Abstract

Handling vehicle claim at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch refers to the process of submitting and settling vehicle insurance claim being carried out efficiently, on time, and meeting the expectations of policy holders and this research aims to identify obstacles faced in the process of handling claim and provide recommendations for improvement. The research uses qualitative methods with Ricard M. Steers' theory which has 3 dimensions, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. The results of this research indicate that the effectiveness of handling vehicle claim at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch has not been effective, with obstacles in the dimension of achieving goals seen from the aspect of the achievement period and concrete targets that have been running well. Integrity dimensions, seen from the aspects of procedures and socialization processes, there is still a lack of understanding from insurance companies towards customers, causing customers to lack understanding of the claim submission process. The adaptation dimension consists of aspects of increasing capabilities and infrastructure which have not been running well because customers feel limited in their choice of workshops and often have to travel long distances to get repair estimates. Based on these three dimensions, it can be seen that the effectiveness of handling vehicle claim at PT. Jasaraharja Putera Palembang Branch has not been effective due to a lack of socialization on claim handling procedures and a lack of facilities and infrastructure at the recommended workshops

Abstract

The high number of problems faced by children facing the law as victims is very important to be considered more conducive and become a common concern in handling. The process of implementing Social Rehabilitation in ABH can determine attitudes and changes in ABH. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Permensos in restoring ABH social functioning. The research method in this study used qualitative methods, informants in this study consisted of 12 informants. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that, there are several things that have been in accordance with the provisions of the theory according to Nugroho (2008) and the provisions of the Ministry of Social Affairs, but there are still obstacles and obstacles in implementing the Permensos which include, budget procurement, procurement of infrastructure facilities, and cooperation with other UPTD. In addition, the Social Rehabilitation Process at ABH is still carried out according to the stages and programs available, by looking at the condition of ABH after rehabilitation. The conclusion of this study can be concluded that, the informant has carried out the rehabilitation process in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Social Affairs. Social Rehabilitation provided to Children with Legal Conflict aims to enable children to carry out their social functioning which includes the ability to carry out roles, fulfill children's rights, solve problems, self-actualization and development of self-potential, as well as the availability of a social environment that supports the success of children's social rehabilitation.

Abstract

The issue of employee performance in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in implementing poverty alleviation programs in the distribution of social assistance to the poor, especially in managing DTKS in Central Bengkulu Regency, is not yet on target. The aim of the research is to describe the performance of employees in the Social Protection and Security Sector in managing DTKS at the Central Bengkulu Regency Social Service. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach, with informant selection techniques using purposive sampling, data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation methods and data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data display (presentation) and verification techniques. . The research aspect is guided by the theory of Bernardin and Russell in (Huseno 2016) which is collaborated with Regulation Number 30 of 2019 concerning Civil Servant Performance Evaluation. The results of the research show that the performance of employees in the Social Protection and Security Sector in managing DTKS at the Central Bengkulu Regency Social Service is quite good although there are still deficiencies in several aspects of employee performance indicators. The obstacles in this case can be seen firstly, secondly, the quality sub-aspect, the cost sub-aspect, and thirdly, the commitment sub-aspect.

Abstract

Job Fair program of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province is present with the aim of reducing the increasing unemployment rate, namely by bringing together job seekers with companies that are opening job vacancies. The purpose of this study is to know, understand and describe the implementation of the Job Fair program of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province. To determine the achievement of these goals, this study uses research aspects from Nugroho's implementation theory (2017), which consists of Pre-Implementation, Implementation, and Post-Implementation stages. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection using observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Job Fair program at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province has not run optimally. This is because the evaluation aspect has not run optimally, namely in the process and final achievement (output) where the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bengkulu Province does not have data on the number of people accepted for work in the Job Fair program, so it cannot measure the success of the implementation of the Job Fair programIn reducing unemployment in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the causes of the suboptimal implementation of village financial system applications (siskeudes) in Bukit Makmur Village, Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency. This research uses BPKP guidelines on Siskeudes Application and Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Financial Management. The four main aspects that are the focus of this study are the planning stage, the budgeting stage, the administration stage, and the reporting stage. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of the village financial system application (siskeudes) in Bukit Makmur Village, Pinang Raya District, North Bengkulu Regency has not been carried out optimally, because in the aspects of the planning stage and the administration stage, there are obstacles, namely the community does not understand about the Village RPJM, the development of RKP is not in accordance with the current village fund regulations and minutes and order letters have not been integrated into the siskeudes application.

Abstract

 This research aims to identify the causes of the less than optimal implementation of Bengkulu City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2008 concerning Peace and Public Order (Study of Handling Street Vendors in Panorama Market, Bengkulu City). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. This research aspect uses Ripley and Franklin's theory, namely Compliance and What's Happening. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that cause less than optimal implementation of Bengkulu City Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2008 concerning Peace and Public Order (Study of Handling Street Vendors in Panorama Market, Bengkulu City) in the Compliance aspects are not in accordance with applicable regulations, namely the implementation is not in accordance with SOP and What's Happening aspect, namely: 1) There are no sanctions given to street vendors who sell on the road and sidewalks in accordance with the provisions of the applicable PERDA, 2) the lack of budget for Satpol PP Bengkulu City to carry out routine or periodic control, 3) The existence of thugs and playing apparatus that hinder the implementation process, 4) There is no measure of success in the implementation process carried out by Satpol PP Bengkulu City, 5) Panorama Market which cannot accommodate the increasing number of street vendors, 6) Lack of awareness of street vendors of the Regulation that prohibits selling on sidewalks and road bodies, 7) People who no longer want to shop in the market. The author recommends that it be better to provide a special place or stall for traders where traders then pay a fee for cleaning and security as well as increasing the budget for the Bengkulu City Satpol PP in handling street vendors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of SIMRS at Harapan and Doa Hospital, Bengkulu City. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. The interview process involved informants from the SIMRS management team and also elements of hospital leadership. The research results show that in terms of communication everything went well, SIMRS improved communication between service units in providing data and information. The resources chosen to manage SIMRS also come from the results of special recruitment according to the criteria which will later become the SIMRS IT team. The disposition of implementing this system has a positive influence which can be seen from the acceptance of implementing this system in the hospital environment. In terms of bureaucratic structure, the SIMRS management team only consists of several leadership elements and the IT team. Meanwhile, operators are not included in the SIMRS management structure. In conclusion, the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) at Harapan Hospital and Bengkulu City is going well.

Abstract

Transformative leadership as a paradigm that continues to develop in the context of the 21st century offers unique thinking in understanding and responding to various challenges related to democracy today. This article aims to investigate the role of transformative leadership in interpreting and overcoming various problems that arise in the context of democracy in student organizations. Through transformative leadership, this article offers a solution based on empowerment, active participation, and building member capacity. Transformative leadership encourages the creation of an inclusive environment where individuals have avoice that is valued and heard. This creates a strong foundation for resolving conflict, strengthening trust, and promoting ongoing engagement. Thus, this article concludes that transformative leadership has great potential to become a facilitator in dealing with democratic problems in the contemporary era. Through this approach, it is hoped that student organizations can build a stronger foundation for an inclusive, dynamic and sustainable democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and understand the development of the Dendam Tak Sudah Lake tourist attraction in the perspective of collaborative governance. In addition, this study also aims to formulate a Collaborative Model and Process related to the Development of the Dendam Tak Sudah Lake Tourist Attraction in the Perspective of Collaborative Governance. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, using Yoeti's theory of Tourism Object Development and Ansell and Gash's theory of Collaborative Governance. The technique for checking the validity of the data in this study uses triangulation techniques, in this study the triangulation used is source and technique triangulation. While the techniques used for data analysis in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study found that in the Dendam Tak Sudah Lake Tourist Attraction there are three factors that can determine the success of tourism development as an industry and although there has been progress in infrastructure after the lake was changed its status to a Nature Tourism Park, there is still an urgent need for the provision of basic facilities such as toilets and coordination between related parties

Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of Three In One (3 In 1) Services and the supporting and inhibiting factors of Three In One (3 In 1) Service innovation in population administration services in Bengkulu City. This study uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that communication between the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bengkulu City is carried out with several supporting institutions. Resources are sufficient and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Three In One (3 In 1) Services can increase the scope of ownership of Death Certificates, Family Cards (KK), and Identity Cards (divorce and death), services are carried out in a short time and do not use administration fees/free. The response given by the community to the Three In One (3 In 1) Service has mostly given a positive response. The community can receive 3 (three) documents, namely Death Certificates, Family Cards (KK), and Identity Cards (KTP) for Divorce and Death. The implementation is supported by the Population and Civil Registration Service of Bengkulu City conducting socialization in collaboration with the Sub-districts and Urban Villages of Bengkulu City. The obstacles faced are the lack of public understanding of the importance of owning a Death Certificate.
