Abstract

The use of technology and information as multimedia learning has a very strategic function. Media is seen as one of the factors that can improve the learning process because the media has strategic roles and functions that can directly or indirectly affect the motivation, interests, and attention of students. The function of multimedia in learning is to overcome the limitations of students’ experiences, be able to transcend classroom boundaries, enable direct interaction between students and their environment, produce uniform observations, instill the basic concepts that are true, concrete, and realistic. Multimedia can arouse new desires and interests and arouse students’ motivation to learn and provide an integral or comprehensive experience from the concrete to the abstract. The advantages of using multimedia in learning include being able to improve students’ ability to understand an abstract concept more easily, in addition to the use of computer media in the form of multimedia can give a positive impression to the teacher because it can help teachers explain the contents of the lesson to students, streamline time, and increase students’ motivation in learning.

Abstract

This study tries to describe the managerial competence of school principals, to describe the quality of teachers in schools (MTS), then to analyze the managerial competencies of principals to improve teacher quality both partially and simultaneously in Karawang, Wadas.  Qualitative methods, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal's managerial competence to improve the overall quality of teachers is going well, the principal makes every effort to carry out his duties as a leader or manager. Syllabus and curriculum programs that have gone well as planned since the founding of the school. Then the concept of the principal leads to vision mission of the school, and apply open managerial concepts in management. The principal always works together, coordinates with all related elements and always provides motivation to teachers and students. Constantly monitoring, evaluating and evaluating and controlling school equipment.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education can not be separated from the quality of human resources owned. Therefore, the Education Institution must also be able to meet the human resource needs of both quantity and quality by increasing the educational resources to supply human resource needs in accordance with the demand and improve the local education process by developing the necessary elements and supporting elements. Improving the quality of learning needs to use strategies that can be applied to each institution by taking into account the characteristics of the institution. With qualified human resources, it is hoped that educational institutions will become institutions capable of effectively facing the challenges of the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana motivasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, bagaimana kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, dan adakah hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja  pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini; Pertama untuk mengetahui motivasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, Kedua untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar dan Ketiga untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja   pegawai   di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pendidikan dan psikologi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai baik PNS maupun honorer di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, yang berjumlah 43 orang sehingga menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket skala likert tentang motivasi kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Adapun hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar berada pada kategori sedang, yakni sebesar 67%. Adapun kinerja pegawai di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar juga berada pada kategori sedang, yakni sebesar 65%. Sedangkan kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai sebesar  0,997%  atau  jika  dikonsultasikan  pada  pedoman  interpretasi koefesien korelasi maka hubungan kedua variabel tersebut sangat kuat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the factors causing delays in UIN Alauddin Makassar students in completing their thesis. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subject of this study consisted of 25 students, 5 lecturers, 5 chairpersons and department secretaries. The subject taking technique used was Purposive Sampling and Snowball Sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observation, and observation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that intelligence indicators have the highest percentage of 60%, motivation of 44%, activity of 40%, peers of 60%, supervisors of 60%, families of 52% and facilities of 64%. Based on the qualitative factors obtained 1) the factors causing student delay increase the delay in completing the study consists of two factors, namely internal factors that complement intelligence, motivation, activity, while external factors include peers, supervisors, family, and facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervisor's performance and the creativity of the Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMAN Sinjai Regency. This research used qualitative research. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data collection using descriptive exploratory analysis techniques, and inductive qualitative methods. The result was found that the supervisor's performance in the preparation of supervisor program planning had been compiled in an accurate manner and the implementation of supervisor supervision had been implemented in the field continuously. PAI teacher creativity in SMA Negeri Sinjai Regency has increased through several programs that have been carefully prepared by supervisors. The supporting factors for supervisors in increasing the creativity of PAI teachers are the existence of supervisory standardization arrangements and the presence of collectors. As for the inhibiting factors for supervisors, namely the number of target schools that are too many, the busyness of the supervisors outside the supervision program, the number of supervisors is still low, and the teacher's perception of supervision activities is still not good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 3 Takalar Kabupaten Takalar, dan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 3 Takalar Kabupaten Takalar. Serta memiliki kegunaan di berbagai pihak, baik itu dari pihak tempat penelitian maupun di pihak penulis sendiri. Variabel dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu kecerdasan Spiritual (X) dan kinerja Guru (Y). Dalam penelitian ini yang di jadikan populasi dan sampel adalah Guru SMA Negeri 3 Takalar Kab. Takalar dengan jumlah 79 guru. Instrumen dalam penelitian adalah pedoman angket untuk mendapatkan skor Kecerdasan Spiritual dan skor Kinerja Guru. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus presentase untuk menjawab rumusan masalah pertama, dan tehnik analisis inferensial dengan regresi sederhana untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Peneliti melakukan penyebaran skala yaitu model skala likert untuk mengetahui kecerdasan dan kinerja guru yang terdiri dari 20 item pernyataan yang diisi oleh 79 responden.  Analisis data kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 3 Takalar Kab. Takalar, menunjukkan diketahui bahwa guru yang yang memiliki kinerja rendah 11,39% dengan jumlah frekuensi 9 guru, dan guru yang memiliki kinerja tinggi 10,12% dengan jumlah frekuensi 8 guru , dan guru yang memliki kinerja sedang 78,49% frekuensi 62 guru. 2). Kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh guru mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 3 Takalar. Hal ini di tunjukkan oleh hasil uji sigifikan yang  diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000< 0,05), maka H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap penngkatan kinerja guru.

Abstract

Abstract:This journal focuses on the quality of professionally managed educational institutions through integrated quality management. Educational institutions as producer services sector should pay attention to quality; quality of managerial and academic aspects. These two aspects can be achieved through the application of the concept of total quality management (TQM). TQM is a management concept that places all insan (civitass academica) of higher education institutions as individuals who have responsibility for quality in accordance with their duties and functions. TQM is an approach to doing business that seeks to maximize the competitiveness of institutions through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes and the environment. TQM is the starting point for improving quality that will be under the jargon of "do the right thing, first time, and every time". Quality Management is part of management that aims to achieve Quality objectives through planning, monitoring, assuring and improving Quality. Involving all members of the organization brings us closer to Total Quality Management (TQM). Efficient Total Quality management system within the organization can facilitate rapidly challenges in the market. Total quality management embodies target and mission in youth education. TQM improves the quality of management and quality of work in educational institutions in general. Important points for educational improvement are scientific and technological development, social change and organizational change. The efficiency and success of education depends not only on quantity but also on quality. The indicators system The quality of education, as well as the criteria associated with the Quality indicators help schools to identify key areas of their activities - their own advantages, disadvantages and opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership of school principals, performance of educators and education personnel to the status of accreditation in state Vocational Schools in Jayapura City.  The city of Jayapura totaling 78. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation, and the coefficient of determination to find out the percentage of the relationship.The results showed that there was no relationship between the transformational leadership of the principal and accreditation status, there was no relationship between the performance of educators and the status of accreditation.  education, there is no relationship between the performance of the teaching staff and the status of accreditation, there is no relationship between the transformational leadership of the school principal, the performance of the teaching staff and the teaching staff with the status of accreditation.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school  is an institution that can not be separated from the phenomenon of cooperation, considering the boarding school is a manifestation of the ideals or desire to create a successor cadre or santri who are experts in the field of science, especially religious knowledge. Pesantren also must realize the ability to develop and practice the religious knowledge in the midst of society. Noble ideals or desires are difficult to be realized if only done by a kiai or caregiver, because human nature does have limitations, so it takes the involvement of various humans through the process of cooperation in realizing these ideals or desires. The dynamics of pesantren development when juxtaposed with educational institutions that once appeared in Indonesia, is the oldest system of education today and is considered an indigenous Indonesian product. This education was originally an Islamic religious education that started since the emergence of Islamic society.
