Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Nilai — nilai Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Kegiatan Kemasyarakatan (Sarweh)”. Di dalamnya mengenai budaya keislaman di masyarakat desa kedungrejo Kecamatan Bantaran Kabupaten Probolinggo yang dikenal dengan sebutan Sarweh. Di mana kegiatan ini untuk memperkuat tali silaturrahim. Nilai dalam kegiatan Sarweh yakni adanya nilai persaudaraan semenjak ramai oleh pengunjung melalui pemaparan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) bentuk kegiatan sarweh di masyarakat Desa Kedung Rejo terdiri dari yasinan, tahlilan, Istighosah, dan Pengajian (2)Setiap kegiatan sarweh dimaknai kebersamaan oleh masyarakat baik melalui nilai kebahagian, nilai kesedihan dan nilai toleransi (3) Kegiatan sarweh   tidak terlepas dari peran para pemangku agama dan masyarakat sesuai dengan fungsinya masing — masing (4) Dengan hadir sarweh kita akan tau karakteristik tetangga kita sehingga tercipta rasa persaudaraan yang tinggi (5) Nuansa Spiritual karena membaca surat — surat Al-Qur’an sholawat dan puji — pujian kepada Allah SWT.Kata kunci: Gotong-royong, Etika, Kebersamaan, Toleransi sesama muslim, Nuansa Spiritual.

Abstract

Lembaga Pengembangan Pesantren Muhammadiyah (LP2M) telah menerbitkan buku bahan ajar berbahasa Arab yang diperuntukkan kepasa pondok pesantren Muhammadiyah. Dalam pelaksanaannya, buku tersebut dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas penggunaan buku berbahasa arab dala meningkatkan maharah kalam santri PP MBS Al Amin Bojonegoro. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif sehingga pemanfaatan buku Ajar tersebut dapat diteliti lebih rinci mulai dari kelemahan hingga kelebihannya masing-masing, hingga dampaknya terhadap kemampuan santri. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sebagai hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan buku ajar bahasa Arab cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan maharah kalam santri PP MBS Al Amin Bojonegoro yang sebagian besar dapat mengikuti dan memahami materi. Adapun kendala yang dihadapai adalah tulisan berbahasa Arab belum bersyakkal/berharakat, kurangnya kompetensi ustadz bidang bahasa Arab, kurangnya alokasi waktu dalam pembelajaran, dan rendahnya kompetensi santri dalam pemahaman bahasa Arab

Abstract

Residents assume the absence of a guardian can switch to anyone without regard to the rules. Meanwhile, the practice in the KUA area of Karanganyar District in the selection of guardians is carried out based on the order of marriage guardians. The execution of marriage uses a guardian judge if the guardian is a non-muslim, the guardian of the nasab is unknown (mafqud), the child of a mother and runs out of the guardian of the nasab. In appointing a guardian the judge is not necessarily to the head of the KUA, but rather gives precedence to the wali aqrab to the wali ab'ad. This is done in order to preserve the honor of the parents who take care of him. Even so, the transfer of the guardian of the nasab to the guardian of the judge already has provisions, therefore the purpose of this article is to find out the determination of the guardian of the judge in the marriage and the role of the guardian of the judge in the implementation of the marriage. The primary data source is the result of interviews with the Head of KUA and 9 married couples, supported by secondary data. The result of his research is that the determination of the guardian of the judge is carried out based on the consideration of the applicable law in Indonesia. The Office of Religious Affairs determines a marriage in terms of Islamic law and positive law. It's just that it's related to the reason that the guardians of most guardians of judges apply positive law. Therefore, the legal basis used in determining marriage is KHI and PERMA RI Number 30 of 2005.

Abstract

This article initially explores the Minang-origin tarekat in Medan City. These Minang-origin tarekats are scattered in various regions and have an activity base in Medan City. The distinguishing element of a Minang tarekat from other communities is related to the ethnic identity within it, both in the doctrines and rituals taught to the tarekat. To understand the tarekat from Minang, a related research question is asked about the genealogy and role of the community from Minang in Medan City. This research found several tarekats from Minang, namely the Tarekat Syattariyah (TS), which has a lineage connected to Shaykh Burhanuddin in Ulakan, Pariaman, the Tarekat Sammaniyah wa Naqsyabandiyah (TSN) related to Shaykh ‘Abd al-Qadim in Belubus, Payakumbuh, the Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Kadirun Yahya (TNKY) is connected to Shaykh Hasyim in Bukit Tinggi and Shyakh ‘Abd al-Majid in Tanah Datar, and the Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Yayasan Jabal Abi Qubis (TNYJAQ) from Shaykh Ibrahim’s path in Bonjol, Pasaman. Meanwhile, the role played by the tarekat from Minang relates to spiritual education, such as Sufism recitation, which is actively carried out in surau or at home, and mysticism activities which are practiced according to a specified time. Finally, this study confirms that Minang-origin tarekats in Medan City have an important role in the spiritual education of the people of Medan City.

Abstract

Dunia kini menyadari pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental. Hal ini bermula dari pandemi covid-19 yang mengakibatkan isolasi wilayah secara global, menjadikan pekerjaan-pekerjaan menumpuk di rumah, bukan di kantor ataupun lembaga lainnya. Kesadaran ini terus terpelihara hingga sekarang. Kesehatan mental yang tak kalah penting untuk dijaga di antaranya adalah kesehatan mental anak usia sekolah dasar pula. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis berusaha membeberkan bagaimana usaha guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Jember dalam rangka menjaga stabilitas kesehatan mental siswa-siswanya. Guru PAI tak hanya menjalankan kewajibannya sebagai seorang guru saja, melainkan bagaimana ia menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman dalam aktifitas sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni mengungkap peran dan usaha guru PAI SD Muhammadiyah 1 Jember dalam menjaga stabilitas kesehatan mental siswa. Merupakan penelitian lapangan, penelitian ini memaparkan hasilnya melalui data yang didapatkan dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari peneltian ini menyatakan bahwa guru PAI berperan sebagai mu’allim, murobbi, mursyid, edukator, pelatih, komunikator dan konsultan, serta role model bagi siswanya, sehingga stabilitas kesehatan mental siswa dapat terjaga dengan baik.

Abstract

Knowledge and the ability to form and connect Arabic letters are still fundamental problems among students. Several studies have shown that some of them are still wrong in connecting Arabic letters. This study aims to describe the form and level of errors of Arabic language course participants at An Nur Mosque, South Jakarta, in connecting Arabic letters. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research data was taken from the results of the course participant's written test and then analyzed by reducing the data, analyzing it, and then drawing conclusions. The result of the study shows that the participant's form of error connecting the Arabic letters was: Connecting letters that should be separated 2). Separating letters that should be connected 3). Forming letters not according to the rules of connecting either at the beginning, middle, or end of a word 4). Does not form a connecting line. In addition, there are 595 errors in forming and connecting letters. The highest error which 235 errors was found in the points forming letters not according to the rules of connecting either at the beginning, middle, or end of a word. Meanwhile, the lowest was 71 errors on the error points of connecting letters that should have been separated. Keywords: error; analysis; connect; Arabic; Letter

Abstract

Educating children in this age of globalization is not as easy as imagined, so many problems and problems faced by educators and parents. It can be seen in the age of globalization has a huge impact / influence on the lives of mankind, especially among students from various aspects of life. This study aims to determine the concept of child education in the family according to the Qur'an letter Luqman verses 12-19. The method used in this research is library research with a qualitative approach. The method of data collection in this study by using data sources, education books, moral education, the internet, journals that have the same discussion, and other information related to this research, text and discourse analysis. After the data is collected, data analysis will be carried out to find the essence of this research. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that children's education in the family is very important, the family becomes the foundation for the formation of children's behavior, with the guidance of Surah Luqman verses 12-19 can help in educating children. There are four aspects, namely tawhid education, worship education, moral education and social education. The results of this study are very important, children are a mandate so it is appropriate to be loved, guarded and cared for, so by instilling education is a way of protecting children. Education is not only providing education but must be able to embed in children praiseworthy attitudes and behavior. Education is very useful that we can instill in our children according to Luqman's message, this message is so useful for us. The family as educators who will provide the foundation for children. Whoever we are parents, teachers, educators must be able to be a good role model.

Abstract

  In the verses of the Qur'an, Allah swt has explained that one of the greatest blessings besides health that Allah has given is food and drink. Regarding the ethics of eating and drinking, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) has given an example which is mostly intended for the benefit of his ummah. According to the companions of the Prophet, it is an ideal reference that must be followed and practiced. The literature review method is the method used by the author in the preparation of research, where the author collects various types of information from the library, such as books, and documents, with the aim of finding different theories and ideas and after that the results are formulated. according to the research objectives. According to the companions of the Prophet, it is an ideal reference that must be followed and practiced. The habits of the Prophet are a description of the values contained in the Qur'an. The description of the Prophet's diet as an ideal reference can be seen from the hadith. As the Prophet did not encourage his people to eat and drink while standing and eat food from those closest to him and use his right hand. All of this shows that Islamic law, if implemented consistently and correctly, will go hand in hand with the concept of a healthy life that has been explained by health and medical science.

Abstract

Consolidation of Muslim communities in Southeast Asia is still far expectations due to the degradation of a sense of belonging among the Muslim community in any Asian countries, can be seen from the persecution of Muslims in several Asian countries. Therefore, this paper will discuss the role of Muhammadiyah to strengthening of sosial capital as a concrete step consolidation of Muslim communities in Southeast Asia. Sosial capital becomes an important factor in strengthening international Muslim community because in it the inherent trust, networks, and norms in which sosial capital can provide access to a wider network of information so that the consolidation of Muslim communities in Southeast Asia who do do to eliminate Muslim discrimination in several southeast Asian countries.Keywords:Muhammdiyah; Social Capital; Muslim Community

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas dan menganalisa tentang peranan rekonstruksi pada proses penyidikan dalam upaya mengungkap kejahatan serta membahas dan menganalisa tentang pelaksanaan rekonstruksi pada proses penyidikan dalam upaya mengungkap kejahatan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peranan rekonstruksi pada proses penyidikan dalam upaya mengungkap kejahatan yakni memperjelas tindak pidana atau kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh tersangka dan memberikan keyakinan kepada pihak penyidik terkait tindak pidana atau tindak pidana yang terjadi atau yang dilakukan oleh tersangka. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan rekonstruksi pada proses penyidikan dalam upaya mengungkap kejahatan dapat dilakukan di suatu tempat, baik di TKP itu sendiri ataupun di tempat lain yang dipersiapkan secara khusus menyerupai TKP seperti di salah satu ruang pada suatu Polres. Pelaksanaan rekonstruksi di dalam ruangan kerja Polres dalam prakteknya dapat memperlihatkan kesesuaian keterangan yang diperoleh dari tersangka dan saksi sehingga diperoleh rangkaian kejadian yang sebenarnya telah terjadi. Selain itu, setiap penyidik dalam melakukan kegiatan olah TKP tetap mengacu pada petunjuk pelaksanaan (JUKLAK) Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dengan nomor polisi 04/1/1982. Pada praktiknya, rekonstruksi pada proses penyidikan dalam upaya mengungkap kejahatan dapat dilakukan melalui dia cara yakni rekonstruksi fisik dan rekonstruksi mental
