Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of company growth and liquidity on company value, as well as the influence of capital structure in moderating the relationship between company growth and liquidity to company value in the automotive sub-sector and automotive components listed on the IDX in 2019-2023. Samples in this finding were 45, taken using the purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements which are analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that company growth does not contribute to company value, liquidity contributes to company value, and capital structure is able to moderate the relationship between company growth and liquidity to company value.

Abstract

The rapid growth of online transactions through e-commerce platforms has prompted service providers to offer secure and convenient payment methods, one of which is the Cash On Delivery (COD) feature. This study aims to determine the influence of the COD feature on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention among Shopee users in Pontianak City, as well as to answer whether customer satisfaction mediates this relationship. The research method employed a quantitative associative design with data collected through a questionnaire administered to 150 Shopee users who utilized COD. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results indicate that the COD feature significantly enhances customer satisfaction, which in turn positively influences repurchase intention. However, the direct effect of COD on repurchase intention is not significant without the mediation of customer satisfaction. These findings reinforce the understanding that customer satisfaction is a key factor in enhancing loyalty through practical and secure payment methods. In conclusion, the development of optimal COD features can improve customer retention, and further research is recommended to explore other factors that can strengthen repurchase intention on e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Financial Inclusion, and Ease of Use of the QRIS System on the Business Continuity of MSMEs in the culinary sector in Pontianak City. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative method and involving 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on business continuity. Partially, Financial Literacy and Ease of Use of QRIS show significant effects on business continuity, while Financial Inclusion does not demonstrate a significant impact. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.385, suggesting that 38.5% of the variation in business continuity can be explained by the three variables. These results underscore the importance of enhancing financial literacy and utilizing accessible technology to support the sustainability of MSMEs. Therefore, it is recommended that MSME actors strengthen their financial literacy and maximize the use of QRIS in daily operations. Meanwhile, the government and supporting institutions are encouraged to expand access to digital financial literacy training and to develop a more inclusive financial system. For future research, it is advisable to include additional variables such as service quality or business innovation and to consider mixed-method approaches and broader geographic coverage to obtain more comprehensive insights.

Abstract

The number of capital market investors in Indonesia has significantly increased in recent years, indicating a growing public interest in investing. However, despite this growth, many investors are still exposed to losses from illegal investment practices, suggesting that investment literacy remains relatively low. This study aims to measure the level of investment literacy among undergraduate management students and to compare their literacy outcomes based on the application of Project-Based Learning (PJBL) and non-PJBL educational methods. The research adopts a mixed-method approach using quantitative data from questionnaires and qualitative insights from in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and Mann-Whitney U test. The findings reveal that management students at IPB University possess a relatively high level of investment literacy. However, no significant difference was found between students taught using PJBL and those taught using non-PJBL methods. Integrating investment management courses into the curriculum contributes to enhancing student literacy. However, educational method differences do not significantly impact literacy levels. This study contributes to understanding the effectiveness of educational approaches in improving investment literacy among university students in a rapidly growing financial market.

Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to active TikTok Shop users in Pontianak, while secondary data includes respondents' use of social media for shopping. Data analysis techniques used Partial Least Squares (PLS) in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Additionally, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Social media marketing also shows an indirect influence on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to: (1) determine the integration of politeness of language of grade X high school students during debate learning in class. (2) determine the factors that influence politeness of language in debate practice in grade X students of SMAIT Qonita Islamic Boarding School. (3) determine the good politeness model in learning debate texts for students of SMAIT Qonita Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this study is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), which is a systematic approach to instructional development. This model was chosen because it is often used in designing effective and efficient learning. Based on this study, it is concluded that the development of a module integrated with politeness of language has a positive impact on students' communication skills and behavior. This module teaches the application of politeness and wisdom maxims in debate, which not only improves students' argumentative abilities but also their understanding of the importance of respecting the opponent's point of view. Using the ADDIE method, this study shows a significant increase in the use of politeness of language and the application of good communication principles. Learning that integrates politeness also helps shape students' characters who respect differences of opinion. Therefore, it is suggested that this approach be implemented in schools to develop effective and ethical language skills. This study contributes to the literature on language education and practical insights for educators in creating learning environments that support students' social and communication skills.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of consumptive behavior, overconfidence, and loss aversion on stock investment decisions, with risk tolerance as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative associative approach with PLS-SEM analysis, data were collected from 150 active investors in Pontianak City who had at least one year of stock investment experience. The results show that loss aversion and risk tolerance have a direct and significant influence on investment decisions. Investors who tend to avoid losses and have higher risk tolerance are more likely to make investment decisions. Meanwhile, consumptive behavior and overconfidence showed a positive but insignificant influence, indicating they do not strongly drive investment actions. In terms of indirect effects, risk tolerance significantly mediates the relationship between overconfidence and investment decisions, as well as between loss aversion and investment decisions. However, no significant mediation was found between consumptive behavior and investment decisions. These findings highlight the dominant role of psychological factors particularly risk perception and aversion in shaping investment behavior. Understanding these aspects is essential for designing financial education strategies aimed at improving decision-making quality among investors.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology raises concerns about the future of employment, especially for students who are preparing to enter the world of work. This study was conducted to examine the effect of the threat of technological innovation on the level of career concerns (job insecurity) of students, as well as to analyse the mediating role of digital literacy, personal innovation, and technological innovation. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi experiment method using a pretest-posttest control group design. The research population was the final year students of Tidar University, with sampling using random sampling technique to obtain 100 respondents. The sample was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group that received treatment in the form of materials, videos, and articles on the impact of technological disruption, and the control group without treatment. The research was conducted for three months from March to May 2025. The results showed that the threat of technological innovation has a positive effect on student job insecurity, both directly and through the mediating role of digital literacy, personal innovation, and technological innovation. This finding implies that strengthening technological competence without mental readiness can increase career anxiety. Therefore, educational institutions are expected to not only improve digital literacy, but also develop programmes to strengthen students' psychological adaptation in the face of industry changes.
