Abstract

Kampung Susu Dinasty (KSD) Agrotourism hasn’t managed their management optimally. This condition has an impact on agrotourism that has a hard time to developing. This management isn’t free of a risk and the possibility of a risk that’s influenced by the quality said management has. This research aims to identifying the operational risk source, analyzing the level of risk, also strategies that can be applied for operational agrotourism risk control. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique with 64 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, likert scale, Godfrey method, and Flanagan & Norman theory. The result shows that there are 13 operational risks that agrotourism faces with 4 risk categories. The final results of the risk level assessment found that 2 risks were at a low level, 5 risks were at a medium level, 3 risks were at high level, and 3 risks were at an extreme level. From the results of the analysis, 4 main strategies were carried out to minimize losses due to operational risks, namely by transferring risks involving third parties, establishing communication and cooperation with various parties, creating alternative actions, and creating new programs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of a tendency to decrease employee performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of agile leadership and employee job satisfaction in the VUCA era. This research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 100 employees who were taken by random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed via the Google form. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS application. The results of this study explain 1) Agile leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, 2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the VUCA era, and 3) Agile leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance employees in the VUCA era. The findings of this study indicate that if companies want to improve employee performance in the VUCA era, companies must improve agile leadership and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value and also to determine the effect of intellectual capital as a moderating variable on the relationship between profitability and firm value and firm size on firm value. The population of this study are companies that are members of the LQ45 index for the 2018-2020 period. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). This study shows that profitability as measured by ROI has a significant effect on firm value, but GPM as a measure of profitability has no significant effect. Firm size has a positive effect on firm value in LQ45 companies. Intellectual Capital can moderate the relationship between profitability as measured by ROI and GPM. Intellectual Capital also moderates the relationship between firm size and firm value in LQ45 companies for the 2018-2020 period. Abstract

In supporting the government's progress and future development, it is necessary to make the agricultural sector-based industry Small and Medium Enterprises the leading sector in the development of a region. Wonogiri Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java that has enough potential to develop Small and Medium Enterprise agroindustry. The objectives of this study are 1) to determine the internal and external factor environment in the Agroindustry Small and Medium Enterprise Leading Cluster and 2) to select alternative strategies for business actors using the methods used in the IFE and EFE Matrices, SWOT Analysis, and QSPM. The results of the study are 1) the strategies used are market penetration strategies, market development, and product development, and 2) the selected strategy is market development. Strategies that can be used in market development in cashew clusters are 1) utilization of information technology, 2) expanding the network/marketplace, 3) revitalization of cashew crops, and 3) training of human resources to increase productivity. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Chakra Lestari Sejahtera, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a correlation coefficient adj value of 0.466 meaning that both variables have a moderate level of influence with a determination coefficient of 46.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count> t table or (6.743> 2.009), this is confirmed by a significant probability of 0.000

Abstract

In the Era of Globalization which has demanded a change in the old paradigm in all fields, one of which is a change in the modern business world. The increasingly fierce competition requires business people to maximize their performance through product quality and service quality in order to survive in business competition in creating customer satisfaction. For companies, customer satisfaction is one of the most important things in a product or service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Ayam Kremes Purwodadi restaurant The population in this study were all consumers of Ayam Kremes Purwodadi restaurant in October as many as 1000 consumers. So that the sample obtained amounted to 70 respondents. The variable in this study is the independent variable (X) consisting of product quality, service quality and the dependent variable (Y) namely consumer satisfaction. Data collection method is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of analysis is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing From the research results show that the product quality variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a significant amount of 0.014 < 0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction by 0.027

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of implementing good corporate governance, accountability, and mitigation planning on company performance in PDAM Surakarta City. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability test which are processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 23. The result of the study show that variables of good corporate governance, accountability accounting and budgeting participation have an effect on company performance. Keyword: good corporate governance, accounting per responsibility, budget sensitivity, company performance.

Abstract

Computer-based accounting information systems have been deployed by savings and loan cooperatives and sharia finance (KSPPS). Numerous issues might arise when using accounting information systems in Islamic savings, loan, and financing cooperatives. Technology-related issues frequently face interference, which also has a negative impact on the functioning of the accounting information system. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how top management support, information technology utilization, and user participation in the development of accounting information systems affect such systems' performance. The population of this study consisted of 17 KSPPS, or savings and loan cooperatives with sharia financing, located in the regions of Semarang and Boyolali. Saturated sampling is the method that is employed. thus, the research sample is 17 KSPPS in total. The research analysis unit is made up of employees who use accounting information systems as many as 62 people. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection method was performed using a questionnaire method using a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that the variables user involvement in the development of accounting information systems and the support of senior management had a positive and significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. The information technology use variable has a positive and non-significant effect on the performance of KSPPS accounting information systems in the regions of Semarang and Boyolali.

Abstract

The development of ecotourism in various parts of Indonesia is very rapid. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the nature-based tourism business was quickly stopped and the number of visitors decreased. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of ecotourism motivation, and travel satisfaction on destination loyalty. The research method uses a quantitative research approach. The population of this study are visitors to the Padang Savana ecotourism object. This research data uses primary data. The data collection technique used a survey by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used SEM Amos 21 version. The results found that ecotourism motivation had no effect on destination loyalty. However, ecotourism motivation has an effect on travel satisfaction. Other findings that travel satisfaction has no effect on destination loyalty. These findings can be used as a reference for ecotourism business managers to make marketing strategies by increasing ecotourism motivation to increase travel satisfaction. Meanwhile, to increase destination loyalty, managers must look for other more effective strategies. Keywords: Destination Loyalty, Motivation, Travel Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to test and prove empirically the influence of transformational leadership on managerial performance through organizational commitment to national strategic projects in Kolaka Regency, South East Sulawesi. Theoretically, the results of this research are expected to enrich and complement the body of knowledge in the field of human resource management so that it can be useful for academics and practitioners. This research is explanatory research that examines and explains the research variables in a cross-sectional manner. The quantitative approach is used as the main analytical method, supported by a qualitative approach. The research population is employees who occupy the positions of first-line managers, middle managers, and top managers in the national strategic project area. The research sample consisted of 68 respondents using proportional random sampling and was analyzed using structural equation modeling (partial least squares) (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has no role in improving managerial performance; transformational leadership plays a role in increasing organizational commitment; organizational commitment plays a role in improving managerial performance; and transformational leadership mediated by organizational commitment has no role in improving managerial performance.
