Abstract

Gerakan Masyarakat Peduli Alam Desa Wadas (Gempa Dewa) is here to reject andesite mining in their village. The reason for the rejection of Gempa Dewa was the loss of living space and residences that had been abandoned for a long time. On the other hand, there are also several accompanying reasons, namely environmental problems and the collective memory that the community has about the natural disaster that hit Wadas decades ago. The aim of this research is to analyze the opposition resistance carried out by Gempa Dewa in rejecting the andesite mining assistance in Wadas Village. This research uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, literature studies and documentation studies. Researchers used [1] data analysis techniques to obtain valid and comprehensive data. The results of this research were that it was found that several forms of oppositional resistance were carried out by Gempa Dewa in rejecting mining, including resistance through art, resistance with Mujahadah, and resistance by women's groups using symbols in their resistance. The hope is that with opposition resistance, the government will no longer use Wadas Village as an andesite mining location.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of heavy equipment lending services and the governance of heavy equipment lending at the UPTD Heavy Equipment and Laboratory of West Sumbawa Regency, as well as analyzing both in depth. This research uses the Mix Method, which combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research results show that there is a positive correlation of 0.228 between lending services and lending governance. However, this correlation is not statistically significant at the 95% confidence level, with a significance value of 0.108. Nevertheless, these findings show that improvements in service quality tend to be followed by improvements in lending governance, although this relationship is not yet significant. This research suggests the need to increase synergy between services and lending governance, as well as focus on improving service quality and strengthening more efficient lending governance. Optimizing these two aspects is expected to support improving the overall operational quality of UPTD.

Abstract

The feud between Palestine and Israel has lasted more than seven decades, causing deep suffering for the Palestinian people who experience refugee camps, restrictions on human rights, and lack of basic needs. In this context, a boycott of products affiliated with Israel emerged as a form of moral and political protest, reflecting global solidarity and social values that underlie individual and collective participation in the movement. This study aims to study the boycott of products affiliated with Israel as symbolic social actions, and identify the types of underlying social actions, including rational actions, rational instrumental, affective, and traditional. In addition, this research also understands the motivation and meaning behind individual and collective participation in the boycott movement, using the theoretical framework of Max Weber's social action. This study uses secondary and primary data. Secondary data obtained from articles, journals, and relevant internet sources. Primary data is collected through questionnaires to obtain information directly from respondents. The combination of these two types of data allows an understanding of respondents' perceptions and experiences related to a boycott of products that support Israel, with voluntary and anonymous participation. This study found that the boycott actions reflect the types of social action Max Weber, driven by sympathy and human values, and were influenced by social media and support of public figures. Respondents interpret the boycott as an act of economic impact and moral statement of injustice, a social action that reflects values, emotions, and rationality in solidarity with Palestine.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving learning outcomes, learning interest, and the implementation of learning syntax in the Microsoft Office integration competency at SMK Negeri 1 Cerme. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles, involving 36 students from class X DKV 1. The results showed a significant improvement in students' cognitive, psychomotor, and learning interest aspects. Learning mastery increased from 13.89% (pretest) to 94.44% (posttest), with statistical tests confirming a significant difference (p=<0.001). Students' learning interest and the implementation of PjBL syntax also showed positive growth. The study concludes that PjBL is effective in optimizing Microsoft Office integration learning. It is recommended that teachers adopt PjBL by providing scaffolding, contextual projects, and visual time management tools to enhance skill-based learning in vocational schools.
