Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the opportunities and challenges of implementing the vocational school revitalization policy at SMKN 01 Jerowaru, East Lombok. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the research location at SMKN 01 Jerowaru, East Lombok. Collection techniques through interviews. Data analysis in this research uses the Interactive Model data analysis from Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014). The results of this research show that there are opportunities and challenges for SMKN 01 Jerowaru in implementing the Vocational School Revitalization policy. Where opportunities and challenges come internally and externally. where the research results in this year, the opportunity for policy implementation obtained by SMK 01 Jerowaru is the collaboration between the school and industry in the form of an agreement in creating a curriculum, as a follow-up to this in the form of activities to increase competency and develop skills for teachers through the OJT program. Meanwhile, the challenge is the provision of practical equipment such as bratending and barista practice rooms which still do not exist. For the culinary arts department, even though they already have an RPS equipped with IDUKA standard equipment, the production of products in schools is still not productive and unable to produce a surplus.

Abstract

Women's economic empowerment in the forestry sector development program in Oo Village, South Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province through the Reduces Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation (REDD+) scheme in the Sulawesi Forest Program III project funded by the German government, not just a project environment driven by the moral and humanitarian awareness of community guardians to save the environment while empowering the economy of rural women. REDD+ as a program actually, through its empowerment work, has other implications, namely its contribution to the fading of the traditional subsistence cultural value system in the Oo Village community. In socio-cultural conditions that have faded due to the pressure of modernization in the forestry sector, the presence of the REDD+ program with all its rules, such as encouraging women to independently develop their economy through stabilizing land use, instead of empowering women economically, this research sees that Empowerment through land use regulation within the framework of environmental saving projects actually traps women into a neoliberal cultural value system.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication applied in the company environment is a more dialogical communication by emphasizing self-openness which can often lead to feedback and understanding with each other, this is done in the PT. Elite Karya Mandiri as an effort to improve the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to determine interpersonal communication on the performance of PT. Elite Karya Mandiri. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 47 employees of PT. PT. Elite Karya Mandiri, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between interpersonal communication on the performance of PT. Elite Karya Mandiri. Strong positive influence and has an influence contribution of 61.3% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dimana Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan Penelitian berupa angka-angka dan analisis menggunakan statistik (Sugiyono, 2016). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh power otot lengan pada UKM Bola Voli STKIP Harapan Bima dengan menggunakan latihan Medicine Ball Throw.Jenis Penelitian ini eksperimen dengan rancangan Pretest-postest design. Dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh UKM Bola Voli  Putra dan Putri STKIP Harapan Bima dengan Jumlah 20 orang mahasiswa terbagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok High intensity Interval Training dan kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara quota sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Medicine Ball Throw yaitu dengan jauh nya lemparan dan kemampuan power otot lengan dalam gerakan mendorong. Data dikumpulkan dengan tehnik pengukuran dengan menggunakan alat Bleep Test untuk mengukur VO2max. Data dianalisis dengan tehnik MANOVA, dengan menggunakan α 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh high intensity interval training terhadap peningkatan VO2max dengan nilai p=0,005, kemudian pengaruh lari 30 meter dengan nilai p=0,005. Dari kedua latihan tersebut ternyata high intensity interval training lebih baik di bandingkan lari 30 meter dalam meningkatkan VO2max. Maka  berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan Latihan medicine ball throw dan power otot lengan terhadap kemampuan smash pada UKM Bola Voli STKIP Harapan Bima.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Heri Daya Integra Karawang, with the aim of knowing the effect of sales promotion online and purchasing decision factors, as well as analysis of the influence of promotions in sales promotions online on purchasing decisions at PT Heri Daya Integra Karawang. The total number of research respondents was 60 people who were selected using Purposive Sampling techniques. This research explains that online sales promotions are included in the good category, as well as consumer purchasing decision factors that are included in the good category. Apart from that, there is the influence of sales promotions online on purchasing decision factors by consumers of PT Heri Daya Integra Karawang, and according to the calculation results seen in the table, a simple correlation coefficient of r = 0.880 and a determination coefficient of R = 12 = 0.774 are obtained. got Tcount (14.08) >Ttable (1.67) so it can be concluded that there is an influence between online sales promotions on purchasing decision factors. And there is a significant test on a simple relationship obtained if Fcount (198.18) > Ftable (4.00) on a = 0.05 and significance value (sig.) < 0.05 (0.00 < 0.05), it can be concluded that online sales promotions have a significant and linear influence on purchasing decision factors.

Abstract

Wibowo & Harefa (2015), the form of implementation of everyone's right to gather, express opinions and associate is the formation of community organizations (Ormas). This was further realized with Law Number 16 of 2017 concerning amendments to Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Community Organizations. Community Organizations, hereinafter referred to as Ormas, are associations created by the community and formed based on the same aspirations, goals and ideals based on voluntary aspects to participate in development as a form of support in achieving state goals based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Community Organizations have a function as intermediaries to provide aspirations and participation of the community in government, as a forum that provides protection to the community itself, functions to maintain customs and culture as well as religious values, preserve and maintain existing norms in society, both moral and ethical. , and culture that lives in society, and other functions stated in the applicable laws and regulations. The existence of mass organizations is expected to act as a mouthpiece for the people of the area who have united them. Culture is viewed in a completely aesthetic way. What Kleden explains, if it is related to the context of caci, mbata, sanda, danding, etc., seems to be challenged in the midst of today's cultural modernization. Therefore, such cultural heritage should be interpreted as a whole (totality) as a characteristic of Manggarai culture. In the context of caci, it is actually a strategic event in terms of promoting regional tourism. The dance of mutual whipping between adult men (caci) should have a legal basis in the form of regional regulations. This is the task of the regional parliament (DPRD) to make regional regulations. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method which aims to describe the forms, uniqueness and variety of culture of the Manggarai people. The main instrument in this research is own research. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data, primary data is data obtained from interviews or observations. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained from the results of reviewing reference books or documentation. Community perception of the cultural diversity of Manggarai, especially Gorontalo Village, Komodo District, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The Gorontalo Village community is very enthusiastic about the cultural diversity of Manggarai by continuing to regenerate this cultural diversity in the younger generations so that cultural diversity continues to exist in the Manggarai community in general and in the Gorontalo Village community in particular.

Abstract

This study explores the semiotic representation of Javanese myth in the Marjan 3-Episode advertisement series, which centers on the figure of Dewi Sri, the Javanese goddess of rice and fertility. Using Roland Barthes’ theory of semiotics, the research analyzes selected scenes to uncover how visual signs operate on denotative, connotative, and mythological levels. The findings reveal that Dewi Sri is represented not only through traditional symbols such as rice fields, green costumes, and natural settings but also recontextualized within a modern cinematic advertisement format. This reflects a fusion between cultural heritage and contemporary marketing strategies. The advertisement transforms myth into a media narrative, presenting it as both spiritual and commercial symbolism during the Ramadan season. The study concludes that myth can still function ideologically in modern media, shaping consumer perception through layered meanings. This research contributes to the broader discussion on cultural identity in advertising and the role of semiotics in interpreting localized narratives in digital media.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) cooperative learning approach on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade 2 students at SDN 6 Sokong, Betumping Hamlet, Sokong Village, Tanjung District, North Lombok Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a one group pre-test and post-test design approach. This research consists of two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable in this research is cooperative learning with the STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) model. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is mathematics learning outcomes. The sample size was 25 students. The collection technique that researchers used was pre-test and post-test, pre-test to see students' initial abilities, while post-test was used to see the extent of students' development after treatment, with t-test analysis the research results showed that the approach The STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) model of cooperative learning on learning outcomes has a significant influence. This is proven by the average pre-test score of 56.4%, while the average post-test score is 70.4%. Likewise, the calculation results obtained from t-count > from t-table or 8,573 > 0.496, thus it can be stated that the cooperative learning approach using the student teams achievement division (STAD) model has an influence on mathematics learning outcomes in addition material.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the e-promotion techniques carried out by Tyzaptan via Instagram. . The research method used is qualitative research with a content analysis approach and the main data source in this research is Instagram. The findings in this research are that the promotional techniques used by Tyzaptan are social media techniques, especially Instagram. This social media technique contains advertising, publicity and sales promotions for the services or goods offered. Promotion is carried out by displaying a portfolio of services that have been provided on their Instagram account.

Abstract

Minimal political awareness can have an impact on the quality of student human resources. This is due to students' insensitivity to political methods in society. Students, especially at the intermediate level, who have developed awareness and cognitive richness, are able to accommodate all new knowledge concepts. Political knowledge is very important to know so that they can carry out ideal politics to reach an agreement with their social partners. All political knowledge is reflected in literary works containing Indonesian political history. In fact, there are many literary works with political themes that are interesting to study. Learning critical observation of literary texts is an appropriate model for examining the message of a literary work. With critical observation, students can study with an objective mind and not be pragmatic in assessing a message.
