Due to competition, universities in the Bandung Raya metropolitan area have integrated digital marketing into their curricula. This unique study investigates variables not previously explored in private universities. It aims to guide educational institutions in enhancing digital marketing strategies to attract prospective students. Digital marketing effectiveness is evaluated based on market attractiveness, target market, and resource uniqueness. SEM analysis reveals that Market Attractiveness directly influences by 11.88% and indirectly by 6.54% through Target Market and 6.67% through Resource Uniqueness. Resource Uniqueness also impacts indirectly by 6.67% via Market Attractiveness and 5.85% via Target Market, and directly by 12.95%. The Target Market shows a direct effect of 11.36%, with indirect effects of 5.85% through market attractiveness and 6.54% through resource uniqueness. This study innovatively links and refines these five concepts.

The bank does not focus on profits but pays attention to the environment and social issues that lead to sustainable development. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued regulations regarding Technical Guidelines for Preparing Sustainability Reports. This research aims to determine the level of disclosure of sustainability reports in 2022 at state-owned banks and state-owned companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research method uses descriptive analysis, which describes the research object based on facts and then analyzes and interprets it. The research results on the level of disclosure of sustainability reports are very good, and show management's commitment to fulfilling disclosure obligations regarding environmental sustainability in economic, environmental, and social aspects. Companies need to improve and optimize programs such as environmentally friendly products, involvement of local parties with sustainable financial business processes, conservation, and biodiversity conversion efforts.

The purpose of this research is to determine the results of human capital, organizational commitment,work motivation and employee performance, to determine the magnitude of the influence of human capital, organizational commitment, on motivation and its implications for employee performance. The method used is descriptive and verification. Determining the sample in the research used the Slovin formula so that a sample of 104 respondents was obtained. Findings: result found human capital, organizational commitment, work motivation and employee performance were poor. And using Path Analysis, the results obtained show that there is an influence of human capital,and organizational commitment on motivation partially or simultaneously, as well as the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

This research aims to examine how leadership influences the performance of BUMDes Directors, mediated by Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation. BUMDes is a strategic business entity for the economic development and welfare of village communities.The study surveyed 253 advanced-category BUMDes directors in Riau Province, using SEM-PLS analysis. The findings indicate that leadership has a significant positive influence on Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation by the directors. Effective leadership shapes directors' affective commitment and encourages active participation in policy implementation and goal achievement. Leadership also directly influences BUMDes director performance, mediated by Affective Commitment and Policy Implementation. These findings highlight the vital role of leadership in enhancing BUMDes director performance through affective commitment and policy implementation. The research implications can guide decision-making and policy improvement related to BUMDes, as well as contribute to literature on the role of BUMDes in sustainable village development.

This study determines the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction and trust as mediating variables in Indonesia sharia banks during the Covid-19 pandemic period. This study used 300 respondents of sharia bank customers in Indonesia. The data were analyzed using a partial least square with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on trust, satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty, satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty, and trust is able to mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. This study adopts two mediating variables, namely satisfaction and trust in the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. The results present partial mediation of satisfaction on the influence of service quality on customer loyalty and partial mediation of trust on the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.

This research aims to analyze and test the influence of Work Engagement and Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior which is mediated by job satisfaction. Quantitative research using questionnaire collection techniques and SEM Smart-PLS, with a saturated sample of 190 employees. Finding, Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Knowledge Sharing does not affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Work Engagement and Knowledge Sharing has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job Satisfaction is unable to mediate the influence of Knowledge Sharing on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Anomalous findings, employees' high application of work procedures, and having experience appropriate to their current job, encourage employees to respect each other among co-workers even though they are not doing work outside their scope.

Sukuk investment is significant in overcoming financial problems in the future and has an impact on global financial markets. This study aims to determine the contribution of international recognition through Sukuk investment interest among Generation Z by examining the effect of financial literacy and financial management behavior on Sukuk investment interest, with lifestyle as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data type. The sampling technique applies a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type to obtain 400 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study apply the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM), with the software used in the form of Ms. Excel and Smart PLS. Based on the analysis, the results show that the financial literacy of Generation Z has a positive and significant effect on Sukuk's investment interest. Additionally, the financial management behavior of Generation Z has a positive and significant effect on Sukuk's investment interest. Furthermore, lifestyle can moderate the impact of financial literacy on Sukuk investment interest but cannot reconcile the effect of financial management behavior on investment interest.

This study aims to investigates the role of domestic investment in reducing poverty in 11 provinces in Indonesia, specifically Java, Bali, East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, and Maluku. This study employs a quantitative framework, utilizing panel data analysis to investigate trends across selected regions. The findings support region-specific economic strategies that boost growth and reduce poverty by encouraging local investment to reduce poverty and improve living standards. The research highlights the importance of domestic investment in promoting inclusive growth and improving social welfare in Indonesia. This research represents a novel inquiry, as the study of the panel data pool model across 11 provinces provides a wider perspective by emphasizing the importance of domestic investment in promoting inclusive growth and improving social welfare in Indonesia.

Digital transformation is changing the way organizations interact with customers, run operations, and recruit and manage human resources. As a result, conventional paradigms in human resource management must be re-examined to remain in line with the needs of this digital era which encourages HR to move from an administrative role towards providing added value through in-depth data analysis. This research aims to reimagine human resource management (HR) practices in facing future challenges. The research method used is a descriptive method from a mix method perspective. Stakeholders or leaders in the Company who show agreement on several components that require a re-description of HR, this is based on conditions that have occurred in the past 5 years which are supported by several conditions that have occurred and demands for technological change and the Company's achievements. The findings of this research rearticulating HR practices for the future is an important step for organizations that want to remain relevant and competitive. The adoption of a new paradigm in human resource management is a reflection of the organization's commitment to adaptability, innovation and sustainability in the face of inevitable changes in the world of work.

In today's rapidly evolving business environment, understanding dynamic marketing effectiveness is essential for startups. This study explores how flexible marketing strategies can adapt to technological advancements, shifting consumer behaviors, and global market changes. A systematic literature review of 740 scholarly articles identified 35 relevant studies.
