Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh problem based learning terhadap keaktifan dan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran karakter kebangsaaan di SPN Polda Jatim. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian True Experimental Design dengan bentuk pretest-posttest group design. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan keaktifan siswa diketahui rata- rata (mean) untuk posttest kelas kontrol adalah 55 dan kelas eksperimen 88. Kemudian, hasil dari penghitungan dengan uji independen sampel t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi berdasarkan pada kolom asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 atau signifikansi < 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pada rata-rata nilai posttest kelas kontrol dan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen yang berarti model problem based learning  berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan siswa. Selanjutnya berdasarkan perhitungan perhitungan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa diketahui rata-rata (mean) untuk posttest kelas kontrol adalah 55,6 dan kelas eksperimen 88,3. Kemudian, hasil  dari penghitungan dengan uji independen sampel t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi berdasarkan pada kolom asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 atau signifikansi < 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat  perbedaan pada rata-rata nilai posttest kelas kontrol dan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen yang berarti model problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

Law in its existence in society has a role and influence on economic activities in accordance with the function of the law itself. The law in its function contains instructions for human behavior, tools for resolving conflicts and tools for socioeconomic engineering. Economic development cannot be separated from the development of law, because between economics and law it is two things that affect each other. Law as a provision that is normative has a very important role and function in the economic field. This research will use normative legal research methods. In this normative research uses literature materials as a source of research data (Library Research) methods used to collect data from various literature. This research is descriptive analysis means that this study includes the scope of research that describes, examines, explains appropriately and analyzes the laws and regulations related to this research. This research will produce two analyses, namely related to the relationship between law and economics and legal function in the basis of economic development in Indonesia where the legal task in the field of economics is primarily to be able to always maintain and create safety rules so that the implementation of economic development will not sacrifice the rights and interests of the weak.

Abstract

Analysis of Student reading difficulties for grade II students of SDN 5 Praya for academic year 2021/2022. The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the various difficulties in early reading experienced by the second grade students of SDN 5 Praya 2) to describe the factors that hindered the students early reading difficulty, and 3) to find out the solutions the teacher in overcoming the students early reading difficulty. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of descriptive research. The research was conducted at SDN 5 Praya in the odd semester 2021/2022 academic year. The primary data sources in this study were the results of interviews while the secondary data in this study were in the form of books, notes, data about schools, learning documents, as well as documentation results such as: photos, videos, and recordings related to students' reading activities. Informants in this study were grade II students, second grade homeroom teachers and the Principal of SDN 5 Praya. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is done by compiling the data obtained from the results of interviews, field notes, and documentation systematically. The results of this study are 1) the difficulties of students in reading early in class II at SDN 5 Praya 2021/2022, namely: students do not recognize letters, have difficulty distinguishing letters, students cannot read words, omit letters, have difficulty reading punctuation marks, and have difficulty recognizing word meanings. 2) The factors that hinder students in having difficulty reading early, a) lack of interest in student learning, b) students do not attend Kindergarten, and c) families do not support. 3) The solutions applied by the teacher to overcome the problems of Students with Beginning Reading Difficulties; a) the teacher provides additional hours for students who still have difficulty reading the beginning, b) the teacher gives more and special attention to students who still cannot read the beginning, c) the letters are used as singing material, and 4) displays the letters and discusses the shape (characteristics) in particular. Letters that have similar shapes (eg p, b, and d ).

Abstract

This study aims to describe Synchronous & Asynchronous Learning in wudu fiqh lectures at UNAIC (Universitas Al-Irsyad Cilacap). This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data obtained through exploring unstructured. The results of the study indicate that Synchronous & Asynchronous Learning is very supportive in lecture activities, especially in Religion courses. Namely by using the Zoom Cloud Meeting media, the Yufid TV channel on Youtube, and the WhatsApp application. In addition, Synchronous & Asynchronous Learning in wudu fiqh lectures at Al-Irsyad University Cilacap students requires lecturers to be good at choosing the right media, lecturers must have creative and innovative ideas so that lectures can continue even in the situation and conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic that all limited.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah memaksa Telkom Group untuk melakukan penyusuaian diri dengan kondisi dan situasi yang ada sehingga harus memiliki kemampuan untuk berubah dengan cepat, adaptif, dan drastis, khususnya dalam penggunaan teknologi agar perusahaan lincah dalam menghadapi persaingan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived value terhadap ERP usage, pengaruh ERP usage terhadap business process outcome dan organizational agility, serta adanya dampak intervening diantara faktor-faktor tersebut. Sebanyak 169 sampel karyawan yang menggunakan sistem ERP telah dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui survei kuisioner berskala likert 5 points. Adapun interview dan observasi dilakukan hanya untuk diperoleh informasi yang lebih mendalam terkait hasil analisis kuantitatif. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari Perceived Usefulness terhadap ERP Usage, dari ERP usage terhadap Business Process Outcome, dari ERP Usage terhadap Organizational Agility, dan dari Business Process Outcome terhadap Organizational Agility. Ditemukan pula adanya dampak intervening dalam hubungan antara 4 variabel penelitian tersebut yang masih langka diungkap dalam penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Disarankan untuk penelitian selanjutnya untuk membahas lebih mendalam apakah ada dampak secara langsung perceived usefulness terhadap business process outcome maupun terhadap organizational agility.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan potensi kearifan lokal Sasak sebagai basis pengembangan teks model untuk mendukung pembelajaran berbasis teks di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Kajian difokuskan pada dua aspek utama, yakni: (1) genre teks pada pembelajaran di SMA, dan (2) potensi kearifan lokal Sasak sebagai basis pengembangan teks model untuk pembelajaran di SMA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, workshop, dan FGD. Datanya bersumber dari guru-guru MGMP bahasa Indonesia Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip analisis kualitatif, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian atau organisasi data, dan verifikasi atau interpretasi data. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut. Pertama, terdapat sejumlah genre teks pada pembelajaran di SMA, antara lain: (a) untuk kelas X: teks laporan hasil observasi (LHO), teks ekposisi, teks anekdot, teks cerita rakyat (Hikayat), teks negosisasi, teks biografi, teks puisi, dan teks debat; (b) untuk kelas XI: teks prosedur, teks ekplanasi, teks ceramah, teks cerpen, dan teks resensi; dan (c) untuk kelas XII: teks cerita sejarah, teks editorial, teks ulasan buku, teks artikel, serta teks kritik dan esay. Kedua, potensi kearifan lokal Sasak sebagai basis pengembangan teks model untuk pembelajaran di SMA, yaitu: (a) teks deskripsi: tradisi presean, Taman Narmada, Pantai Senggigi, Pantai Kuta, (b) teks negosisasi: sorong serah, bait janji, nunas panutan, (c) teks prosedur: begasingan, bedodot, perang topat, pelecing, (d) teks eksplanasi: merariq, pelayaran, gerah bulan, (e) teks cerita sejarah: Kerajaan Selaparang, Putri Mandalika, Dende Fatimah, (f) teks biografi: TGH Zainuddin Abdul Majid, TGH Alif Batu. Berdasarkan potensi tersebut dapat dikembangkan beberapa teks model, antara lain: teks biografi berjudul Muhammad Asegaf “Zainuddin Abdul Majid”, teks prosedur berjudul Membuat Cengeh Khas Lombok, dan teks LHO berjudul Tradisi Praq Api atau teks cerita fantasi berjudul Balang Kesimbar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of motivation on student achievement at MI Yadinu V Pancor Kopong district. Pringgasela Kab. East Lombok. The population in this study were all students at MI Yadinu V Pancor Kopong, with the number of students being 170 people, with a sample size of 31 people. In this study, data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation to determine student achievement. The data then used descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study for the results of the analysis using simple regression, the t-test increased the number of t count by 3,342 > t table = 1,696, this indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, that is, good teacher motivation can affect student achievement. Therefore, it is important for teachers to motivate students in learning so that students have broad insight and knowledge, because with motivation, students will be encouraged to continue learning so that it can affect student achievement.

Abstract

Peranan Guru dalam Memanejemen Kelas untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa kelas VI (Studi pada SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge Kec. Tanete Riattang Kab. Bone)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen kelas dengan minat belajar siswa kelas VI. Penelitian yang dilkukan pada SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone dengan populasi sebanyak 25 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang laki-laki dan 15 orang perempuan. Karena jumlah populasniya kurang dari 100 orang, maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel (sampel total). Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik yakni analisis produk moment.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai “rxy” yang diperoleh = 1,179 dengan N = 25 dan bila dikonsultasikan dengan nilai “r” tabel pada produk moment baik pada taraf signifikasi 5% yaitu 0,396 maupun pada taraf signifikasi 1% = 0,505, ini berarti nilai “r” hitung yang diperoleh jauh lebih besar dari pada “r” tabel (1,791 > 0,505). Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara manajemen kelas dengan minat belajar siswa kelas VI pada SD Inpres 6/75 Manurunge Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone

Abstract

The importance of 21st century teacher skills that must be possessed to minimize learning loss in certain situations (learning loss) becomes a foothold that must be studied, reviewed by all practitioners, lecturers, teachers, and educational institutions. This learning loss phenomenon has become a serious problem for students in the midst of Covid-19 and coupled with the limited internet access in the mountainous region of the southern part of Sumbawa. In addition, the skills of 21st century teachers are the main capital in utilizing information and communication technology. Based on qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that uses Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) analysis shows that (1) 21st century communication skills possessed by educators and students show that understanding the role of multimedia in accessing, managing materials, videos, assignments, attendance, and simulating using various platforms (google meet, google classroom, whatsapps, and email) in blended learning is quite good, (2) the ability to create information in various forms and media; create communication (oral, written and in the form of multimedia); and transfer learning from one domain to another; sharing and communicating digital information is a major detail of information and media literacy skills; communication skills; and self-direction skills possessed by 21st century educators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an effective and valid local wisdom game Mpa'a Gopa used by schools in the learning process. This study uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The development model used in this research is the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model consists of five stages which include: 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. The results of research on the development of the Mpa'a Gopa Game: a) Assessment of all aspects by material expert validators with an average total score of 77 aspects so that it is included in the appropriate category with an average score of 4.52. Assessment of all aspects by media expert validators with an average total score of 39 aspects assessed, so that it is included in the appropriate category with an average score of 4.33. b) Local wisdom based on the Mpa'a Gopa game is suitable for use in the context of thematic learning, especially Indonesian language material with stories in class IV SDN 1 DENA. This is based on the overall assessment of the student response aspects with an average total score of 42.5 which is included in the very feasible category with an average score of 2.82. c) The effectiveness of local wisdom products based on the Mpa'a Gopa game is effectively used. This is based on more than half of the students, namely 16 out of 30 students experienced an increase in language skills.
