Abstract

This study discusses the urgent need for Islamic educational institutions to adapt to the rapid technological and societal changes that characterize the Era of Disruption. Traditional leadership practices in Islamic education must be re-evaluated to remain relevant and practical. This emphasizes the importance of integrating technology into educational practices while ensuring that these innovations are aligned with Islamic values. This article outlines several key strategies for reshaping Islamic educational leadership, including cultivating a disruptive mindset among leaders. A disruptive mindset, in this context, refers to a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, where leaders are encouraged to challenge the status quo and embrace change. This mindset is crucial in navigating the complexities of the digital era while upholding Islamic values. Other strategies include promoting self-driven initiatives and reshaping educational paradigms to meet contemporary needs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study. The results obtained are the importance of digital literacy and the ethical use of technology in preparing educators and students to face the challenges of the digital era. Developing professional training programs that equip educators with the skills necessary to utilize digital tools effectively while upholding Islamic principles is recommended. This article also emphasizes the importance of character education, encouraging institutions to foster moral and ethical values ??in addition to academic achievement, and, ultimately, the need for a comprehensive approach to leadership in Islamic education that balances technological advancement with preserving core Islamic teachings. By embracing innovation and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, Islamic educational leaders can ensure that their institutions thrive in the Age of Disruption, producing knowledgeable and morally grounded individuals. This reformulation is essential to meet the needs of an evolving society and fulfill the mission of Islamic education in a rapidly changing world.

Abstract

The development and existence of Islam until now with its existence is one of the struggles and da'wah movements that always initiate its delivery to the people and nature. Da'wah has started since the time of the Prophet Muhammad Saw until now, with many upheavals and struggles in grounding Islam through da'wah. There are many verses of Allah Swt that discuss da'wah, such as QS. Ali Imran; 104, 110, QS. An Nahl; 125 and many others similar to the phrase da'wah. If we look back at the preaching struggle of Rosulullah Saw while in Mecca, it is essential to try to invite and call the Quraysh to leave the ignorance of their lives to the way of Allah Swt. So that the main pointer of the content of the Prophet's preaching is human servitude to the Oneness of Allah Swt (tauhid). The core of the first da'wah that must be conveyed is about monotheism to Allah Swt and as the foundation of the movement of human dignity. In various ways and efforts, the Prophet's da'wah both in Mecca and Medina had different characteristics of distributing Islamic information. Departing from the understanding of culture, culture, and wisdom of the community that made the Prophet determine different methods in delivering his da'wah. The development of the people, especially the first to instil monotheism to the people, and the second to build a system of society in sharia. Such is the Islamic civilisation from the way of da'wah as Islam that we know today from the Prophet Muhammad Saw struggling to expand his da'wah departing from Mecca and Medina. So that the Prophet's mission of da'wah is to strengthen the internalisation of the ummah and develop relationships with outside the ummah. This means that this is how the teachings of Islam brought by Rosulullah Saw so that it can build an exclusive and moderate da'wah paradigm. And the Prophet Muhammad's da'wah at that time was the main reference for the life of Islamic society in the midst of diverse and complex streams. As well as the foundation of the struggle and movement of da'wah how da'wah should live and last in the midst of a pluralistic society with its heterogeneity.

Abstract

Hadith, as the second source of Islamic law after the Qur'an, plays an important role in the formation of religious law and science. In the Islamic tradition, hadith narration uses various methods, one of which is the kashf method. This method is a typical approach in the Shi'a tradition that emphasizes the spiritual aspect and the authority of the Ahlul Bayt in understanding and narrating hadith. Unlike the Sunni tradition that prioritizes systematic verification of the sanad and matn, the kashf method functions as a means of revealing the inner meaning of the hadith that cannot always be reached by the textual approach. This study aims to analyze the kashf method in hadith narration from the Shi'a perspective and its implications in Islamic studies. Using a qualitative method based on literature study, this research compares the epistemological and methodological aspects between the kashf method and the conventional hadith narration approach. The results show that the kashf method functions not only as an intellectual approach but also as a spiritual process that emphasizes closeness to the Imam and the Ahlul Bayt in uncovering the inner meaning of the hadith. As such, it not only enriches the study of hadith in Islam but also strengthens the theological and philosophical foundations of the Shi'a scholarly tradition.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the concept of Mashadirul Ahkam, with a particular focus on As-Sunnah as a fundamental source of Islamic law. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing library-based methods to collect and analyze both primary and secondary sources. Primary sources include the Qur'an and canonical collections of Hadith, such as Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, which are critically examined to understand how As-Sunnah complements and elucidates the legal principles outlined in the Qur'an. Additionally, the works of classical scholars, including Imam Shafi'i, are analyzed to highlight their contributions to the theory of As-Sunnah as a legal source. The study also incorporates contemporary interpretations by modern Islamic jurists to provide insights into the evolution of the understanding of As-Sunnah and its application in addressing contemporary issues. A comparative analysis is conducted to explore differences in interpretation across various Islamic schools of thought. The findings are organized thematically, focusing on key themes such as the authority of As-Sunnah, its role in legal derivation, and its interplay with other sources of Islamic law. The results indicate that As-Sunnah plays a crucial role in specifying and contextualizing the general laws found in the Qur'an, thereby enhancing the understanding and application of Islamic law in everyday life. This research underscores the enduring relevance of As-Sunnah in Islamic legal theory and its significance in guiding Muslims in their religious practices. Ultimately, the study contributes to a deeper understanding of the sources of Islamic law and their implications for contemporary Islamic jurisprudence.

Abstract

The introduction of Islam to Indonesia is a complex historical event that occurred over an extended period, beginning in the 7th century and reaching its peak from the 13th to the 16th century. There are five theories regarding the entry of Islam into the archipelago, primarily based on the origin of its bearers: the Arab theory, the Chinese theory, the Persian theory, the Indian theory, and the Turkish theory. This research employs a literature study with a qualitative approach. The strategies for spreading Islam in the archipelago were carried out through trade routes, preaching (dawah), marriage, education, and cultural Islamization. The key figures who disseminated Islam in the archipelago were scholars and kings/sultans. Islamization in the archipelago is characterized by its unique features, namely a relatively peaceful and gradual spread, which differs from the pattern of Islamic dissemination in some other regions of the world. Islam was introduced through various channels, especially trade, marriage, and preaching by Muslim traders, scholars, and Sufis. Ports and coastal cities became the initial points of Islamic spread, eventually reaching inland areas. The Islamization process in Indonesia is also marked by intensive adaptation and acculturation with local cultures, resulting in a distinctive form of Islam unique to the archipelago. This accommodative approach allowed Islam to be widely accepted and to become an integral part of the Indonesian identity. The arrival of Islam not only transformed the religious landscape but also shaped new social, political, and cultural dynamics, which have had a profound and lasting influence on the formation of Indonesia's national identity.
