Abstract

This research aims to describe changes in the character of elementary school-age students due to the influence of cyberspace and digital literacy programs in the independent curriculum in responding to the challenges of cyberspace influence. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. The data and data sources for this research were obtained from a study of cyberspace and its impact on student character and independent curriculum documents regarding digital literacy programs. This research data was collected from previous research, then critically analyzed and presented in a descriptive narrative. From the results of data analysis, it was found that cyberspace had a positive and negative impact on the character of elementary school-age students. Positive character changes if students have good literacy skills and through guidance from parents and teachers. Meanwhile, elementary school students who do not have good literacy and use cyberspace freely without control have a negative impact on their character. As for digital literacy in the independent curriculum learning outcomes, students are more dominant in having digital skills and are not yet comprehensive in the four pillars of digital literacy (digital skills, digital culture, digital ethics, and digital safety ), so the implementation of digital literacy needs to be carried out comprehensively through guidance, parental and teacher control.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model on students' communication skills. This research is a type of quasi-experimental quantitative research. This research design uses a post-test only control group design. The subjects of this research were students in classes IV A and IV B at MI Miftahul Huda Tayu, totaling 26 students in each class, taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses interviews and non-test methods in the form of questionnaires. The data in this research was obtained through primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research is in the form of interviews with class teachers and data in the form of student communication skills questionnaire results, which are analyzed using the t-test. Secondary data in this research consists of all information from reference books and scientific journals. Based on the t-test calculation, it is obtained -1.686 < t count < 1.686 and t count = -8.45, so it can be seen that the t count is not between the values -1686 to 1.686. Apart from that, this is reinforced by the results of hypothesis testing with the t-test. The results of the post-test t-test obtained Sig results. (2-tailed) 0.008 < 0.05, which means there is a difference in post-test results between the experimental class and the control class. It can be seen that H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that this means the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is effective for students' communication.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to enhance the standard of education by employing a religious-cultural approach, specifically a prescriptive approach. This approach entails individuals submitting to, imitating, adhering to, and adopting cultural scenarios dictated by authorities. Additionally, it involves a programmed approach through a learning process where culture develops internally within individuals based on religious beliefs and values. The research employed a qualitative-descriptive methodology. The research findings indicate that the implementation of Religious Cultural Based Management has been effectively executed. Teachers demonstrate strong enthusiasm for implementing religious and cultural norms, while the school principal plays a crucial role in overseeing management methods based on religious culture. The teacher's degree of professionalism is commendable in both the teaching and evaluation domains. The influence of religious culture on management practices impacts work discipline, motivation, and the achievement of optimal work results. Key factors facilitating the integration of Islam culture in schools encompass the proactive involvement of teachers in offering assistance and encouragement, alongside students' recognition of the significance of these endeavors. Nevertheless, there are also constraining elements, such as pupils' lack of awareness, that might result in an uneven distribution of time spent on schooling. In general, the integration of religious culture is executed proficiently and smoothly, with robust facilitating elements and few constraining elements. Implementing religious culture-based management in schools has the capacity to enhance educational standards.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of group guidance and counseling using the behavior contract technique in increasing students' learning motivation. Through a quantitative approach and a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest design, The population in this study were all students in class XI, totaling 75 students at SMA Fathul Falah Bandar Mataram. The sample in this study consisted of students who showed low learning motivation, with a total of 8 people. A study on low learning motivation among eleventh-grade students at SMA Fathul Falah Bandar Mataram involves the entire eleventh-grade population, comprising a total of 75 students who meet the criteria for low learning motivation. From this population, a sample of 8 students was selected using the Non-Probability Sampling method and Purposive Sampling technique, which were determined based on attendance and recommendations from the head of student affairs. Data sources include the class attendance list during the research period, reports or recommendations from the head of student affairs, and the results of observing students' learning motivation using observation instruments or learning motivation questionnaires. Sample data includes students such as SSA, AAW, and DM, with details on gender, average scores, and specific learning motivation issues for each individual. In this research, the data analysis technique uses the Wilcoxon test, which measures the difference in pre-test and post-test means using a special formula. The sampling technique used was Non-Probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling method, which is a sample selection technique based on certain considerations to obtain eight students who showed problems with low learning motivation. Research shows a significant increase in student learning motivation after receiving group counseling and guidance with behavioral contract techniques. Analysis of pre-test and post-test data using the Wilcoxon Test revealed significant changes, with an initial score of 181 and a final score of 336. The test results showed a Z value of 2,524 from the 11th-grade sample, confirming the effectiveness of group counseling and behavioral contracts in increasing students' learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic figures in the formulation of Pancasila. This research is qualitative research using the library research model, historical approach, political approach, and figure study. The political approach referred to in this research is a paradigm review that adopts the thoughts of figures, namely the main figures in the research (KH. Agus Salim and KH Wahid Hasyim) and other nationalist groups, both religious and secular. Primary sources in this research refer to writings written by the figure who is the subject of the research, namely the writings of KH. Agus Salim and KH. Wahid Hasyim. The method used in this research is to collect information and review books, literature, notes, and various reports related to the problem at hand. The data analysis techniques used in this research consist of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research reveal that Pancasila is the foundational philosophy of the Republic of Indonesia, consisting of five principles that guide the nation. While Pancasila itself is not directly derived from Islamic teachings, some Islamic figures have played roles in the formulation and development of the philosophy, especially during Indonesia's struggle for independence. It's important to note that Pancasila aims to be inclusive and is not specific to any particular religious or ideological group. While Pancasila incorporates universal values, including social justice, democracy, and national unity, it has roots in Indonesia's cultural and religious diversity. The influence of Islamic figures during the formulation of Pancasila reflects the collaborative effort to create a philosophy that could serve as a unifying force for the newly independent nation. In conclusion, the contribution of Islamic figures in the formulation of Pancasila is a testament to the inclusive and collaborative spirit that prevailed during Indonesia's struggle for independence. The resulting philosophy seeks to accommodate the nation's religious and cultural diversity while promoting values of justice, unity, and social welfare. The efforts of these Islamic figures have helped shape Indonesia as a nation that values pluralism and tolerance.
