Abstract

This study examines the effect of career path and achievement motivation on organizational sustainability, mediated by innovative work behavior and moderated by perceived organizational support. Participants were all indirect employees of an international manufacturing group in Japan, Australia, and Indonesia totaling 4462 employees, of whom 256 were selected. Data were collected using research instruments distributed to all employees in three languages using a back-translation system. Simple mediation and moderation regression analysis techniques using structural equation modeling with Partial Least Squares 3.0 program were used. The results indicate that CP, AM, and IWB have positive and significant effects on OS. IWB mediation had a positive and significant effect on the mediation of CP and AM on OS. The moderating effect of POS on IWB had a positive and significant effect on OS. The significance of moderation is clarified based on the slope analysis, in which the greater the POS toward IWB, the stronger the support for OS. The study is novel in its use of POS as a moderating variable. This study enriches the theoretical and practical implications of managing employees CP and AM toward OS.

Abstract

Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) has revolutionized model development, but its impact on ensemble diversity and overfitting reduction remains underexplored. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzes 107 studies published between 2020 and 2024 to explore how AutoML enhances ensemble diversity, mitigates overfitting, and the challenges hindering its integration. Unlike previous reviews focusing on AutoML or ensemble methods independently, this study synthesizes their intersection and identifies key research trends. The findings reveal that AutoML improves ensemble robustness through automated hyperparameter tuning, meta-learning, and algorithmic blending while facing trade-offs in computational cost and interpretability. Four main themes emerge, integration mechanisms (19.6%), overfitting mitigation (26.2%), performance trade-offs (28.6%), and integration barriers (26.2%). Empirical results indicate that AutoML ensembles outperform traditional models by 22–41% in accuracy but require approximately 3.2 times higher computational resources. Hybrid AutoML and Explainable AI frameworks are recommended to balance accuracy and transparency. Theoretically, this study advances understanding of the synergy between AutoML and ensemble learning, while practically providing guidance for deploying reliable AI systems in sectors like healthcare, finance, and digital business. Policy implications align with the EU AI Act and the US Executive Order on trustworthy AI, supporting Sustainable Development Goals 9 and 8.

Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a common endocrine disorder in women that is frequently diagnosed by ultrasound imaging by examining ovarian abnormality. Ultrasound images, though, are normally contaminated with speckle noise that degrades image quality and poses difficulties for diagnosis. Conventional denoising methods like mean and median filtering are unable to eliminate noise properly while maintaining fine details. To solve this problem, this paper introduces a new Attention-based Autoencoder (AAE) for denoising PCOS ultrasound images. The model uses an attention mechanism to selectively amplify significant image areas and suppress noise, enhancing image quality for diagnosis. The introduced method was tested on a publicly available ultrasound dataset with synthetic speckle noise at various levels (variance 0.5, 0.02, and 0.001). Experimental results prove that the suggested method performs better than conventional denoising methods, with peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) values of 31.33, 34.25, and 36.23, respectively. The structural similarity index measure (SSIM) also reveals notable improvements and corresponding scores of 85.21, 92.33, and 99.25. Beyond technical performance, this work supports the development of scalable, AI-driven PCOS diagnostic tools within a technopreneurship incubator model. These results indicate that AAEs can improve ultrasound image quality, facilitating more accurate PCOS diagnosis.

Abstract

Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a widespread condition in women that is associated with hormonal disorders, absentee or infrequent menstruation, and cyst formation on ovaries. The diagnostic process of PCOS is still difficult because of ambiguity in ultrasound images. Earlier approaches emphasize the detection and classification of follicles for ultrasound images and disregard interpretability, which obscures understanding the model’s decisions and trustworthiness in critical medical applications. This research proposes a method of diagnosing PCOS in two stages. Initially, follicles are located with a YOLOv8 model that has multiscale feature dose attention. Follicles are subsequently classified with a ResNet50 model that has SE blocks. The last step is for Grad-CAM to show which features of the image were used by the classification model in order to explain its decision and provide meaningful insights regarding the model's predictions. Evaluation was performed on two publicly available datasets. The proposed method outperforms all other methods in follicle detection with 92% mean average precision (mAP) and classification accuracies of 98.25% and 94.56% on datasets 1 and 2, respectively. This result makes the proposed model a reliable and transparent technique for robust clinical applications. By providing a scalable, deployable, and interpretable diagnostic pipeline that can be integrated into AI-based health-tech platforms, the suggested method also fits with the objectives of technopreneurship incubator models.

Abstract

Healthy spending of the population has been raised as one of the measures to restore social harmony and economic stability. Nevertheless, limited attention has been given to understanding how different forms of spending, rather than saving alone, influence people’s financial conditions and family well-being. This study aims to examine how various spending behaviors including experiential, impulsive, self-expressive, prosocial, and conspicuous spending affect financial well-being and, in turn, marital satisfaction among married individuals in Malaysia. Using a quantitative and deductive research design, data were gathered from 400 married respondents through a structured self-administered questionnaire. The analysis was conducted using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) with the aid of AMOS software to validate the hypothesized relationships. The results show that prosocial and conspicuous spending have a significant positive impact on financial well-being, while impulsive spending demonstrates a negative influence. Moreover, financial well-being plays a crucial mediating role, exerting a significant positive effect on marital satisfaction. To enhance both financial stability and relationship satisfaction, individuals should cultivate mindful and responsible spending habits. The findings offer new perspectives for policymakers, businesses, and educators in fostering family harmony and economic empowerment through balanced spending and financial awareness.

Abstract

In the digital transformation era, technological resilience has become essential for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Indonesia’s Batik industry, which must integrate technology to maintain competitiveness. However, many Batik MSMEs still face limited adoption of digital tools, resulting in declining performance and market reach. This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurial technology resilience mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and business performance in Batik MSMEs. A quantitative approach was used by distributing structured questionnaires to 383 Batik MSME owners in Indonesia. The study employed Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate measurement validity and test hypotheses among three constructs, entrepreneurial marketing, entrepreneurial technology resilience, and business performance. Findings reveal that entrepreneurial marketing significantly influences both entrepreneurial technology resilience and business performance. Furthermore, entrepreneurial technology resilience also positively affects business performance and partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and business performance, explaining 80.2% of the variance in the model. The results confirm that technological resilience is a crucial mechanism that strengthens the effectiveness of entrepreneurial marketing strategies. Strengthening digital capabilities and adaptive innovation allows Batik MSMEs to enhance operational efficiency, market expansion, and overall performance. Therefore, improving technological resilience should be prioritized as a strategic policy for sustaining the Batik industry’s competitiveness.
