Abstract

Evaluation of athletes' physical condition is carried out at PB Pasya Jaya to assess the development of their abilities whether they are up to standard. This research aims to evaluate the physical abilities of PB Pasha Jaya athletes in 2024. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The population of the study consists of PB Pasha Jaya athletes, and the sample was obtained using total sampling technique, involving 14 PB Pasha Jaya athletes as the sample. Data collection was conducted through physical tests, which included: 1) arm muscle power test, 2) leg muscle power test, 3) flexibility test, 4) agility test, and 5) cardiorespiratory endurance test. Data analysis was performed using percentage frequency distribution. The evaluation results show that:1) Arm muscle power has an average of 390.36 (42.86%) in the moderate category, 2) Leg muscle power with an average of 37.79 (92.86%) is in the very poor category, 3) Flexibility with an average of 14.9 (50.00%) falls into the good category, 4) Agility with an average of 12.75 (64.29%) is also in the good category, and 5) Cardio- respiratory endurance with an average of 2.45 (42.86%) is in the moderate category. The conclusion of the study is that flexibility and agility are superior to muscle power and heart-lung endurance, so training is needed to improve these two aspects in order to achieve physical balance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of a flipped classroom integrated with animation-assisted Problem Based Learning on students' cognitive learning outcomes in thermodynamics material at SMA Negeri 1 Gandapura. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a population of all class XI IPAS students. The sample in this research was class XI Science 3 as an experimental class taught using a flipped classroom integrated with Problem Based Learning assisted by animation and class The research instrument is the test. validation test of 20 questions that have been validated by experts using SPSS software. The results of data testing using the independent sample t test obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. From this test it can be concluded that the flipped classroom model integrated with problem based learning assisted by animation has an effect in improving students' cognitive learning outcomes compared to conventional models

Abstract

The emergence of the corona virus or covid-19 is known to have originated from wuhan, China. The virus has spread from physical contact to all over the world, including Indonesia. Most of the activities of people in an area, especially Aceh, have been hamered and forced to stop. All policies are implemented by the government to prevent and reduce the spread of covid-19. In addition to affecting human health, this also has an impact on the socio-economic life of the people in Aceh. Your research uses a qualitative descriptive method to understand the socio-economic situation of the community in depth and uses a descriptive approach to get a general picture of the community. Data connection techniques in this study use observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research conducted in this study are the impact of the covid-19 pappndepmipc has caused changes in various aspects of human life to be disrupted, decreasing social relations between communities to causing changes in economic income which is increasingly decreasing

Abstract

Educators should choose a learning model that can generate students’ enthusiasm for learning and develop their potential so that they are able to solve the problems faced in life. Problem Based Learning is one of  learning models that is considered can maximize the students’ potential and guide them to have the ability to solve problems in life. Problem Based Learning (PBL) is based on constructivism and accommodates students' involvement in the learning process and problem solving. To apply PBL in the learning process, there are several principles and procedures that must be understood by educators. To implement PBL in the learning process, educators should follow the procedures or implementation stages. The procedure for implementing PBL is divided into several steps, namely: problem orientation, organizing students to study (in groups), investigation or data collection, developing and presenting work results and finally; evaluation and reflection. This PBL model certainly has advantages and disadvantages, so educators should study all things related to this PBL to maximize results and minimize deficiencies, educators should adhere to the principles and procedures for implementing them in the learning process because PBL is one of the learning models that is capable to answer the needs of students and be relevant to the demands of this century.

Abstract

In the digital age, educational challenges include the integration of technology by teachers to meet the diverse needs of students. Many teachers still find it difficult to update their knowledge and skills as technology evolves. This hinders the achievement of the desired independent learning. The study aims to identify progress in the learning achievement of grade IV-B students through the application of a differentiated learning approach using augmented reality-based edu assemblr media in science subjects at SDN Gisikdrono 02 Semarang City. This study uses a classroom action research approach consisting of two cycles with four stages, namely: 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were 27 students of grade IV-B of SD Negeri Gisikdrono 02. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Assemblr Edu media based on Augmented Reality improved student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the acquisition of teacher activity scores in cycle I, which was 78.06 (sufficient) increased to 83.23 (Good) in cycle II. The learning outcomes of grade IV-B students on culturally rich Indonesian material have increased after using augmented reality-based edu assemblr media. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I, namely 63% (less) to 85.2% (good) in cycle II

Abstract

This research aims to determine the increase in creativity of students at SMA Negeri 1 Singkil Utara through the application of the project based learning model on biotechnology material. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Singkil Utara in february 2024, and the population in this study was class X, totaling 104 students. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled. Of the 4 existing classes, 2 classes were determined as samples where 1 class was taught using the project based learning model and video as the control class and 1 class was taught using project based learning models, videos and practicums as experimental classes. This research is a non-equivalent control group design type of quasi-experimental research (non-equivalent group pretest-posttest design). Data were analyzed using t-test. The results of the research show that based on statistical tests the project based learning model cannot increase the creativity of SMAN 1 Singkil Utara students in biotechnology material (t-count = 0.89 < t-table = 1.68), whereas based on the data the project based learning model increases SMAN 1 Singkil Utara students’ creativity in biotechnology material was only 5.94%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ vocabulary mastery in English learning using the Jazz Chants technique. This study uses pre-experimental research with quantitative methods. There were 35 students from fifth grade of MIN 09 Banda Aceh who were involved as respondents in this study. This study used pre-test and post-test research instrument. The test consisted of 10 questions in which the students had to recognize the vocabulary about body parts. The data then was analyzed using SPSS 22 version. The findings show that the use of Jazz Chants technique is significantly improving students’ understanding of vocabulary mastery. This is because students learn and practice to recognize the body parts vocabulary using Jazz Chants technique. It is evidenced by the average pretest score of writing vocabulary before treatment, namely 55.14, while the average score after being given treatment are 92.29. The paired T test shows that the t value obtained is -37.142 with a p value of 0.000. This means that there is significant increase in students’ vocabulary mastery after using the Jazz Chants technique. Thus, it is recommended for English teachers to use Jazz Chants technique in teaching vocabulary to students

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether the application of ethnomatics-based mathematics learning can influence the learning outcomes of class Vl students at SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. The research method used was experimental, with one group pre-test and post-test design. The population is all class VI students consisting of classes VI A and VI B, with the research sample being 24 class VI B students. Data was collected by administering tests and data analysis using Paired Sample t-test via SPSS 26. The research results showed that the Sig. (2 tailed) 0.000 0.05. So that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that there is an influence from the application of ethnomatics-based mathematics learning on student learning outcomes at SD Negeri 10 Banda Aceh. The conclusion of this research is that ethnomatics-based mathematics learning encourages collaboration and high participation during the learning process

Abstract

This study aimst determine the effect of the CTL learning model with inquiry strategies on student learning outcomes at SMPN 4 Kutacane. This research uses experimental methods. The population in this study was class VIII students, totaling 85 students. The sample consisted of 44 students consisting of two classes, namely class VIII-2 with 22 students as the experimental class and class VIII/3 as the control class. Data codellection was carried out through pretest and posttest. Data on improving learning outcomes is in the form of normalized gain (N-Gain). The difference in the average N_Gain of the experimental class and the control class was analyzed using an independent sample t-test. The average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class. The results of the t test show that the t value = 2.68 and the t table value = 2.02 (t count > t table) at a significance level of 0.05 which shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. That there is an influence of the CTL learning model with inquiry strategies on student learning outcomes in human movement systems material.

Abstract

This research is based on problems that have been encountered at SDN 71 Banda Aceh which is directly related to the school committee in several ways which supports. This can be seen from the results of observations that the school committee no input into the learning process, no mobilization managing resources and not monitoring the participation of educational stakeholders in implementing school programs. This study aims to determine what is the role of the school committee in planning the development of SD Negeri 71 Banda Aceh City. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods with data collection techniques carried out by conducting observations and interviews. The subjects in this research are 1 chairman of the school committee, 1 principal, 2 teachers, and 2 people  parents/guardians of students. The data processing technique in this research uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification using the descriptive analysis formula. The research results from observation data are that Facilitation supports the role of school committees in development planning SD Negeri 71 has 43 items with a percentage of 91.5% in the very good category, Facilitation that does not support there are 4 items with a percentage of 8.5% in the category very less. So, in general from the results of the interview analysis research that The school committee has supporting factors such as the similarity of vision schools and school committees that make good cooperation and factors barriers such as a lack of consideration and internal control implementation of the program and learning process
