Abstract

The amount of rice production in Indonesia every year is always increasing. The results of the rice mill produce waste material, namely husks. Along with the increase in rice production, the amount of rice husk waste has also increased. The purpose of this service is to assist the community in utilizing husk waste to make a useful product. The approach used in implementing the KKN program for the people of Jagapura Kulon Village, Gegesik District, Cirebon Regency, is a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with five stages of design thinking. The dedication results show that the shoe rack and sandals that will be made use eco-friendly materials that use the waste from rice husks. The culture of reuse, reduce and recycle must also be applied to organic waste to reduce the use of new materials or materials. The manufacture of shoe and sandal racks is also expected to reduce the felling of trees used to make conventional shoe racks made of wood. Through RASENDAL products, we can reduce the use of new materials using unused waste.

Abstract

Hysical activities carried out, such as Low Impact Aerobics in patients with type II diabetes mellitus, can increase insulin resistance sensitivity to optimize insulin function. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of low aerobics on blood glucose levels and peripheral circulation in type II diabetes mellitus clients. This research design uses true experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. The total sample of 36 people consisted of 12 intervention group 1, 12 people in intervention group 2, and 12 people in the control group . The activity was carried out at the UPT Puskesmas working area of Semarang City in 2022. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data analysis using Wilcoxon and Wallis crucible was α < 5%. The results showed that the average value of blood sugar levels after being given alow-impact. Aerobic intervention decreased by 57 mg/dl with p-value = 0.004. The mean peripheral circulation value of ABI after low impact aerobic intervention increased by 0.09 mmHg with p-value = 0.002. After the low impact aerobic intervention, the average CRT value of peripheral circulation decreased by 0.67 mmHg with p-value = 0.011. In conclusion, e fek eerobic has a low impact in lowering blood glucose levels and improving peripheral circulation.

Abstract

The school students and teachers are national assets, they are given priority when it comes to community service projects that emphasize teaching about organic vegetable growing and using natural spices in cooking to benefit kids' and instructors' health. The method used is Active and Participatory Learning, emphasizing discussion, practice, and demonstration. The results of this service have added to the understanding of students and teachers by planting organic vegetables and cooking vegetable ingredients using natural spices. It has successfully instructed pupils from a young age on how to maintain health by eating organic vegetables and herbs and carrying out the most basic tasks, such as growing plants. Vertical organic vegetables, then practice cooking with spices. The decision to adopt this viticulture planting method was made since only a small 2.5 x 4 m plot of land can be used to grow organic vegetables with the highest yields. The viticulture method itself can produce a lovely environment and economic significance. To treat students and create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in the classroom (i). Besides that, using vegetable cooking techniques can increase students' understanding of knowing natural spices that can be used as cooking spices that guarantee the long-term health of students and teachers.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a national priority to accelerate poverty reduction. One of the PKH Beneficiary Families' (KPM) obligations to improve this is to attend Family Capacity Building Meetings (P2K2). This study aims to describe the empowerment of KPM PKH through P2K2 in the Karawaci sub-district. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are through in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. The study results show that empowerment through P2K2 for KPM in the Karawaci sub-district has been going well, but until now, there has been no independent graduation of KPM PKH due to P2K2. PKH assistants obstacles in empowering KPM PKH through P2K2, namely the participation and level of understanding of KPM. For this reason, the ability and number of assistants, P2K2 operational funds, facilities, and P2K2 module materials need attention to maximize self-graduation efforts, especially comprehensive attention related to economic aspects in empowering KPM.

Abstract

Literacy is essentially the ability of a person to read and write. Knowledge cannot be solely provided by teachers. Therefore, students are expected to be able to explore and seek knowledge and information from various sources to enrich their understanding. In Indonesia, there is still a weak understanding of multiple texts, or, in other words, a lack of comprehension of information. This indicates that the reading and writing literacy skills of Indonesian students are below the global average, especially in the current digital era. Recognizing this situation, the community service team consisting of permanent lecturers from University Muhammadiyah Aceh and I would like to develop reading and writing literacy at Baitul Arqam Islamic Boarding School Aceh Besar. This community service project began on February 19, 2023, and continued indefinitely. The target audience of this project was all middle school-level students. The method used in this community service project was community-based research (CBR), utilizing action research and participatory research approaches. Through guidance and support, the outcome was a book titled "Aku Menulis Aku Berdaya", which consisted of writings by the students of Baitul Arqam. The implications of the service outcomes can strengthen cooperation with neighborhood educational institutions and madrasas to increase the impact of this program, develop more materials and content specifically geared toward students’ literacy needs, including materials based on religion and culture, involve parents and guardians of students in the learning process to support literacy practices in the home environment, and periodically monitor the literacy development of students

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of consumer behavior, namely game satisfaction, consumption value, character identification, and hedonic motivation on the repurchase intention of virtual items in the Mobile Legends Bang Bang game. This study uses a causal associative research method that shows a causal relationship between several variables with this type of quantitative research. Identify 105 respondents of Bang-Bang Mobile Legends game players who have purchased skins or virtual items with the age of 15-40 years spread throughout Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses the Likert scale and uses Partial Least Square to see the influence between variables. The results showed that game satisfaction, consumption value, character identification, and hedonic motivation had a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of virtual items in the Bang Bang Mobile Legends game with a significance level below alpha 10 percent. About 80 percent of simultaneous tests of independent variables were able to explain their effect on the repurchase intention of virtual items. This shows that behavior based on the above aspects can affect players' considerations and decisions to purchase skins or virtual items released by the Bang Bang Mobile Legends game, so that the virtual item business can become a lucrative opportunity and market share for game developers and players.

Abstract

The prevalence of stress events in postpartum increases every year, the result can inhibit the adequacy of breastfeeding in postpartum. To overcome the problem of stress and adequacy of breast milk, basil leaves are an alternative plant that can function as a lactagogue and prevent stress complications is the supplementation of basil leaf nanoparticles. increase the absorption of drugs by the body. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of basil leaf nanoparticles on stress levels and adequacy of breast milk in post-partum. The research method uses quantitative research with quasi-experimental methods with probability sampling, design pre and post-test with control group. The results showed that the stress level in the intervention group was proven to reduce stress levels with an average of 18.50 before being given treatment and an average of 11.18 after treatment. Administration of basil leaf nanoparticles showed a significant difference in reducing stress levels. In the indicator of adequacy of breastfeeding in the form of baby's weight (p<0.005) frequency of bowel movements (p<0.005) frequency of bowel movements (p<0.005) and frequency of breastfeeding (0.369<0.005) means that there are differences in baby's weight, frequency of bowel movements, frequency of urination, and the frequency of breastfeeding in the intervention group and the control group
