Abstract

SOCIAL INTERACTION OF GENERATION Z STUDENTS ON INSTAGRAM: A DRAMATURGY ANALYSISInstagram, with 84.6% of users in Indonesia, is one of the primary social media platforms for social interaction. The phenomenon of multiple account ownership is common among Generation Z (born 1997-2012), where each account has a different function, purpose, and form of interaction, creating a role-playing environment for each "stage" or account. This study aims to analyze dramaturgical practices in the social interactions of Generation Z students' Instagram accounts using Goffman's dramaturgical theory. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach to understand the phenomenon in depth. The results indicate the presence of dramaturgical practices in the social interactions of Generation Z students' Instagram accounts. The first account functions as a "front stage" where users showcase their best selves, maintain a positive image, and build their personal branding. Meanwhile, the second account acts as a "back stage," providing a more private and personal space for expression without social pressure. Generation Z students consciously separate public and private spaces on social media and practice dramaturgy to adapt roles based on the context and audience of each account.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi bisnis yang tepat bagi Apotek Dhiyah Farma yang berlokasi di Distrik Heram, Kota Jayapura, dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha di tengah dinamika industri farmasi yang semakin kompetitif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan berbagai alat analisis strategis, seperti analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal (IFE-EFE), Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), analisis SWOT/TOWS, dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Apotek Dhiyah Farma memiliki beberapa kekuatan seperti lokasi strategis, kepercayaan pelanggan, dan kelengkapan layanan, serta menghadapi peluang dari peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat akan kesehatan dan potensi kerja sama dengan layanan digital. Di sisi lain, kelemahan yang ditemukan meliputi keterbatasan sistem digitalisasi dan tata ruang, serta ancaman dari persaingan apotek modern dan platform online. Berdasarkan analisis QSPM, strategi prioritas yang dipilih meliputi digitalisasi sistem manajemen stok dan transaksi, serta renovasi dan penataan ulang display produk untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan arahan strategis jangka pendek dan jangka panjang yang dapat diterapkan oleh manajemen Apotek Dhiyah Farma dalam mengembangkan bisnis secara berkelanjutan dan adaptif terhadap perubahan lingkungan bisnis. Strategi yang dihasilkan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dan memperkuat posisi apotek di pasar lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh prestasi belajar dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa di mediasi oleh kualitas SDM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 296  mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 mahasiswa, dihitung berdasarkan ten times rule sampel minimal yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu prestasi belajar, minat kerja, kualitas SDM memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa S1 Manajemen angkatan 2021 Universitas Mercu Buana Meruya, prestasi belajar dan minat kerja memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas SDM, dan prestasi belajar dan minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja yang dimediasi oleh kualitas SDM memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The Influence of Family Harmony on Juvenile DelinquencyThis study aims to analyze in depth the influence of family harmony on juvenile delinquency among students at SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan. The background of this research arises from the growing phenomenon of adolescent behavioral deviations such as fighting, truancy, bullying, and other forms of misconduct, which are strongly suspected to be linked to poor emotional relationships within families. The family serves as the primary foundation in shaping adolescents’ personality, moral values, and character. Harmonious families characterized by open communication, affection, and active involvement play a crucial role in preventing negative behaviors. This study employed a qualitative research approach using a Google Form questionnaire distributed online to gather data from students. The results reveal that most respondents come from fairly harmonious families, reflected in healthy communication patterns, mutual appreciation, and sufficient emotional support. These conditions correlate with a relatively low level of juvenile delinquency at the school. Nevertheless, some cases of deviant behavior were identified, commonly resulting from lack of parental attention, internal family conflict, and negative social environmental influences. The findings indicate that the higher the level of family harmony, the lower the risk of juvenile delinquency. Therefore, continuous efforts to strengthen family communication, empathy, and emotional closeness are essential preventive strategies for promoting positive adolescent development and reducing behavioral problems.

Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF ARTICULATE STORYLINE 360 LEARNING MEDIA IN GRADE IV SCIENCE MUPEL AT SDN 2 TRUCUK KLATENEducation is important for someone to live their life in the future. Nowadays, learning often uses learning media as a means of conveying material to students, but there are also teachers who have not been able to use these facilities optimally. During the implementation of science and science learning at SDN 2 Trucuk, the teacher had not utilized the facilities for learning media so that students' interest in learning was low and resulted in students' learning outcomes being less than optimal. The aim of this research is to develop Articulate Storyline 360 learning media on cultural diversity and local wisdom material to improve student learning outcomes in class IV SDN 2 Trucuk Klaten. This research uses the Research and Development method and the ADDIE model. The research instruments used were questionnaires and tests as well as data collection methods through observation, interviews and tests. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The subjects in this research are teachers, students, media experts and material experts. The results of this research are that student learning outcomes have increased significantly and the Articulate Storyline 360 learning media is feasible. used and effective in implementing learning to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF DATA-ANALYTIC-BASED MANAGEMENT IMPLEMENTATION ON SCHOOL PRINCIPALS’ DECISION-MAKING The development of information technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. One positive impact of this technological advancement is the emergence of a data-analytic management approach that enables more accurate and efficient decision-making. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review as the primary data collection technique. This study was conducted by reviewing relevant scientific journals covering topics related to data management, principal leadership, and analytics-based decision-making. The researchers employed two theories: Simon's decision-making theory and Davis Olson's Management Information Systems theory. The results of this literature review indicate that the implementation of data-analytic management has a positive impact on principal decision-making. This approach enables principals to design more accurate, measurable, and evidence-based policies. Data literacy is a critical competency that supports the effectiveness of educational leadership. An integrated educational information system also strengthens the planning, implementation, and evaluation processes of school policies. Thus, data-analytic management serves as a strategic foundation for improving educational quality.

Abstract

SPIRITUAL DIMENSION OF THE LEADERSHIP OF ISLAMIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONSThis study explores the dimensions of spiritual leadership at STIT Al-Ihsan based on the perspectives of its academic community. The research aims to analyze how spiritual values are embedded in leadership practices within an Islamic higher education institution and how these values influence organizational climate and leadership behavior. A qualitative case study approach supported by descriptive quantitative analysis was employed. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire containing Likert-scale items and open-ended questions, and analyzed using content analysis. The findings reveal that spiritual leadership at STIT Al-Ihsan is manifested in four key dimensions. The Tauhid dimension emerged as the strongest, indicating that divine orientation serves as the foundation of decision-making processes and leadership direction. The Akhlak dimension scored high and was reflected through moral integrity, exemplary conduct, and respectful communication. The Amanah dimension showed a moderate tendency, marked by a strong sense of responsibility, although transparency and policy consistency still require reinforcement. The Ukhuwah dimension obtained the lowest tendency among the four, suggesting that collegial relations exist but participatory communication remains limited. Overall, the study highlights that spirituality forms a substantive and strategic basis for leadership within Islamic education institutions.

Abstract

BUILDING PARENTAL AWARENESS IN FINE MOTOR SKILLS OF CHILDREN AGED 3-5 IN KP. BOLONGFine motor development is a crucial aspect of early childhood development because it directly impacts academic ability, independence, and readiness for school activities. Skills such as grasping, writing, cutting, and stringing require good hand-eye coordination, so early stimulation is essential. However, initial observations in Kampung Bolong indicate that most parents do not yet understand the importance of providing fine motor stimulation at home. Lack of knowledge and limited time result in children receiving fewer activities that can hone these skills. This study aims to increase parental awareness and involvement through educational activities and practical guidance that emphasize sensory play and simple activities based on household materials, such as playing with plasticine, tearing paper, or moving small objects. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach using observation and interviews with ten parents of children aged 3–5 years. The results showed that 80% of participants experienced an increase in understanding and involvement in stimulating their children's fine motor development. Parents became more consistent in providing guidance and were able to create a variety of fun and educational daily activities. Furthermore, interaction between parents and children also increased, creating a more positive learning atmosphere at home. Based on these findings, this study recommends the need for ongoing community-based education programs to maintain parental awareness and participation in stimulating children's fine motor skills. Collaboration between early childhood education institutions and the community is crucial to creating an environment that supports optimal child growth and development.

Abstract

THE EFFECT OF ONLINE GAMBLING ADDICTION ON THE RAMPANT BEHAVIOR OF BORROWING MONEY AMONG PONDOK TERONG TEENAGERS, DEPOK CITYThe phenomenon of online gambling has become a new digital addiction, silently ensnaring teenagers in a cycle of dependency and impulsive behavior. This study aims to explore and analyze the influence of online gambling addiction on borrowing behavior among adolescents in Pondok Terong, Depok City. Using a quantitative correlational method with an ex-post facto design, the research involved 100 respondents aged 12–21 years, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results are striking: there is a very strong relationship between online gambling addiction and borrowing behavior, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.992 and a coefficient of determination of 0.985. This indicates that 98.5% of borrowing behavior can be explained by the level of online gambling addiction. The deeper adolescents fall into the digital gambling sphere, the greater their tendency to seek instant funds often through impulsive borrowing. These findings are more than just numbers; they serve as a social warning that the wave of online gambling has invaded the financial behavior of youth. This research is expected to serve as a foundation for preventive and social intervention strategies that are both creative and human-centered to mitigate the destructive impact of online gambling addiction..

Abstract

A CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT MODEL FOR HANDLING BULLYING BEHAVIOR AMONG STUDENTS(Case Study of Puncak Darussalam Islamic Boarding School) Abstract. This study aims to describe the forms of bullying behavior, the factors causing it, and the handling model applied at Puncak Darussalam Islamic Boarding School, Pamekasan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that bullying behavior in the Islamic boarding school environment appears in various forms, namely verbal bullying in the form of teasing and insults, relational bullying such as ostracizing new students, and physical bullying which generally occurs in the form of spontaneous fights or mild aggressive actions. Factors causing the emergence of bullying in Islamic boarding schools include a strong seniority system, the normalization of a culture of violence as a form of discipline, and a low understanding of the values of manners and empathy among students. The crowded environment and intense daily activities also strengthen the potential for the emergence of domination between groups. Efforts to handle bullying in Islamic boarding schools are carried out through three main approaches. The preventive approach is carried out through character development, strengthening moral values, and the formation of a Character Building Team. The curative approach is implemented through mediation between the parties involved and religious counseling facilitated by the supervising ustaz. Meanwhile, the rehabilitative approach is aimed at restoring social relations so that victims and perpetrators can interact harmoniously again. The treatment model at Puncak Darussalam Islamic Boarding School emphasizes the principle of ta'dīb (ethical education) as a foundation for developing self-control, exemplary behavior, and moral habits. Research confirms that sustainable moral development, based on humanistic and spiritual values, is the key to realizing a safe, harmonious Islamic boarding school culture free from bullying.
