This study aims to analyze the influence of employer attractiveness, social media, and corporate reputation as mediating variables on the job application intentions of Generation Z in West Kalimantan. The population for this research consists of 194 Gen Z respondents from West Kalimantan. The study employs a quantitative approach, collecting data through an online survey using Google Forms. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SMARTPLS 4.0 statistical application. Based on the analysis, it is concluded that employer attractiveness does not significantly encourage Generation Z to apply for jobs in West Kalimantan. In contrast, social media effectively boosts their interest in applying. Both employer attractiveness and social media influence corporate reputation, which in turn encourages Generation Z to apply for jobs. Additionally, a strong reputation enhances the effects of employer attractiveness and social media in attracting applicants.

Abstract

The importance of Human Resource Development (HRD) and Total Quality Management (TQM) for business success, particularly in the service sector like cafes and coffee shops. In a competitive environment, service quality is crucial, and effective HR management directly influences customer satisfaction and profitability. TQM, a managerial approach focusing on continuous quality improvement, requires commitment from all employees, not just top management, to be effective. The coffee shop industry in Indonesia, especially in Jember Regency, faces challenges in maintaining service consistency due to employee performance variations. TQM can address these issues by reducing variation, improving HR performance, and ensuring consistent service. However, the adoption of TQM faces obstacles, including a lack of understanding of TQM principles, resistance to change, and limited resources for training. Overcoming these barriers requires adequate training, strong management support, and financial investment. The study emphasizes that implementing TQM in human resource development can enhance service quality and competitiveness, especially through performance evaluation, training, and motivation.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry, both nationally and internationally, has been an essential factor in Indonesia's economic development and contributes significantly to GDP and employment. With increasing globalization and rapidly changing consumer preferences, business owners and entities operating within this sector will face more challenges. One of the challenges facing the F&B industry today is the effort to increase productivity. In addition, Employee Engagement and Employee Development are also considered to help improve Organizational Citizenship Behavior. In this instance, the study intends to investigate how perceived organizational support influences organizational citizenship behavior and ascertain how employee engagement and development function as mediators. This study employs a quantitative methodology using the Partial Least Squares in the Smart PLS version 4.0 application and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS research method. With a sample of 180 respondents, the study's population consisted of all F&B workers in Indonesia. According to the survey, employee engagement mediates between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. However, employee development does not show this impact. These results give human resource managers in Indonesia's F&B industry an important direction on boosting employee engagement and organizational support to promote constructive and pleasant workplace behaviors.

Abstract

The purpose is to investigate the influence of profitability, solvency, and liquidity upon firm value and moderation of dividend policy from the IDX Kompas100 Index, with an analysis duration from 2020-2023 with a total of 122 observations. A purposive sampling approach is applied in this analysis, with criteria for firms that live consistently on the Kompas100 index, distribute dividends within analysis time, have profitable revenue, and are capable of meeting long-term and short-term debts. This research employs MRA with SPSS software. The outcome shows that profitability and liquidity have a positive result on firm value. Meanwhile, solvency shows an adverse influence on firm value. Additionally, dividend policy is able to moderate and intensify the outcome of solvency upon the firm value and weaken liquidity impact upon firm value, but it shows no sign of moderating effect on profitability upon firm value.
