Abstract

Education is an important element that shapes a person's character or supports the progress of a nation which can influence the success of the young generation of nation builders now or in the future. Formally, education held in schools is often known as teaching, namely the teaching and learning process which involves many factors, including students, teaching, facilities, materials and the environment. This research is field research which uses a quantitative approach. The quantitative research method in this research is a type of research with a regression and correlation approach. Regression is an approach that predicts the influence of other data or an approach that has a functional relationship between variables. Learning Indonesian Language and Literature at SMP Negeri 1 Pringgasela is classified as good or high level. Based on the results, the author can conclude that 59.77% of respondents use the library collection for Indonesian language and literature subjects twice a week. Apart from that, library use by class VIII-4 students at SMP Negeri 1 Pringgasela is classified as good. Based on the results, the author can conclude that 4.27% of respondents used library collections as a source of information to increase knowledge so that students gain insight and obtain materials or materials to increase knowledge.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur apakah TED talks berpengaruh positif terhadap pemahaman siswa dalam English for business pada siswa semester tujuh jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, FBMB UNDIKMA atau tidak. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk penelitian eksperimental dengan desain eksperimental kuasi. Populasi dalam penelitian merupakan siswa semester tujuh jurusan pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, FBMB UNDIKMA. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa pada populasi dengan menggunakan tekhnik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes esai. Data dianalisa menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25 for Windows. Berdasarkan analisa data, ditemukan bahwa nilai rata-rata pada post-test lebih tinggi daripada nilai pada pre-test (67.92>79.30). hipotesis null (H0) pada penelitian ini ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari penggunaan TED talks dalam pengajaran English for business.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to examine or describe efforts to prevent the increase in child marriage in Loloan Village, Bayan District. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research using interview and observation methods, with information from children, village heads and participants from local residents. The results obtained from this qualitative research show efforts to prevent the increase in child marriage. The efforts made by researchers include conducting outreach or providing regular views to children aged 12 to 20 years regarding child marriage. by holding outreach activities related to child marriage, this is a work program carried out by researchers in Loloan Village, Bayan District involving the school and students at SMPN 4 Bayan and Mts Miftahussuar NW Loloan class 9.

Abstract

Language is not just a means of communication in the relationship between mother and child, but rather reflects the emotional closeness between the two. More than that, language forms a person's character, even as a vehicle for addressing spiritual values for society. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection methods are observation, interviews and recording. How to determine informants in this research uses an approach snowball sampling Where the technique for determining data sources is that if the number of informants can meet the objectives, then the data is considered valid. The data analysis technique in this research is qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of this research show that the Bima language in the Bima community who live in Mataram is able to survive, even though the Bima language is in the midst of the Sasak tribe community which uses Sasak language as the majority language.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, with the aim of describing: (1) the implementation of the principal's leadership at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya, (2) the leadership style of the principal in carrying out his duties at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya. A qualitative analysis approach is used to explain the implementation of the principal's leadership at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya. The results of the study found that: 1) Principal leadership at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya is implemented through the principal's responsibility for main tasks and functions, working with teachers and paying attention to teachers, making firm and disciplined decisions at school, demonstrating the teacher's role as an educator who directs and acts as a motivator at school, becomes an administrator in the implementation of educational administrative services 2) The leadership style of the principal at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya is a charismatic leadership style that gives a downward pull force to carry out work without providing supervision and gives subordinates confidence in increasing competence in building excellent schools.Implementasi; Kepemimpinan; Kepala Sekolah.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang: (1) Implementasi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMKN 2 Sungai Raya, (2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan tugasnya di SMKN 2 Sungai Raya. Pendekatan analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMKN 2 Sungai Raya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMKN 2 Sungai Raya diimplementasikan melalui tanggung jawab kepala sekolah terhadap tugas pokok dan fungsi, bekerja sama dengan guru dan memberikan perhatian kepada guru, mengambil keputusan yang tegas dan disiplin di sekolah, menunjukkan peran guru sebagai pendidik yang mengarahkan serta sebagai motivator di sekolah, menjadi administrator dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan administrasi pendidik 2) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMKN 2 Sungai Raya adalah gaya kepemimpinan karismatik yang memberi gaya tarik ke bawahan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan tanpa memberikan pengawasan serta memberikan bawahan kepercayaan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dalam membangun sekolah yang unggul.Implementation; Leadership; Headmaster.This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, with the aim of describing: (1) the implementation of the principal's leadership at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya, (2) the leadership style of the principal in carrying out his duties at SMKN 2 Sungai Raya. Abstract

Science learning aims to make students understand science concepts, have process skills, have an interest in studying the environment and be able to apply science concepts in daily life. However, there are still many students who do not understand the material and have not reached the KKM score. This can happen because the learning model used is still conventional and the use of learning media is not effective. Therefore, the researcher uses a think talk write type cooperative learning model assisted by KOSICA media to be able to improve science learning outcomes.  The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the think talk write (TTW) type cooperative learning model assisted by KOSICA media on the learning outcomes of science students in grade IV of Balfai Kupang Tengah State Elementary School. This type of research uses a Quasi experimental design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design, with a sample of 53 students and data collection techniques using observation and multiple-choice test questions. The data was analyzed using hypothesis tests and t-tests. The results of the study showed that the average post test of the experimental class and the control class. The results of this study show that the average post test of the experimental class and the control class using the hypothesis test is 85.37 > 60.77 with a difference of 24.6. The value of sig. (2-tailed) t-test for equality of means of o,ooo < 0.05 meaning Ha is accepted and HO is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the use of the think talk write (TTW) type cooperative learning model assisted by KOSICA media on the learning outcomes of science students in grade IV of SD Negeri Balfai Kupang Tengah.

Abstract

The appearance of progress in a country is that there is a good quality of education. There is a subject that is important in the advancement of science and technology and a person's character, the subject is IPAS. The research was conducted in order to determine the effect of Group Investigation Model assisted by Diorama Media. By doing learning in groups, it has the potential to increase student activity and learning outcomes in IPAS learning. This study uses a type of quantitative research in the form of a true experiment with the type of post-test only control group, which in its design has two classes, namely the control class and the experimental class. The samples used were class A with a total of 17 students and class B with a total of 15 students, sampling using random sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a test method with a description format. The research results showed that learning using the Group Investigation Model with the help of Diorama Media in the experimental class could affect the improvement of learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study reviews the context of Islamic education in the digital era with an emphasis on the role of Islamic philosophy and values in shaping educational paradigms. In this perspective, scientific studies illustrate the relationship between the principles of Islamic education and social and cultural values, as well as the urgency of the curriculum in the digital era. The analysis includes the concept of character education, family education based on the Koran. Apart from that, empowering human resources in managing Islamic education during the COVID-19 pandemic is a focus, with an emphasis on adaptation and resilience. The impact of globalization and technology on Islamic education, the integration of Al-Ghazali's concepts, and their role in shaping spiritual values and ethical awareness are also discussed. This synthesis of scientific work provides a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in Islamic education in the digital era, providing valuable insights for educators, policy makers, and researchers. Finally, the study highlights the evolution of Islamic education, integrating values into modern practices, and illustrates the need for transformative approaches and technology integration in facing the modern educational context.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the relationship between students' interest and motivation towards performance in sepak takraw at SMAN 1 Montong Gading, NTB. Sepak takraw is a popular sport in the region, often described as a combination of soccer and volleyball. Psychological factors such as interest and motivation are identified as variables that potentially influence performance in this sport. The research method employed a quantitative descriptive approach with survey and cluster sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring students' levels of interest and motivation towards sepak takraw, as well as their performance in the sport. The results of the analysis indicate a significant correlation between interest (r = 0.416, p < 0.001) and motivation (r = 0.589, p < 0.001) with students' performance. These correlations suggest that higher levels of interest and motivation towards sepak takraw correspond to higher levels of achievement. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of fostering and enhancing students' interest and motivation towards sepak takraw to improve their performance. These findings provide practical implications for developing sports programs in schools aimed at motivating students to achieve better performance through strengthening their interest and motivation

Abstract

For government organizations, good archive management not only has an important role in decision making, but is also an obligation that must be carried out by each government organization itself. However, the archive information displayed so far is still in the form of tables in Microsoft Excel which are less informative and need to be reprocessed by users to be able to obtain the information needed related to archives in the government organization. This research aims to produce archival information media through Google Sites that is more informative, interesting, and easily accessible for users in the BPK Representative of West Nusa Tenggara Province. With this media, it is expected that the archival function in helping decision making by government organizations can be achieved.
