can be implemented is utilizing digital technology in madrasas. The obstacle faced, especially in rural areas, is infrastructure that is not yet optimal. The research method uses qualitative at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mathlaul Anwar Lilnahdhatul Ulama (MALNU) Menes Pandeglang Regency with a case study approach. Data collection techniques using observation and literature study. The analysis technique uses descriptive. The research results show that madrasas have digital technology to support effective learning with interactive online learning applications, video tutorials, and platforms for discussion and collaboration between students and teachers. Islamic education innovation policies are strengthened through teachers' training and professional development in digital technology and teaching methods. Madrasas has provided support and training to teachers to acquire new online teaching skills and use digital technology effectively. The research implies that the better the policies with digital learning innovations after COVID-19, the more optimal the infrastructure will be in rural-based madrasas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal (1) the concept of increasing supervision of the Principal of Sultan Alyasini Vocational School in increasing teacher professionalism, and (2) the implementation of Principal supervision in increasing teacher professionalism. To achieve the research objectives, a qualitative approach was applied with a case study type of research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and document study, with data sources including; Principal, vice-waka and teachers. Data analysis by means of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique for checking the validity of the data uses triangulation. Data collection techniques and data sources. The results of the research show that (1) the concept of increasing the supervision of the Principal in increasing teacher professionalism is designed by having teacher discipline, maximizing rewards and punishments, and holding teacher and employee report cards every month, (2) the implementation of Principal supervision in increasing teacher professionalism is carried out by providing rules for teachers, giving rewards with minimum working hours, apart from that there is also punishment by giving SP 1, SP 2, SP 3, apart from that the principal Sultan Alyasini also holds report cards for every teacher and employee every month which is assisted by the deputy principals.

Abstract

Multicultural differences are inevitable, especially in the academic life of primary and higher education. To accept this difference, one must be plural or tolerant of diversity. In the context of soul education, the great name Kyai Ihsan Jampes is no stranger to the general public. The purpose of this research is to find the values of multicultural Islamic education in the world's scholars of his origins to the extent to which, along with its analysis, as well as carefully studying the methods, approaches, and dimensions of multiculturalism existing in his turats. Methods used This research belongs to the category of library research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The values of multicultural Islamic education reflected by his Turats, at least, are the need to treat others with care, tolerance, and compassion, which is not at all compelling in calling for good. The methods reflected in the above turats are methods of contribution, decision-making, and social action. The approach is aesthetic. The dimensions contained are the dimensions of prejudice reduction.

Abstract

Framework programming merupakan salah satu mata kuliah pilihan pada program studi Teknik Informatika UIN Malang. Pada mata kuliah ini, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memiliki kompetensi yang mendalam dalam kelompok keahlian software engineering. Materi dalam mata kuliah yang didominasi dengan materi coding sangat membutuhkan banyak pemahaman dan praktik pemrograman. Sebagai bahan utama pemahaman konsep materi perkuliahan, modul ajar sangat berperan dalam kesuksesan mahasiswa memahami materi baik konseptual maupun praktikum. Maka dari itu sangat dibutuhkan modul yang tidak hanya sekedar berisi seluruh substansi mata kuliah tetapi juga sebagai media yang menarik dan interaktif seperti halnya e-module berbasis digital flipbook. Pada implementasi media pembelajaran menggunakan digital flipbook pada mata kuliah Framework Programming, dihasilkan bahwa mahasiswa setuju bahwa flipbook sangat membantu proses kegiatan belajar materi perkuliahan Framework Programming serta dapat memaksimalkan kegiatan belajar di dalam kelas yang disajikan oleh dosen. Dapat dilihat pada pernyataan positif yang diberikan oleh responden dengan nilai rata-rata 63,3% (Setuju) menandakan flipbook masuk dalam kategori setuju bahwa flipbook membantu belajar mahasiswa. Sedangkan pada pernyataan negatif mendapat nilai rata-rata sebesar 56,8% (Kurang Setuju) yang menandakan bahwa peserta didik kurang setuju terhadap pernyataan tidak tertarik, sulit memahami materi dan pernyataan negatif lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi oleh ahli materi didapatkan rata-rata 94,5% sehingga masuk dalam interval 75%-100% yang menunjukkan e-module flipbook Framework Programming dari segi materi sangat layak untuk digunakan. Sedangkan berdasarkan evaluasi ahli media didapatkan rata-rata aspek 88,8% yang menunjukkan e-module flipbook dari segi media, sangat layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the nature of parent-teacher cooperation and the factors that influence parent-teacher cooperation in increasing students' motivation to learn at MI Dlauul Islam Brumbungan Lor. In this study, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The interview samples used in this study were the principal of the madrasa, parents of the students and the fourth grade teacher. Data analysis in this study is done in three ways, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. Based on the results of data analysis obtained, it shows that the form of cooperation between parents and teachers in increasing students' learning motivation, namely, the institution maintains good communication with parents of students, forms a committee in the madrasa, there is mutual trust between parents and teachers in providing supervision to students, the madrasa always involves parents in madrasa activities, holds regular meetings in the madrasa at the end of each semester as a form of evaluating the shortcomings of each student. Factors influencing parent-teacher collaboration due to low student motivation to learn.

Abstract

This article discusses several problems of PAI teachers during the learning process in the classroom, such as problems found in students, namely lack of interest in learning, lack of concentration in student learning, various student characters and the teacher's lack of ability in technology in implementing the learning curriculum, and what solutions teachers should implement in addressing this problem. This observation aims to find out the problems or complaints of teachers who teach, especially PAI teachers, in the era of implementing the Merdeka curriculum, whether the achievement of learning objectives has met the target or not. So it is important for teachers to have good creativity and it is also important for a teacher to know the character and background of students to make it easier to take an approach that suits the integrity of the student. Therefore, the author raised this problem into an article using a qualitative approach that describes the information available in the field.
