Abstract

MI Darussalam Jatiguwi is one of the MI’s in Malang Regency. Many problems are faced by the institution, one of which is the limited number and competence of teachers or teaching staff and the lack of use of information technology to support activities financial management system in elementary school. The purpose of implementing this Community Service Activity (PkM) is the revitalization and development of MI Darussalam teachers related to a SpreadSheet-based financial management system mentoring workshop. The implementation of PkM is carried out by giving live lectures and demonstrations of using applications to manage madrasah finances. The PkM activity was held in the MI Darussalam Jatiguwi building and was attended by the PkM Team and students of the Chemical Engineering Department as well as teachers and staff of MI Darussalam Jatiguwi. This PkM activity pays attention to the health protocol, namely the participants involved are measured their body temperature, before entering the room clean their hands and must wear masks during the activity. The event started with an opening by the Chairman of the MI Darussalam Foundation, followed by remarks by representatives of the PkM Team, a symbolic handover of computer grants and the provision of materials. Participants participated enthusiastically.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period when someone begins to build broader social relationships and make decisions independently. However, many cases of adolescent social relationships actually provide negative experiences that hinder their development and threaten their future. Adolescents who live in orphanage have greater vulnerability to trapped in unhealthy social relationships. Assertiveness is the quality of a person to believe in himself, being able to communicate his thoughts, feelings, and emotions without driven by fear of others. Assertiveness assistance to adolescents in orphanages is important because assertiveness is a complement to the values ​​and norms they receive in schools and orphanages. Without assertiveness, their knowledge of values and norms will not be effective. Assertiveness is a psychological construct that can be changed through a behavioral intervention program. With this assertiveness assistance program,we hope adolescents in orphanage could develop positive social relationships and reject negative invitations or pressures that make them trapped in unhealthy relationships, so that their future could be better.

Abstract

Abstrak Mulai tahun 2021 Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan akan mulai menerapkan asesmen nasional. Asesmen nasional mengukur dua macam literasi yaitu literasi membaca dan literasi matematika ( atau Numerasi ). Salah satu instrumen utama yang digunakan dalam asesmen nasional adalah Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) yang mengukur literasi membaca dan literasi matematika ( numerasi ) siswa. AKM numerasi merupakan hal yang baru bagi para guru matematika SMP. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdian masyarakat jurusan matematika UM merencanakan mengadakan workshop penyusunan AKM numerasi bagi guru matematika SMP di kota Probolinggo. Diharapkan melalui workshop ini, para guru dapat disiapkan untuk membuat soal-soal AKM numerasi. Dilaksanakan 2 kali workshop. Pada workshop pertama, tim pengabdian memberikan beberapa materi seperti penjelasan tentang AKM numerasi, pembuatan soal AKM numerasi tentang geometri dan aljabar, dan bagaimana mengemas soal AKM numerasi dalam bentuk e-LKPD. Sebelum acara diakhiri, para guru diminta untuk mencoba membuat soal AKM numerasi dan e-LKPD. Mereka diberi waktu 2 minggu untuk mengerjakan tugas tersebut dan mempresentasikan hasilnya pada workshop kedua. Hasil yang diperoleh dari workshop adalah para guru memperoleh manfaat tentang materi AKM dan bagaimana menyusun soal AKM numerasi. Kata Kunci: workshop; soal AKM

Abstract

Abstrak:. Bumdes memiliki peran yang banyak dalam membantu pengembangan desa, sehingga pemerintah mendorong pembentukan Bumdesa dalam suatu desa. UU No.6/2014 tentang Desa (UU Desa). Pasal 87 UU Desa dan pasal 132 PP No. 43/2014 menjelaskan bahwa badan usaha tersebut dibentuk untuk mempersiapkan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Didalamnya juga dijelaskan meskipun bukan bersifat kewajiban serta memaksa, pendirian BUmdes menjadi peluang bagi setiap desa. Dalam memberikan fasilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa maka diperlukan pembentukan Bumdes. Jika tidak dibentuk suatu Bumdes, desa akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengelola dana desa. Bumdes memliki peranan yang sangat penting yaitu sebagai sektor dari penggerak industri yang baru serta ikut mempercepat perbaikan ekonomi rakyat. Pengelolaan dana desa baik yang diperoleh dari pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah maupun dari pemerintah desa dengan tujuan agar dana tersebut lebih banyak dimanfaatkan untuk perekonomian serta pelayanan kebutuhan dasar menjadi alasan perlu adanya Bumdes Banyak yang belum paham, bagimana perlakuan perpajakan terhadap Bumdes. Sebuah entitas berbentuk badan usaha yang terbentuk dari kekayaan desa yang dipisahkan seperti halnya dengan BUMN dan BUMD merupakan pengertian Bumdes.Kami melakukan pengabdian ini pada BUM Desma Mina Agro, Pandegelang, Banten. Pelaknsanaannya adalah dengan melakukan soisaliasai dan pendampingan terkait pemahaman perpajakan. Dengan pengabdian ini, BUM Desa Bersama ini mengerti dan paham bahwa ada kewajiban perpajakan yang harus dipenuhi sebagai kewajiban terhadap negara.

Abstract

Community service as one part of the pillars of Tri Dharma college is carried out as a tangible manifestation of the role of collage in meeting community criticisms. Legal and Citizenship Research Group, FKIP, UNS in collaboration with MGMP PPKn SMA & SMK, Karanganyar Regency carried out Community Service activities aimed at PPKn SMA & SMK teachers as an effort to increase understanding and improve the quality of Civics learning in the development of online learning instruments, especially on material law. This community service activity aims to: 1) improve the mastery and understanding of Civics teachers on legal material, 2) increase knowledge and ability in compiling online learning instruments, 3) improve the ability of teachers in developing learning media in the online learning process. While the benefits of this activity are the maintenance of the continuity of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education functions, namely the functions of education, research, and community service. The method used is in the form of training (workshop) by providing understanding and prioritizing increasing teacher knowledge regarding strengthening legal material in Civics subjects and online learning instruments. This activity showed very satisfactory results. The teachers have very high enthusiasm to take part in this training and the ability to make online learning instruments and the development of learning media has increased.

Abstract

The concept of urban farming is here and offers a solution by creating and managing open land. In addition to getting closer to nature, urban farming can also strengthen social relations between its activists. When urban farming is applied in a neighboring environment, urban farming can strengthen a sense of togetherness and create a culture of mutual cooperation in the community, especially residential areas. Not only community empowerment activities, urban farming can also support the economic condition of the community itself through the marketing of their harvests as well as to support the Food Oriented Development launched by the government. This community service activity involves community groups in Sukamahi Sukaratu Village, Tasikmalaya Regency and coordinates with the local Village Apparatus. The methods used include (1) location surveys, (2) urban farming counseling to the community with communication, information methods, and (3) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to produce an agreement with the community on the application of the urban farming concept through hydroponic techniques. Increasing knowledge and understanding of the community through the application of the concept of urban farming is very important as a solution to increase family income. Mutual agreement between the community and community leaders resulted in an agreement to utilize the yard by processing it into multipurpose land. Abstract

This devotional activity aims to improve farmers' skills in the cultivation of black soybeans and increase the selling value of black soybeans which can ultimately increase farmers' incomes in Kemumu Village. Devotional activities are designed in 3 types of activities that are mutually sustainable, namely (1) education and extension of black soybeans, (2) the manufacture of black soybean planting experiments, and (3) training and the making of black soybean processing. The results of the activity showed that the education and counseling carried out by the devotional team was able to increase knowledge about black soybeans both planting techniques and processing of seed products. Cultivation of soybean plants and the manufacture of processed soybean seeds into tempe, tofu, and soy sauce have been successfully carried out by the farmer's group of Kemumu Village, North Bengkulu. The result achieved by the black soybean variety Detam 4 is 1.39 tons/ha. To follow up on this activity, the proposed suggestions include: (1) in the future members of the target farming group are expected to continue to carry out the practice of cultivating black soybeans on a wider scale (2) members of the target farming group to keep making tempe and soybeans on an industrial scale to increase household income, (3) to the government to provide a channel of funds to meet adequate equipment resources in the production of tofu and industrial-scale tempe.

Abstract

Human resources are needed in developing the competitiveness. Galungan Village, Sawan District, Bali Province with assets in the form of village forests surrounded by mountains and beautiful natural scenery, cool air, jogging tracking, tours to waterfalls, rivers and hundreds of hundreds of years old trees are very worthy of being preserved as ecotourism icons. Based on the Decree of the Governor of Bali Number 2017/03-L/HK.2015 concerning the granting of village forest management rights, the management of village forest work areas is carried out by Rural-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). The problem is that the performance of BUMDes: (1) low entrepreneurial intentions, attitudes, behavior; (2) low management practices (Aryaningsih, 2020). Business performance influenced by management, entrepreneurial attitudes. Objectives: 1) improve the implementation of entrepreneurial 2) improve the dissemination of management knowledge for institutional strengthening of Rural-Owned Enterprises. The method of implementing community service with a participatory method is through lectures, training, education that allows the service team to interact, communicate intensively and directly with the community and their business activities. Activities contribute to increasing knowledge and skills of BUMDes entrepreneurial management of village forest ecotourism. Suggestions, BUMDes managers and stakeholders pay more attention to management and entrepreneurial action in managing village forest ecotourism.

Abstract

Currently, rice farming land is getting narrower because it is pressed for housing. Ways are needed to utilize narrow land to develop a rice farming system, including hydrogenic farming, which is an organic cultivation system by planting rice on humus soil in plastic cups planted in a row of paralon pipes above fish ponds, integrating a hydro system (water circulation) nutritious and organic systems (without chemical fertilizers). This Community Partnership Program aims to deal with the problems experienced by service partners, namely the Self-help Agricultural and Rural Training Center "Bengkel Mimpi" in Malang Regency which carries out hydroganic rice cultivation, namely how to obtain alternative sources of electricity so that financial expenditures for electricity can be increased. So far, only state electricity company can save more/reduce, so that the solution and output target implemented in overcoming these problems is in the form of a solar power plant which is used to drive 12 hydraulic water pumps. The method of service is action research: discussion, design and application of solar power plants. After going through technical calculations, 6 100 wp solar panels were installed, complete with support brackets, 3 100 AH batteries, 1 solar charge controller, 1 3000 WA inverter, 12 water pumps. The advantage of this solar power plant is the design aspect of the solar panel support bracket which is made attractively resembles the shape of a sunflower. The test results have been carried out in sunny conditions this solar power plant produces 2,144 Watt Hours. The output of this Community Partnership Program can be used as a model for alternative sources of electricity in other villages nationally, especially on hydrogenic and hydroponic agricultural lands which are located far from the state electricity network. Abstract

Asesmen merupakan upaya untuk mendapatkan informasi dari proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Proses assesmen yang baik didukung oleh kualitas soal yang baik dan bisa memberikan informasi yang lengkap dari abilitas siswa. Metode yang dapat digunakan adalah pengukuran pemodelan Rasch (Rasch model measurement) pada data hasil ujian. Pemanfaatan teknologi dalam asesmen salah satunya adalah penyusunan soal online yang interaktif. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam penyusunan soal online adalah aplikasi Kahoot yang berbasis platform pembelajaran gratis. Sasaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru matematika SMK di Kota Batu yang tergabung dalam MGMP Matematika SMK Kota Batu.Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru-guru SMK dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran daring baik dari segi penyusunan soal, media soal online maupun validitas dari soal tes yang dibuat. Mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mengadopsi langkah-langkah action research yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Pada tahap tindakan, pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan menjadi dua kegiatan workshop yang dilakukan secara daring. Workshop pertama memberikan materi Pembuatan soal dan aplikasi Kahoot sedangkan workshop kedua diawali dengan review hasil tugas dari workshop pertama yang sudah diunggah dan pemberian materi pemodelan Rasch dengan alat bantu aplikasi ministep.
