Abstract

This research aims to identify various needs from the point of view of pro-spective students studying package C (Paket C) regarding a technology-based learning platform in the Learning Management System (LMS) format. This research is a preliminary that uses a quantitative descriptive design approach. The research sample consisted of 35 people who included students or resi-dents studying package C. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and were analyzed on a percentage basis. The findings in this research indi-cate that students have a positive view of the presence of LMS to facilitate their learning. According to him, the presence of the LMS will be able to make learning more flexible in terms of time, they can still work and be ac-tive but on the other hand they can also continue to attend lessons whose material they can access at the LMS. In the context of learning package C, this research has the potential to provide a strong basis for the development of further learning innovations. By utilizing LMS technology, related parties can design learning approaches that are more effective, inclusive, and re-sponsive to students' needs and learning styles. It is hoped that through this research it can become the basis for the development of a learning innova-tion for package C learning residents.

Abstract

Reading literacy is the capacity to comprehend and make use of the written forms of communication required by society. Despite the fact that reading literacy is crucial, many individuals still disregard it and should begin in elementary school. The purpose of this study was to learn more about how local wisdom-based digital comics are used as a teaching tool for elementary school students, as well as about the challenges they face in developing their reading literacy and the learning media formulations that need to be developed. The findings of the observations were compiled into a tool for determining primary school pupils' requirements, which was then descriptively and qualitatively examined. When doing qualitative research utilizing the descriptive technique, teachers and students are observed and their data is thoroughly examined. Based on the findings of this study, it can be said that learning materials regarding digital comics that are grounded in local knowledge are crucial for fostering students' interest in reading.

Abstract

The rapid growth of social media and mobile applications, such as Instagram, has created significant opportunities for facilitating digital marketing for SMEs. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a specialized education and training program focusing on the use of the Instagram mobile application to facilitate digital marketing for SMEs. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to provide a comprehensive description of the design of education and training for the Instagram mobile application. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews with a sample of 10 respondents. The interview results indicate that with the appropriate resources, it is possible to expand marketing efforts and reach a larger number of potential customers. Active interaction and constructive feedback enhance the success of training and business growth through Instagram. The observations have resulted in an effective training design, where the training activities involve visual presentations, group discussions, and direct demonstrations. Participants practice using Instagram and then participate in a test followed by a group discussion. This research concludes that the training program successfully achieves its objectives, as participants engage in visual presentations, group discussions, and hands-on exercises using Instagram, while gaining the understanding and skills required for utilizing the platform.

Abstract

Self-control is one of the skills that is needed in the 21st century. Self-control affects students' skills in solving social environmental cues. The main foundation that gives strength to fend off external and internal bad things is the ability to control oneself. Student-oriented learning methods can increase the various abilities of students. The purpose of this study was to identify Problem-Based Learning as a learning method needed to improve self-control abilities in Islamic religious studies in high school. This research method is qualitative research with data collection procedures, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. Data were collected using three research instruments, namely observation, questionnaires, and inter-view guidelines. The results of the study show that: 1) The learning method that has been used in Islamic Education learning in high school, namely the expository method and students' self-control is low, 2) The learning method needed to increase student self-control in Islamic Education learning in high school is Problem-Based Learning, which is indicated by the duration of 135 minutes of study hours per week, the characteristics of Islamic Education subject that is relevant to the realities of life and train students to have good morals, the poor quality of Islamic Education Subject with an average learning outcome of 61.55, and 3) Learning methods that can improve students’ self-control in Islamic Education learning in high school is Problem-Based Learning by the character values that are formed in this method.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses or enterprises conducted by individuals, groups, small business entities, or households. Similarly, the TP PKK (Family Welfare Movement) of Karangdowo Village also has MSMEs, specifically in the form of batik production. Although the batik production in these MSMEs is of good quality, the sales still fall short of expectations. Therefore, there is a need for training in digital mark eting techniques. This research aims to provide an explanation regarding the effec-tiveness of digital marketing training conducted by MSMEs of PKK Ka-rangdowo in increasing the sales of PKK Karangdowo's batik products. The research subjects are 10 PKK mothers selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research method used is an experimental one, collecting questionnaire data from the pre-test and post-test phases. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics. This method explains how the effec-tiveness of digital marketing training contributes to the increase in sales of batik products owned by PKK Karangdowo's MSMEs. The results of the re-search indicate that digital mark eting training can enhance the sales of MSMEs' batik products compared to previous sales. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the marketing strategy development carried out by MSMEs of PKK Karangdowo, through the implementation of digital market-ing training, is considered successful in increasing the sales figures of their batik products.

Abstract

Technology literacy is needed in this digital era. One of the important online marketing applications for entrepreneurs to market their product online is E-commerce but entrepreneurs in Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk are unskilled to use it. The purpose of this study was to obtain information about: (1) the training model used so far (previously) and product marketing capabilities; (2) a training model that can improve product marketing capabilities; and (3) the training model needed to improve the ability to market products for Barrokah Garbage Bank business actors in Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency. The type of research used is qualitative research methods. Information collection techniques in the form of data collection, data display, data reduction and conclusions. Analysis of measuring data through pre-test and post-test learning outcomes. The research subjects were 20 Barrokah Garbage Bank business actors in Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency. From the results of the study it was concluded: 1) the training model used previously did not exist, 2) the marketplace model can improve product marketing capabilities, and 3) the marketplace training model is needed to improve product marketing capabilities for Barrokah Garbage Bank business actors, Tulungrejo Village, Trucuk District, Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

The world becomes more connected and information technology develops quickly, good management skills are the main key in managing village-owned enterprises (BUMDesa) so that they can develop and compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study aimed to analyze the needs of e-modules that are used to improve the management skills of village-owned enterprises. This research was descriptive exploratory research with a sample of 74 respondents. The results of the study indicate the need for e-modules based on indicators of preference and reasons for respondents using digital media for management learning. Respondents assumed that in improving BUM-Des management skills it would be more practical to create content in the form of digital media. A study of student survey data revealed that re-spondents needed more digital teaching materials in the form of modules in order to support their learning activities. The results of this study are ex-pected to be a reference for the development of e-modules that can support the improvement of participants' skills.

Abstract

Digital literacy is the capacity to use a variety of media for information access, analysis, and production, in this case for participants in the economy. In order to increase the digital literacy of UMKM actors, it is necessary to design learning media formulations that address the following issues: 1) a description of how LMS on Digital Marketing is used as a learning tool for UMKM actors, 2) viewpoints on and challenges faced by UMKM players in the field, and 3) learning media formulations that are needed. The observations' findings took the form of a tool for UMKM actors to assess their needs, which was then subjected to descriptive qualitative analysis. Researchers discovered that social media has been used as a learning tool in the field to help people comprehend digital literacy. but has not been implemented optimally, namely: 1) there are obstacles in delivering material, especially material that cannot be observed directly or abstractly, 2) material is too abstract becomes difficult in delivery, UMKM actors need media that can visualize detailed and correct digital literacy so that there are no misunderstandings about digital literacy, and 3) learning media that needs to be developed to increase digital literacy of UMKM actors is LMS Digital Marketing.

Abstract

The rapid growth in the use of social media and platforms such as shopee, has created great opportunities to facilitate digital marketing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research aims to design and implement an education and training program that specifically addresses the use of the shopee platform in an effort to facilitate digital marketing for MSMEs entrepreneurs. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, which focuses on a thorough description of the implementation of education and training on the Shopee platform. Data was collected through observation and interviews, using literature studies and analysis of the needs of MSMEs related to digital marketing as a basis for developing education and training programs that suit these needs. The problem-based learning model education and training program has succeeded in providing an in-depth understanding of digital marketing strategies using the shopee platform to MSMEs, as well as increasing their skills and knowledge in utilizing it in a sustainable manner. The design of the Shopee platform education and training has proven to be an effective effort in facilitating digital marketing for MSMEs, helping to expand market reach and increase busi- ness competitiveness by optimizing the potential of social media and the Shopee platform.

Abstract

The digital era which is developing very rapidly apart from providing convenience also requires village officials to have technological expertise to adjust to environmental changes as a consequence of changes in existing policies. Therefore, this study aims to (a) identify competency problems in digitizing archives and (b) analyze module development needs. This study uses a quantitative design approach, using a survey to collect responses from respondents. Questionnaires were distributed to 10 village apparatus as learning society or training student respondents using random sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that overall the level of problems in the competency of digitizing village archives is high from various aspects. Participants have the desire to develop e-modules with complete content and display that is not monotonous. Therefore, it is proposed that this e- module be developed to meet user needs, so that the goal of implementing archive digitization can be achieved.
