Abstract

This research aims to be able to increase MSMEs in the culinary sector because it involves the role of women and the typical knowledge possessed by women in DKI Jakarta. The population in this study is 1,157 MSMEs in the DKI Jakarta Region and MSMEs in the culinary sector. Sampling in this study was carried out by purposive sampling technique with the number of samples obtained 112. The software used in the study to analyze the data was SmartPLS v.4. The results of this study show that 1) women's distinctive knowledge has a significant effect on the role of women in community economic empowerment. 2) women's distinctive knowledge has a significant effect on MSMEs, because women's distinctive knowledge has an important role in improving MSMEs. 3) MSMEs have a significant influence on the role of women in community economic empowerment. 4) MSMEs mediate the relationship between women's distinctive knowledge and the role of women in community economic empowerment.

Abstract

Abstrak Kepuasan kerja merupakan subjek yang sering diangkat dan dipelajari dalam lingkungan akademis. Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi seberapa baik suatu proses bekerja dalam suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan gaji terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Dalam penelitian ini, partisipan yang paling umum adalah pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan gaji berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Namun motivasi kerja sebagai moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan dan gaji bterhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Gaji, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of financial literacy (X1), human resource competency (X2), and e-commerce implementation (X3) on the performance of micro MSMEs (Y). The study employs a quantitative approach and utilizes non-probability sampling techniques. Primary data is collected through questionnaires directly filled out by respondents, while secondary data is gathered from books, journals, and previous research related to the study's focus. The research focuses on MSMEs located in Bantul Regency. The research specifically focuses on MSMEs located in Bantul Regency. Multiple linear regression analysis is utilized as the analytical tool. The findings indicate that financial literacy (X1), human resource competency (X2), and e-commerce implementation (X3) all exert both individual and combined influences on MSMEs' performance (Y). Abstract

Human Resources (HR) serves as a crucial foundation for the company in achieving its objectives. The elements contained in HR include sources of knowledge, skills, and abilities. Companies find themselves in a situation where enhancing employee performance is essential, as strong employee performance can significantly contribute to overall company success. This research investigates how transformational leadership style, the work environment, and organizational citizenship behavior influence the performance of sewing workers at PT Eco Smart Garment Indonesia. This study involved 83 respondents and was drawn using purposive sampling with restrictions including permanent employees and more than one year of service. Data were collected using survey, interview, and documentation methods. Measurement of statements used a Likert scale with a weight of 1-5. Data analysis techniques are carried out through descriptive testing, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model accuracy tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis testing. The important findings of the study are transformational leadership style, work environment, organizational citizenship behaviour affect employee performance positively and significantly. Meanwhile, the dominant influence on employee performance is transformational leadership style.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely using a number of studies related to Celebrity Congruence, Pruchase Decision, and Brand Quality as the main reference and basic material to create novelty in the research carried out. This research uses primary data obtained from sellers of kebuli rice as many as 150 MSMEs and 150 consumers who have purchased kebuli rice. This data can be categorized as primary data because it was obtained directly. The instrument for obtaining this data uses an online questionnaire which contains 5 statements, namely strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so statement, disagree and strongly disagree which are used as validity test material. The data in this study was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the researcher's first hypothesis regarding the Celebrity Conguruence variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions can be proven and accepted because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.011. This is due to the promotional influence of Sleebriti which has the main tasks of knowledge, skills, markets and so on which are in line with the products being marketed which can significantly influence purchasing decisions However, this research shows more significant results than previous research. Apart from that, in the second row of the third table the path coefficients show similar results if the Brand Quality variable can strengthen the influence of the Celebrity Congurence variable on Purchasing Decisions because the P-Values value is below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.001. This is because Brand Quality is the most important thing to maintain and become the attention of buyers after seeing promotions from Celebrity Congruence. Abstract

This research aim to identify how Organizational Culture, Motivation and Workload gives impact to Employee’s Performance at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office. Civil Servants (PNS) at the Sukoharjo Regency National Land Agency Office is used as research’s population with total 70 employees. Researcher used saturated sample technique on research with 70 sample. There are 3 methods being used in this research, such as the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test with SPSS 21 program. This research categorized as quantitative descriptive research that used primary data and secondary data obtained by observation, documentation, questionnaires, interviews and literature study. Final results of this research higlights positive and significant impact from Organizational Culture and Motivation variable on Employee’s Performance, while there is a positive and insignificant effect on Workload variable to Employee’s Performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) of all variables has a contribution of 41.4% and the remaining 58.6% is explained by variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Model in the Village Deliberation in Walesi District, Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Pegunungan Province, with a focus on community participation in local decision making. Qualitative methods were used to explore how PRA influenced the policy formulation process in four villages: Jagara, Tulima, Apenas, and Pawekama. This research was carried out involving District Heads, Village Heads and community leaders as the main informants. The data collection process used in-depth interviews and participatory observation, with the aim of identifying patterns of community participation in the Village Consultation Conference, as well as observing the impact of PRA implementation on local decisions. The collected data was analyzed thematically to explore the challenges faced in implementing PRA and understand the extent to which communities are involved in various stages of planning, implementation, utilization of results, and evaluation of local policies. The results of this research indicate that PRA has the potential to strengthen community participation in decision making. Public participation can be seen from the perspective of Arnstein's ladder of participation, which distinguishes various levels of participation ranging from simple information to full control over policy. These findings provide in-depth insight into how PRA can be used as a tool to improve the quality of community participation in the context of decentralization policy in Papua Pegunungan Province. Practically, this research provides recommendations for local governments and non-government organizations in increasing the effectiveness of the Village Deliberation through the PRA approach. These recommendations include increasing capacity and understanding of PRA for local stakeholders, strengthening communication mechanisms between stakeholders, and increasing transparency and accountability in the decision-making process. Thus, this research not only contributes to the literature on community participation in decision making, but also provides practical guidance for implementing participatory policies in remote areas such as Jayawijaya Regency, Papua Pegunungan Province.

Abstract

The era of globalization of the business world in Indonesia is growing very rapidly, this is due to the existence of several economic policies that are being launched by the government in the form of deregulation and debureaucracy. Qualitative research methods using SPSS. The population used is 950 and samples taken are 90 respondents using the Slovin formula. The variables in this study consist of independent variables, namely brand, promotion and online marketing, while the dependent variable is consumer loyalty. To determine the effect simultaneously and partially, multiple linear regression analysis is used. The conclusion of this research is that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of brand, promotion and online marketing on consumer loyalty of gamis afifathin. The dominant variable affecting consumer loyalty is brand. Keywords: Brand, Promotion, Online Marketing and Consumer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract Kinerja Karyawan merupakan faktor paling penting bagi kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Terdapat sejumlah faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi faktor Kepmimpinan, Budaya Organisasi dalam perusahaan, dan faktor Komitmen yang wajib ada dalam diri karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganlisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan OCB terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Berbeda dengan penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menambahkan variabel Komitmen sebagai variabel moderasi yang penelitia yaknini dapat meperkuat pengaruh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan OCB terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data ssekunder yang didapatkan melalui kuisioner terhadap 250 karyawan Bank BSI yang tersebar di seluruh penjuru pulau Jawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, masing-masing variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan OCB memiliki arah hubungan positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadp variabel Kinerja Karyawan, serta variabel Komitmen dapat memoderasi pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Spirtual dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image, price, quality, and packaging on the buying interest of consumers of Sabdo Palon herbal medicine in Sukoharjo. The data collection method used in this study was distributing questionnaires. The population used in this study were respondents who had bought Sabdo Palon herbal medicine. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and the technique used was the Non Probability Sampling technique with a Purposive Sampling approach. This study uses multiple linearregression analysis as a method of data analysis. With the regression equation Y= 0,593 + 0,882 X1 – 0,246 X2 + 0,075 X3 + 0,178 X4. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on purchase intention, the price has an effect but is not significant on purchase intention, quality has a significant effect on purchase intention while packaging has a significant effect on purchase intention.
