Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy implemented by Limbah Botol Wawan in increasing sales in Pusakanegara Subang District, as well as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this strategy. Methods used in study This is descriptive qualitative . The results of the study indicate that the marketing mix elements of product, price, place, and promotion play an important role in increasing sales. Diverse and high-quality products are the main attraction, while competitive pricing and discount promotions contribute significantly to purchasing interest. Although the strategic location makes it easy for consumers to access, challenges such as limited delivery fleets and tight price competition must be overcome. The use of advertising , social media, and personal selling have also proven effective in increasing product visibility. Recommendations for management include increasing the delivery fleet, adjusting prices with competitors, and improving the quality of personal selling to maintain and increase market share. This study provides important insights for the development of MSME marketing strategies in the distribution sector.

Abstract

The learning process can run successfully if students are supported by their own interest in learning. One of the determining factors for success in learning activities is determined by interest. This means that students who are interested in learning will always pay attention to the material explained by the teacher and try to remember the lesson without being forced by anyone. In the past few decades, it is inevitable that students' interest in learning fluctuates easily. As explained above, interest in learning comes from within the students themselves, however there are external and internal factors that also influence the development of interest in learning, including learning methods and support from parents. The role of learning methods and parental support in students' interest in learning is the basic reason why this research is necessary and important to carry out. Abstract

This research aims to reveal the meaning of the poetry and text which became the background for the creation of the poem "The Flower of That Science" by Dinullah Rayes. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected using library techniques, listen and take notes. Data analysis was carried out using the Riffaterre semiotic model reading method. The research results show that the meaning of knowledge or intelligence possessed by humans is a gift from God. Humans should not be arrogant. It is better if the intelligence you have can be felt by many people. So that intelligence will be beautiful because of its benefits. Apart from having meaning, the poem has an intertextual relationship with Al-Baqarah verses: 31-34.  So Al-Baqarah verses: 31-34 become a hypogram from the second line to the fourteenth line of the poem. This serves to remind us that the knowledge or intelligence possessed by humans is a gift from God. The fifteenth to twenty-fifth lines of the poem show the poet's knowledge of the character he is familiarly calling Zul as someone who has intelligence and provides benefits to many people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy using an experiential marketing approach implemented by 33RPM store in retaining vinyl record enthusiasts amidst the digitalization of the music industry. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving the store owner, staff, and customers. The results indicate that 33RPM integrates the five elements of experiential marketing: sense, feel, think, act, and relate into its marketing communication strategy. This approach successfully creates a holistic experience that engages the sensory, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social aspects of consumers. The store’s unique atmosphere, warm personal interactions, educational approach, interactive experiences, and involvement in the community are key factors in building customer loyalty. These findings affirm that experiential marketing communication is not only effective in attracting consumer attention but also in fostering long-term engagement, helping maintain the existence of physical stores amid the dominance of digital music services. However, this study is limited by the scope of its subject; therefore, future research is recommended to include a broader range of subjects for comparison, in order to produce more objective and comprehensive results.

Abstract

Education is a cornerstone in shaping competent and adaptable generations. Merdeka Curriculum was introduced as an educational reform effort in Indonesia to grant students the freedom to develop their potentials according to their interests and talents. However, the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum faces challenges, particularly in educational infrastructure readiness, especially at the primary school level. Adequate educational infrastructure, including physical facilities, access to information and communication technology (ICT), and availability of competent human resources, is crucial for the successful execution of this curriculum. This research aims to analyze the readiness level of educational infrastructure in primary schools to support the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum, identify challenges, evaluate the influence of infrastructure readiness on curriculum effectiveness, formulate strategic steps to address infrastructure constraints, and explore the roles of the government and relevant stakeholders in enhancing educational infrastructure readiness. The research methodology employed includes qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods, involving data analysis from questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Findings indicate that the majority of primary schools still face infrastructure challenges, with only a small portion possessing adequate facilities. Schools with better infrastructure tend to implement Merdeka Curriculum more effectively, evidenced by improved student participation and higher academic outcomes. Recommended strategic steps include increasing budget allocations, providing sufficient ICT devices, and conducting intensive teacher training. The government plays a crucial role in supporting educational infrastructure development through supportive policies and adequate budget allocations. Collaborative efforts among the government, private sector, and local communities are expected to expedite improvements in educational infrastructure readiness, thereby enabling all schools to effectively support Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Critical and creative thinking skills are competencies needed in the 21st century. Therefore, a learning model is needed that can improve both competencies, namely the local history-based project-based learning (PjBL) model. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the local history-based Project-based Learning (PjBL) model in improving students' critical and creative thinking skills in history learning. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study was conducted in class X with a sample of 170 people. Data collection used observation using an assessment rubric for students' critical and creative thinking skills, while data analysis used Manova with the help of SPSS 25.0. The results showed that the critical thinking skills of the group that learned using the local history-based PjBL model were better than the group that learned using the conventional model (mean PjBL group = 71; mean conventional group = 60). Likewise, the creative thinking skills of students in the local history-based PjBL group were better than students who learned using the conventional model (mean PjBL group = 81; mean conventional group = 59). This result is reinforced by the results of the Manova test where the F value for Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root is 2466.745 with significance (Sig.) = 0.000 <0.05. Likewise with the Tests of Between-Subjects Effects for critical thinking (F = 1222.236; p <0.001) and creative thinking (F = 4483.554; p <0.001) which means that the integrated PjBL model of Local History is effective in improving students' critical thinking and creative thinking skills both simultaneously and partially.
