Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang pembelajaran bahasa arab yang ada di Pesantren Darussalam Labuhan Haji Aceh Selatan dan Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Sumatera Utara, serta ingin mengetahui bagaimana modernisasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab di kedua Pesantren tersebut, dan bagaimana dampak dari modernisasi dalam tradisi pembelajaran bahasa arab di Pesantren Darussalam Labuhan Haji Aceh Selatan dan Pesantren Musthafawiyah Purba Baru, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Darussalam Labuhan Haji belum nampak adanya modernisasi dan mereka cenderung lebih kepada bertahan dengan tradisi lama, dan sebaliknya pesantren mustafawiyah purba Baru lebih nampak adanya modernisasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab dan pengaruhnya sangat signifikan terhadap perkembangan Pesantren

Abstract

Pengembangan pola pikir atau mindset guru Pendidikan Agama Islam memainkan peran kunci dalam mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran karena Pendidikan Agama Islam tidak hanya melibatkan pengetahuan tentang ajaran-ajaran agama, tetapi juga merupakan proses pembentukan karakter dan moralitas siswa. Oleh karena itu, pola pikir guru memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pentingnya pengembangan pola pikir guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran agama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber pustaka sebagai objek penelitian. Penulismengambil analisis dan sintesis dari berbagai artikel kajian lapangan dan kajian literatur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan pola pikir guru Pendidikan Agama Islam merupakan aspek krusial dalam menciptakan pendidikan agama yang efektif. Guru yang memiliki mindset akan mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme guru serta dapat menyediakan proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas sehingga dapat memainkan peran yang positif dalam membentuk karaktersiswa, membantu siswa menjadi individu yang beriman, dan berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penekanan pada pengembangan pola pikir guru perlu menjadi fokus utama dalam peningkatan kualitas Pendidikan Agama Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti menemukan permasalahan yang terjadi dalam implementasi kurikulum full day school di MI Plus Al-Azhar Blitar dimana karakter siswa masih rendah. Peneliti tertarik untuk melihat penerapan kurikulum full day school, mendeskripsikan permasalahan atau kendala yang terjadi dan menawarkan solusinya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dan dilakukan di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Implementasi kurikulum full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa di MI Plus Al-Azhar Blitar diimplementasikan dengan beberapa cara yaitu pembiasaan sholat berjamaah, Kultum setelah sholat dzuhur berjamaah , program tahfid dan usmani termasuk dalam pelajaran sekolah, pemberian amanat dari guru kepada siswa di akhir jam sekolah, kontrol oleh kepala sekolah, dan adanya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler; (2) Permasalahan yang terjadi dalam penerapan kurikulum full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa di MI Plus Al-Azhar Blitar adalah kurangnya adab siswa khususnya kelas 6 yaitu tidak menghormati guru dan suka berbicara kotor. . Penyebab permasalahan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal; (3) Solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi dalam implementasi kurikulum full day school dalam membentuk karakter siswa di MI Plus Al-Azhar Blitar adalah keteladanan guru, penanaman akhlak, pemberian nasehat oleh guru, penekanan pada masa awal jam, dan tindak lanjut dari konselor bimbingan di sekolah.

Abstract

Active student learning with the principle that students must be actively involved in every learning process, one of which is the Learning Media in the form of the Mystery Wheel. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, utilization and advantages and disadvantages of using the Mystery Wheel media in learning Jurisprudence at MIN 9 Banda Aceh. This research was conducted with a field study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that planning Fikih lessons using the Mystery Wheel media at MIN 9 Banda Aceh is planned by including the Mystery Wheel media in the core part of the lesson plan. The use of the Mystery Wheel media in learning Jurisprudence at MIN 9 Banda Aceh the Mystery Wheel media is carried out by the teacher preparing lesson plans using the Mystery Wheel media, preparing the material to be taught using the Mystery Wheel media, preparing cards containing the material to be taught and the teacher attaches the material in the first layer on the Mystery Wheel. Then students take the card with the same content as shown by the needle and students express their opinions in front of the class. The advantages of the Mystery Wheel media can increase student enthusiasm in learning and also make learning not boring, so students can easily understand learning, while the drawback is that the Mystery Wheel media is still used manually so it cannot be used for digital classes.

Abstract

The background of this research is the importance of strengthening moral education in early childhood. Given that early childhood is a child who is in the golden age, the moral education provided is the basis for the development of children's morals. This study aims to analyze the role and methods of moral education in early childhood according to the perspective of Islamic psychology. This research method uses library research, where research data is obtained from literature sources. The results in this study indicate that there are several methods of moral education that are in accordance with the development of early childhood according to Islamic psychology, namely exemplary methods, playing and telling stories, reward and punishment, and habituation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of religious moderation in Qur'an and hadith learning at State Islamic Senior High Schools in Aceh Province. This research employed a qualitative method, involving nine subjects: three principals and six teachers teaching in three State Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) in three districts and cities in Aceh. The subjects were selected purposively. Data collection were done by interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicated that the implementation strategy of religious moderation is conducted through the preparation of lesson plans, integration during the learning, exemplary approach, application of cooperative learning models, and habituation of religious moderation attitudes in the school routine programs. This study found that the implementation policy of religious moderation refers to the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and the 2020-2024 RPJM. In addition, the moderation values implemented in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith include nine values; At-Tawassuth, At-Tasamuh, Ash-Shura, Al-'Itidal, Al-Ishlah, Al-Muwathanah, Al-Qurdwah, Al-La'unf, and Al-'Itiraf al-'urf. The implementation of religious moderation in the schools has some obstacles due to lack of socialization, the heterogeneity of the students' backgrounds, the environment, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. However, overall, implementing religious moderation in Qur'an and hadith learning is effective.

Abstract

Creative use of media will increase the possibility for students to learn more, embed what they learn better, and improve performance in carrying out skills according to learning objectives. Podcast media has recently become the most popular media and is one of the choices of teachers in supporting teaching and learning activities. This study aims to increase student learning motivation through the use of the kinemaster application in making podcasts on SKI class VII MTS Negeri 1 Palu City. This development research method was carried out using the ADDIE Research and Development (R&D) concept. The results of the study show that the KineMaster application-based podcast learning media has proven to be successful because the developed media is able to present messages and stimulate learning. This is evidenced by the increase in student learning motivation which is classified as high. The conclusion from this study is that the kinemaster application-based podcast learning media is able to foster student learning motivation, it can be said that this learning media has succeeded in stimulating students to learn.

Abstract

The troublesome contradiction between science and religion, which originated during the Renaissance and was introduced to Indonesia during the colonial era, marked the beginning of the formation of scientific integration. The answer proposed by several colleges is the merger of science and religion in the realm of education. It is envisioned that scientific viewpoints would no longer be independent and open as a result of scientific integration. The purpose of this research is to learn about the idea and execution of Islam and science integration at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology in conjunction with a library research strategy. According to the findings of the study, the notion of Islam and science integration at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta is an interconnected integration strategy espoused by Amin Abdullah in the concept of scientific integration Spider's Web. The implementation has reached the level of systematic integrative scientific development, beginning with the philosophical level and progressing to the operational level of curriculum preparation and learning processes, or the strategic level.

Abstract

This article discusses the importance of education, particularly Islamic Religious Education, in addressing gender issues and inequalities faced by women in various aspects of life. Gender, as a social construction, is different from biological sex and plays an important role in social and cultural dynamics. This research, which is descriptive-critical in nature, uses a literature approach to analyze data sources and related literature. The main focus is on how education, especially Islamic religious education, can be used as a tool to combat ingrained gender prejudices and stereotypes in society. Islamic Educationis seen as a means to spread the values of equality, freedom, democracy and justice, and to overcome gender-biased interpretations of religious texts. The article emphasizes the importance of an inclusive and gender justice based curriculum in shaping young people's attitudes and understanding of gender issues. This includes addressing gender stereotypes in educational materials and promoting critical thinking among students. In addition, this article highlights the need to recognize that the challenges in realizing gender equality lie not only in education, but also in social and cultural practices. Therefore, it is proposed that gender justice-based Islamic Educationcan be a catalyst in promoting a more balanced and inclusive understanding of gender roles, which is essential for the development of a more tolerant, just and egalitarian society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies employed by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers to foster students’ learning motivation at SMP Negeri 3 Beutong. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with a PAI teacher, the school principal, and six students, classroom observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by triangulation techniques to ensure the credibility of the findings. The findings indicate three main strategies, namely persuasive and continuous verbal encouragement, the application of contextual and varied instructional methods, and teachers’ exemplarity accompanied by the creation of a conducive and participatory learning environment. These strategies contribute to strengthening both intrinsic and extrinsic learning motivation, as reflected in students’ engagement in PAI learning activities. This study provides empirical insights into the implementation of motivation-oriented pedagogical strategies in Islamic Religious Education at the junior secondary school level. The findings may serve as a reference for PAI teachers and educational stakeholders in designing more adaptive, learner-centered instructional practices. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membangun motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Beutong. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan satu guru Pendidikan Agama Islam, satu kepala sekolah, dan enam siswa, observasi proses pembelajaran, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan teknik triangulasi untuk menjamin keabsahan temuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru PAI dalam membangun motivasi belajar siswa dilakukan melalui tiga bentuk strategi utama, yaitu pemberian motivasi verbal yang persuasif dan berkelanjutan, penerapan variasi metode pembelajaran yang kontekstual, serta keteladanan guru yang disertai penciptaan suasana belajar yang kondusif dan partisipatif. Strategi-strategi tersebut berkontribusi dalam memperkuat motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik siswa yang tercermin dari keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai praktik strategi pedagogik yang berorientasi pada motivasi belajar dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada jenjang sekolah menengah pertama. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi guru PAI dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik.
