Abstract

This study is aimed to find out the difference of concept comprehension between students who learn by using reciprocal teaching strategy and those  who study by using lecturing method during social studies learning at 5th grade of SDN Sariwangi in 1st semester of the academic year of 2016/2017. The type of this study is a quasi-experiment with the study design of quasi control group pretest-posttest design. The data of this study is collected through an instrument called a concept comprehension test. This shows that the concept comprehension of social studies of students who learn using reciprocal teaching strategy is better than that of the students who study by using lecturing method. Therefore it  proves that reciprocal teaching strategy gives a significant influence on social studies concept comprehension at elementary school. Furthermore the response of the students to ward the implementation of reciprocal teaching strategy is positive. The students feel to have more involvement in the learning process and this method does not make them bored easily. The reciprocal teaching strategy can be a reference of an innovative, creative and effective learning strategy whith is suitable with the students.

Abstract

The revolution era 4.0 has helped humans a lot in running the wheels of life, but there have also been some unfavorable impacts that have emerged in this era. One of the affected sectors is the education sector. The condition of students character in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently very concerning, making educators not only teach theory but also how students practice it in everyday life.  Educators must be sensitive to how to maintain and improve the character values of students. This study's goal is to explain how Ken Blanchard's situational leadership theory and delegation model can improve student character in class 4 theme 5 Pahlawanku. This study uses a literature study approach (Library Research) by analyzing international and national articles that have strong relevance to the concepts in this research. So the results of this study indicate that the Ken Blanchard approach model with a delegation pattern can improve student character in the form of proactivity, responsibility, independence, problem solving, and creativity.

Abstract

Pemahaman merupakam aspek yang sangat mendasar dalam belajar. Untuk memahami materi secara mendalam diperlukan peguasaan pengetahuan konseptual dan pengetahuan prosedural. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh melalui tes dan wawancara. Untuk menjamin keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum ada siswa yang mampu mencapai semua indikator kemampuan pengetahuan konseptual dan prosedural. Dibuktikan dengan siswa hanya mampu memenuhi 2 indikator yang ditunjukkan siswa dengan cara menyatakan ulang sebuah konsep dan mengembangkan syarat perlu dan syarat cukup dari suatu konsep. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa masih belum mampu menguasai konsep-konsep yang berhubungan dengan pecahan, sehingga siswa belum mampu menyelesaikan soal pecahan dengan konsep yang baik dan tepat. Siswa juga hanya mampu memenuhi 2 indikator kemampuan prosedural. Kemampuan prosedural ditunjukkan dengan siswa mampu mencobakan sesuatu dalam kasus sederhana dan tahu bahwa sesuatu itu berlaku dalam kasus serupa dan dapat membuktikan kebenarannya. Untuk itu diperlukan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada kemampuan konseptual dan prosedural dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of student interest in learning and mathematics learning achievement of students at Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Natar, South Lampung Regency. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative. The population in this study was the fifth grade students of Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Natar, South Lampung Regency in the odd semester of the 2018-2019 school year. The research method used in this research is correlational analysis. Samples were obtained by using simple random sampling technique as many as 35 students from class students of Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 3 Natar, South Lampung Regency. Data was collected by giving questionnaires and PTS tests. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS 23 program which consisted of descriptive analysis, data analysis requirements testing and hypothesis testing. The data analysis requirements test used, namely the normality test, and the linearity test. The results of this study are research that there is a significant positive influence between interest in learning on learning achievement in mathematics, which means the greater the interest in student learning, the greater the opportunity for students to excel.

Abstract

To improve the quality of education, not only competent educators are needed, but adequate and supportive facilities and infrastructure are needed, so that the learning atmosphere can run well according to the wishes of the parties in the school environment. Planning, procurement, inventory, use of facilities and infrastructure, maintenance, elimination and accountability. Research focuses on the quality of facilities and infrastructure as a strategy for school principals in improving the quality of education as an effort to advance schools. This research uses a qualitative method with interview models and field studies. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the role of the Principal as an administrator in managing educational facilities and infrastructure at MIS Raudlatul Munawwarah and the strategy carried out includes procurement planning, inventory, use and elimination. It has been implemented and is running well, but it will be maximized if a library and sports field are built at MIS Raudlatul Munawwarah

Abstract

Governance of the human resource management information system (SIM SDM) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is an important process that involves managing information and procedures related to human resources efficiently and effectively. HR SIM in madrasas aims to improve institutional performance through employee data management, recruitment, performance assessment, professional development, and other related aspects. The research conducted focused on the governance of Management Information System Implementation at MIS Raudlatul Munawwarah in an effort to improve the performance and quality of teaching staff. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the processes running at MIS Raudlatul Munawwarah. In designing a website-based HR Information System, it is structured based on the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) model. The results of the research carried out are that managing an effective HR Management Information System at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah requires commitment from all stakeholders, including madrasah heads, teachers, administrative staff and other supporting staff. The successful implementation of this system not only increases operational efficiency, but also makes a positive contribution to teacher professional development and improving the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

Pluralism is the term which it has many difference meaning. At the same time, someone can accept and refuse pluralism according to that meaning. Secular humanism argues that there is no an Absolute Truth, because the truth is depend on human. The truth is subjective and relative, so unity just can be built by secularism. Global theology offers a new  theology  that  is  global  theology  to  unite  the  difference  religions.  Syncretism selected and mixed religions become a new religion. Perennial Philosophy tries to find meeting is understood as a framework of interaction in which groups show point of religions in the esoteric area. In the social sciences, pluralism sufficient respect and tolerance of each other, that they fruitfully coexist and interact without conflict or assimilation. Pluralism as theory is a social construction. Indonesian can construct pluralism base on the values of Pancasila that are Goddess, humanity, unity, democracy and justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya minat siswa kelas V di MI Sinar Galuh Pekon Way Petai Kecamatan Sumberjaya untuk belajar Al-Qur’an Hadist hal ini terlihat dalam hasil observasi dengan menyebarkan angket kepada sampel dalam prasurvei, yang berisi lima aspek minat yaitu aspek kesukaan, keaktifan, semangat, serius dan perhatian siswa. Dari lima aspek tersebut maka dapat diketahui tingkat minat yang dimiliki siswa, adalah tergolong tinggi, sedang, atau rendah. Dari hasil penyebaran angket tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa secara umum minat siswa kelas V MI Sinar Galuh Pekon Sukapura untuk belajar Al- Qur’an Hadist tergolong rendah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar dengan presatsi siswa kelas V pada Mata Pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist Madraah Ibtidaiyah Sinar Galuh Sumber Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitati dengan menggunakan persamaan Korelasi Product moment. Berdasarkan pengamatan serta analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal yang diantaranya: 1) Minat belajar siswa dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa MI Sinar Galuh Sumber jaya. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan terdapatnya korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan prestasi siswa 2) Faktor Pendukung dalam menumbuhkan minat belajar adalah adanya motivasi dari orang tua, guru dan lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa, serta ditunjang dengan suasana yang menyenang, fasilitas yang memadai dari sekolah. 3)Faktor penghambat dalam minat belajar adalah kurangnya motivasi orang tua, guru, serta kurangnya fasilitas sarana prasarana sekolah, baik berupa buku paket, alat peraga lainnya. Untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran.

Abstract

Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara yang di lakukan dengan Guru, Kepala Sekolah, Orang Tua Siswa dan Sisawa. Hasil penelitian kepala sekolah telah malakukan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengaraha, dan pengendalian, media online yang di gunakan dalam poses belajar mengajar selamapandemi adalah WhatsApp, hambatanya keterbatasan spesifikasi smart phone, tidak memiliki smart phone, keterbatasan paket internet, dan siswa juga susah memahami pelajaran dan saran yang dilakukan adalah pembelajan dengan menggunkan Grub WhatsApp secara berkelompok, pembagian pubu paket dan LKS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang berupa observasi dan wawancara yang di lakukan penelulis di MI Al Fajar Pringsewu dapat di simpulkan bahwa hambatanya keterbatasan spesifikasi Smart Phone, tidak memiliki smart phone, keterbatasan paket internet, dan siswa juga susah memahami pelajaran. Saran yang dilakukan adalah pembelajan dengan menggunkan Grub WhatsApp secara berkelompok, pembagian puku paket dan LKS dan penjelasan singkat oleh Guru di dalam kelas dan penjelasan guru pada group WhatsApp wali murid.

Abstract

Over time, technological advances and changes in the learning paradigm require educators to be more creative and innovative. Patently one of the subjects that is a challenge for students is learning mathematics. Mathematics is often perceived as a difficult and boring subject by most learners so to overcome these problems, technology-based mathematics learning innovations need to be internalised. This study aims to analyse the self-efficacy and learning creativity of students in learning mathematics through innovative mathematics learning media based on X Mind at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sumber Bunga Kapongan Situbondo, especially in class IV. This research uses a qualitative approach using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were grade IV homeroom teachers, mathematics teachers and grade IV students. Data acquisition through participatory observation, interviews with educators, and document analysis as a conclusion. The results showed that educator innovation in the form of X Mind-based mathematics learning media produced by students significantly, illustrating the formation of high self-efficacy, learning creativity, new imagination, understanding of mathematical concepts of KPK and FPB material, in producing innovative and active learning so as to support the achievement of learning objectives as expected.
