Abstract

This study aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance students' cognitive learning outcomes on the topic of Classification of Living Things at SMP Negeri 1 Mego. This development is expected to create effective and inclusive learning media, accommodating students' needs across diverse abilities and backgrounds, while supporting understanding of complex biological concepts.\n\nThe research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, product design, expert validation, small- and large-scale trials, and product revision. The research subjects were seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Mego with varying levels of learning ability. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and interviews involving teachers and students.The results showed that the developed LKPD received excellent validation scores from experts. Validation by subject matter experts scored 96.88%, by language experts 100%, and by media experts 96.25%, all categorized as highly valid. The small-scale trial yielded feasibility levels of 89.68% according to students and 89.5% according to teachers, both categorized as highly feasible. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode butterfly hug terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre – eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pre – post test design. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 25 ibu hamil yang akan menghadapi persalinan normal dan mengalami kecemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata tingkat kecemasan responden sebelum pemberian metode butterfly hug yaitu 19 (kecemasan sedang) dan sesudah pemberian metode nilai rerata turun menjadi 13.92 (kecemasan ringan). Hasil analisis uji Paired T Test diperoleh nilai p = 0.000 (<0.05), artinya terdapat pengaruh metode butterfly hug terhadap perubahan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan normal di ruang bersalin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, butterfly hug dapat membantu menurunkan kecemasan karena memiliki gerakan yang dapat menstimulasi otak dengan mengaktifkan saraf parasimpatik dan memproduksi hormon oksitosin yang berperan meningkatkan rasa nyaman.

Abstract

This study aims to identify DNA barcodes with the rbcL gene locus and reconstruct the phylogenetic relationship of the Balakka plant with species belonging to the genus Phyllanthus. This research includes experimental research by isolating DNA, amplification DNA using rbcL gene as primer, electrophoresis and sequencing. DNA was isolated with a commercial kit, amplification was carried out using the Polymerase Chain Reaction method. Sequence results and phylogenetic tree reconstruction were analyzed by Bioinformatics (MEGA 11). The results showed that the number of amplicons from the consensus of the two primers on the balakka plant sample was 557 bp. The phylogenetic tree of the Balakka sequence formed a sister clade with Phyllantus emblica KY9888320.1 with 66% similarity, and P. emblica grouped together, but still had common ancestor branches with other species of the Phyllantus genus using the Neighbor-Joining method, and Kimura 2-parameter calculations.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional approach carried out at the Johan Pahlawan Community Health Center with a sample size of 86 respondents. A total of 26 (30.2%) respondents with more or less knowledge had high cholesterol, while 9 respondents (10.5%) with normal cholesterol levels had good knowledge. This value means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. As many as 33 (38.4%) respondents with more or less eating patterns had high cholesterol, while 10 respondents (11.6%) with normal cholesterol levels had good eating patterns. This value means Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Shows a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and cholesterol levels. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test show a p-value of 0.010 (α < 0.05). shows a significant relationship between diet and cholesterol levels, with a p-value of 0.012 (α < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the elements of agritourism attractiveness to the level of visitor satisfaction. Quantitative research. Activities are carried out Monday to Saturday starting from 08.00-17.00 and carried out at PT Agromar. This activity was carried out for 3 months, starting from September to December 2024. Data obtained directly from the place of internship activities in the form of interviews, observations, documentation, and also by distributing questionnaires are analyzed in order to provide benefits and as one of the considerations in decision making. The results of the research and discussion show that the majority of respondents tend to agree (with an average score in the range of 3.6 to 3.7) on the factors that attract agritourism. This shows that the factors measured, such as the availability of agro-tourism destinations, strategic location, agricultural training services, interesting photo spots, and culinary cafes, play an important role in increasing visitor satisfaction. Each indicator has a consistent average score and shows that this attraction as a whole received a good assessment from the respondents. And based on the predetermined ideal score table, the average score (mean) for each indicator is in the Agree category (mean value between 50-64), which indicates that most respondents feel that the aspects assessed are factors that are quite influential in finding a visitor.

Abstract

The research objective of implementing learning actions using the power of two learning model on environmental pollution material at SMA Negeri 11 Luwu Utara is to increase understanding of environmental pollution knowledge, it is hoped that students will have awareness so as not to participate in polluting the environment, which until now has become a national problem. The type of research used is action research which is directly applied in the classroom by direct appointment (purposive sampling). The method used uses four steps, namely: (1) planning step, (2) action step, (3) observation step, (4) reflection step. The research results obtained are: (1) the results of learning using the power of two model on environmental pollution material for the first course obtained an average score of 55.16, but no students passed according to the KKM standard ≥73. Continuing with action two, an average score of 84.61 was obtained. If this score is confirmed by the KKM standard, the learning outcomes will be 100% complete; (2) The observer's assessment of learning management in four meetings, if it is confirmed that the implementation criteria are in the interval 3.50 ≤ x ≤ 4.00, then the implementation of category learner management is carried out well. It was concluded that applying the power of two model to environmental pollution material could significantly improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to spesified the effectiveness of implementing the Project Based Learning model in increasing creativity and interest in learning environmental change material in semester I classroom learning X-1 SMA Negeri 15 Semarang for the 2024/2025 academic year. The subjects in this research are 35 students in class X-1 of SMA Negeri 15 Semarang. This research design takes the research procedures of the classroom action research model which is adapted from Hopkins. Every cycle includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research data consists information regarding the educational results and experiences of the PjBL model are based on data collected through observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The research results show an increase in average creativity score from 66.85% in cycle I to 85.70% in cycle II. Student interest in learning also showed progress from cycle I of 67.85%, increasing to 86.42% in cycle II. The students perception to the implementation of the PjBL learning model had a very good impact, which can be observed from students enthusiasm during learning and from the educational results of the questionnaires filled out by the students. This can be caused by the fact that when students face challenges that match their respective abilities, students are more motivated to complete the answers well. The educational results of this research are considered successful because of the level of interest in learning for all students is at a high percentage, namely 86.42%.

Abstract

The utilization of cow manure can reduce environmental pollution around livestock farms. One way to utilize cow manure is by turning it into solid organic fertilizer. The quality of solid organic fertilizer is determined by various factors, including the raw materials, fermentation methods, and composting time. The aim of this study is to improve the quality of solid organic fertilizer using a decomposer. The production of solid organic fertilizer in this study was carried out in two ways: first, by turning the cow manure every 10 days for 40 days (A), and second, using a decomposer with ratio of 1 Liter/3 tons to the cow manure and then turning it every 10 days for 40 days (B). The results showed an increase in C-organic content by 9.56%, nitrogen by 42.02% , phosphate by 19.00% and potassium by 6.56%. This indicates that the addition of a decomposer in the composting process can improve the quality of solid organic fertilizer.

Abstract

Popularitas penggunaan kecerdasan buatan semakin peningkat di kalangan masyarat, termasuk Meta AI yang menjadi salah satu fasilitas pada media sosial whatsapp. Kecerdasan buatan dapat digunakan untuk menghasilkan citra dengan prompt yang dibuat secara khusus. Kemampuan ini dapat digunakan untuk mengenalkan gulma pada perkebunan kopi, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu optimalisasi produksi kopi di Indonesia. Namun, perlu pengujian akurasi dan konsistensi dari gambar yang dihasilkan oleh Meta AI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara kualitatif hasil gambar Meta AI pada tujuh gulma kopi, yaitu (a) Ageratum conyzoides, (b) Synedrella nodiflora (L.) Gaertn., (c) Drymaria cordata, (d) Setaria plicata, (e) Crassocephalum crepidioides, (f) Axonopus compressus, dan (g) Alternanthera philloxeroides.Pengujian dilakukan pada lima handphone yang berbeda merk dan terkoneksi pada nomor seluler yang berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil visualisasi yang diberikan, Meta AI mempunyai akurasi dan konsistensi rendah dalam mencitrakan morfologi gulma pada perkebunan kopi. Oleh karena itu, hasil visualisasi dari Meta AI tidak bisa dijadikan acuan ilmiah secara langsung
