Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of religious understanding, social welfare and community cultural values on the sacredness of Astana Dua in Kampung Pasir Kaur, Weninggalih Village, Sindangkerta District, West Bandung Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach with inferential statistical analysis. The research results prove that each independent variable (x1, x2 and x3) either partially or jointly has an influence on the dependent variable (Y). Strictly speaking, this study can accept and prove the hypothesis which states that, together the variables X1, X2 and X3 have a very strong influence on the Astana Dua Sacrality with a correlation coefficient of 0.941 and the significance of the ANOVA test (F test) is at a value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination together is 88.50%, and the remaining 11.50% is the influence of factors other than religious understanding, social welfare and cultural values that require further research. the implications for community education in Kampung Pasir Kaur are profound. Educational initiatives must be thoughtfully designed to balance religious, economic, and cultural learning, promoting a well-rounded understanding that respects and upholds the community’s traditional values and sacred sites. This integrated approach can serve as a model for other communities facing similar challenges, providing a blueprint for education that supports cultural preservation while fostering socioeconomic and spiritual growth.

Abstract

The School Operational Assistance Fund (BOS) plays a crucial role in Indonesian education, including at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Yusuf Abdussatar in Kediri, West Lombok. This research explores the management of BOS to enhance extracurricular activities in the mentioned Madrasah. Qualitative methods were employed, utilizing data collection through observation, interviews, and documentary studies. The results indicate the effectiveness of BOS management through the RAPBM involving school principals, committees, and teachers. Extracurricular activities such as KKsQ, Scouting, and others are supervised and meet system standards. In conclusion, BOS management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Yusuf Abdussatar in Kediri effectively supports extracurricular activities, highlighting the crucial role of teachers as mentors. The implication is that an effective BOS management model can be applied in other schools to enhance extracurricular activities, strengthening the role of teachers in student mentoring beyond the regular curriculum.

Abstract

Divorce is a complex life event that often profoundly affects various aspects of family life, including children's education. This study aims to explore the impact of divorce on the quality of children's education, considering both academic and socio-emotional dimensions. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The participants consisted of parents and teachers from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, providing a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. Surveys were utilized to collect quantitative data on academic performance, attendance, and behavioral changes among children from divorced families. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted to gather qualitative insights into the emotional and social adjustments experienced by these children. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques for quantitative data and thematic analysis for qualitative data. The findings reveal multifaceted impacts of divorce on children's education, encompassing academic challenges, emotional distress, and changes in social dynamics. These results underscore the need for targeted interventions and support systems within educational settings to address the unique needs of children affected by divorce.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of peer-to-peer supervision in developing teacher competencies at SMPN 17 Mataram and MTSN 3 Mataram. This research method employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study indicate that peer-to-peer supervision is effective in developing various teacher competencies, such as collaboration, communication, pedagogical knowledge, and technology integration. The positive outcomes include improved teacher competencies, conducive learning environments, and increased teacher comfort in facing evaluations. However, challenges include the lack of objectivity in assessments, suboptimal follow-up after supervision, and absence of an official schedule, affecting effectiveness. The implications emphasize the importance of implementing peer-to-peer supervision to enhance the quality of education in secondary schools. Future research could focus on addressing challenges and further exploring the impact of peer-to-peer supervision.

Abstract

Islamic education management requires a holistic approach that considers Islamic values in every aspect, including financial management. This article discusses the integration of Shariah finance principles into Islamic education management to achieve financial sustainability and promote Islamic moral values. The main principles of Shariah finance, including transparency, justice, risk-sharing, and prohibition of interest, are the primary focus of this research. The research methodology adopts a qualitative approach through literature review and interviews with experts in Shariah finance and Islamic education. Data analysis techniques involve categorizing information and synthesizing findings relevant to the integration of Shariah finance principles into Islamic education management. The results indicate that integrating Shariah finance principles into Islamic education management can enhance efficiency, fairness, and sustainability of educational institutions. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of training and education for Islamic education practitioners to apply Shariah finance principles in their management practices. The holistic integration of Shariah finance principles into Islamic education management not only creates financially sustainable educational institutions but also strengthens the religious and cultural identity of Muslim communities. This supports the vision of Islamic education encompassing spiritual, moral, and academic aspects.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh implementasi pendidikan multikultural terhadap sikap toleransi keberagaman siswa sekolah dasar berbasis inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian studi literatur atau penelitian kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi yang berarti menelusuri bahan mengenai suatu variabel berupa buku, catatan, makalah, dan sebagainya. Data diolah menggunakan Teknik analisis data berupa analisis isi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Implementasi pendidikan multikultural memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap toleransi keberagaman siswa di sekolah dasar berbasis inklusi. Dimana pendidikan multikultural bertujuan untuk membentuk peserta didik untuk menerima, menghargai, dan menghormati keberagaman yang ada, baik suku, agama, budaya, dan bahasa. Pendidikan multikultural menjadi penting untuk diterapkan saat pembelajaran di sekolah, dan menjadi tanggungjawab seorang guru dalam membantu siswa mengimplementasikannya.

Abstract

This research examined the interplay between parenting styles, socio-economic and cultural conditions, and adolescent independence in rural settings. Utilizing qualitative approach with case study method, the study gathered insights from parents and adolescents in rural communities to understand how different parenting approaches implemented and how they are influenced by the unique characteristics of rural life. Findings reveal a prevalent use of democratic parenting styles in these settings, characterized by significant child involvement in decision-making and open communication about family expectations and responsibilities. This approach not only fosters independence but also instills crucial social values and collaborative skills in the youth. The study highlights the integral role of community in the educational framework, showing how communal support and shared cultural values shape and reinforce educational practices and adolescent development. Economic factors and government interventions are also noted as significant influences on parenting styles and educational opportunities, with parents adapting their methods according to changing economic landscapes and available resources. The research concluded that effective educational strategies in rural areas require a holistic approach that integrates family, community, and broader socio-economic contexts, thereby supporting the comprehensive development of rural adolescents. This study contributes to the broader discourse on rural education, providing valuable insights for policymakers and educators in designing community-specific educational programs.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) merupakan bentuk perkembangan teknologi yang memiliki kemampuan layaknya pikiran manusia. Penggunaan AI sangat berkembang di hampir seluruh sektor atau industry, salah satunya pada bidang pendidikan. Banyak jenis AI yang digunakan dalam bidang pendidikan seperti penggunaan Chatbot untuk menemukan berbagai informasi sesuai prompt yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana guru Sekolah Dasar memanfaatkan AI untuk menyusun perencanaan asesmen pembelajaran baik itu asesmen formatif maupun asesmen sumatif. Oleh karena itu, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden/guru SD sebanyak 53 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah kuesioner online yang berbentuk skala likert yang disebar melalui media whatsapp kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis interval. Sehingga diperoleh bahwa, dari 10 pernyataan yang diberikan, 9 diantaranya berada pada kategori “Kadang-kadang” dengan persentase paling rendah 45,28% dan yang paling tinggi 59,91%, dan hanya 1 kategori yang berada pada kategori “Sering” dengan persentase 62,74% yang memanfaatkan AI dalam menyusun perencanaan asesmen pembelajaran baik itu asesmen formatif maupun asesmen sumatif.

Abstract

This study delves into the inheritance rights of children born out of wedlock, particularly focusing on the perspective of the Shafi'i School of Jurisprudence and the Civil Law Code concerning children born out of Zina, while employing an educational approach. The aim is to provide insights into the complexities surrounding inheritance rights in such cases and to propose educational strategies for addressing related issues. A qualitative research approach is adopted, utilizing a combination of literature review and legal analysis. Data is collected through in-depth examination of legal texts, scholarly articles, and case studies related to inheritance rights of children born out of wedlock in Islamic law and civil law. Data is collected through extensive review of relevant legal sources and literature, focusing on the interpretation of inheritance laws and principles within the Shafi'i School of Jurisprudence and the Civil Law Code. The analysis involves identifying key themes, patterns, and discrepancies in the treatment of inheritance rights for children born out of wedlock. The findings reveal varying interpretations and legal provisions regarding inheritance rights for children born out of wedlock within Islamic law and civil law. While Islamic law recognizes inheritance rights for such children, civil law may impose restrictions based on legal requirements and societal norms. The implications of this study highlight the need for educational interventions aimed at raising awareness and promoting understanding of inheritance rights among stakeholders, including religious leaders, legal practitioners, and the general public. By fostering dialogue and collaboration, educational initiatives can contribute to the development of more equitable and inclusive legal frameworks.

Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis etnopedagogi merupakan salah satu bentuk inovasi dalam praktik pendidikan yang diharapkan mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran yang utuh dan bermakna bagi siswa, namun dalam kenyataannya masih banyak ditemukan kendala dan hambatan, salah satunya berkaitan dengan pemahaman guru tentang konsep ini yang masih rendah, Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman para mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar mengenai konsep etnopedagogi dan implementasinya dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei, subjek penelitian merupakan mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan guru sekolah dasar dan mahasiswa program PPG pra jabatan di universitas mataram dengan total keseluruhan 50 orang, kemudian objek penelitian adalah tingkat pemahaman konsep dan implementasi etnopedagogi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistika sederhana berpanduan pada pedoman analisis skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa calon guru sekolah dasar tentang konsep dan implementasi etnopedagogi masuk dalam kategori tinggi dimana pada aspek pengetahun tentang konsep memperoleh 74% dan pada aspek pengetahun tentang implementasi memperoleh 73% sehingga masuk kategori tinggi, kemudian perbandingan berdasarkan jenis kelamin, jenjang Pendidikan dan tingkatan semester menunjukkan bahwa setiap kelompok subjek memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang konsep etnopedagogi dan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran di sekolah dasar.
