Fokus publishes original research or theoretical papers about teaching and learning in Guidance and Counseling study program of IKIP Siliwangi Bandung on current science issues, namely: Guidance and Counseling educator in elementary, secondary and high school level. Guidance and Counseling observers and researchers. Educational decisions maker on regional and national level. We recommend classroom action research, qualitative, descriptive, or quantitative. We may process manuscript of didactic development research (DDR) or research and development (RnD). Our publication could be research on teaching method, an experiment of teaching aid or media, and even effectiveness of lesson study. We accepted any manuscript derived from research of Guidance and Counseling in Indonesia. We will not process manuscript from research approach of school management.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of group guidance services through sociodrama techniques for class X at SMK Nusa Bhakti in developing prosocial behavior. The type of research used is qualitative research. For the subject, students are selected according to the characteristics, namely students aged 15-16 years and students in class X who have less prosocial behavior. Data was collected by interviewing homeroom teachers, BK teachers, and students who had low and high prosocial behavior. The results show that students who have low prosocial behavior can understand that prosocial behavior is very important to have and apply in the surrounding environment, it can be seen from the behavior of students who previously did not have a sense of help with the surrounding environment after being given group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. the student becomes have a sense of help towards the surrounding environment. Group guidance services through sociodrama techniques can be used as a service that can assist in developing students' prosocial behavior at school.Keywords: group guidence, sociodrama, procosial behavior

This study aims to improve students' emotional intelligence. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive method. The research was conducted at SMPN 2 Cisarua. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and supported by documentation. The guidance counselor and students were observed and interviewed by asking a number of questions which had to be answered supported by documentation for evidence of reporting. The results of this study are: 1) the general profile of students' emotional intelligence 2) the personal-social guidance program using zoom meetings is effective for increasing emotional intelligence. Therefore the results obtained were that the three students at SMPN 2 Cisarua had low emotional intelligence which was categorized as medium.Keywords: personal-social guidance, emotional intelligence, zoom meetings, student

The development of podcasts on the self-confidence of SMP Mutiara 4 Bandung students is a new innovation in guidance and counseling service activities using media that keep up with the times. The indicator of self-confidence according to the theorist, namely Lauster, becomes an urgency for students in the future. This study uses research and development methods by Borg and Gall which aims to produce products that have been tested by several validators, namely material experts, media experts, and practitioners. The research subjects consisted of 10 students for the limited trial, and 20 students for the wide trial, all of them were students of SMP Mutiara 4 Bandung who had problems in self-confidence. Based on the results of product testing by several validators, this podcast has an average percentage of 93.19% which according to predetermined criteria that the product is very suitable for use without revision. The results of observations and interviews with teachers and students showed high enthusiasm for the development of this podcast and the students had the ability to increase their understanding of self-confidence after conducting guidance and counseling activities using this podcasts. This research is motivated by the existence of a negative self-concept in class IX students. This is indicated by the behavior that is not in accordance with the behavior of students at school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing the implementation of pribadi-social guidance. The results of the research obtained in the implementation of pribadi-social guidance using a zoom meeting, namely planning first then carrying out services through several stages such as problems, diagnosis, prognosis, therapy and evaluation and follow-up. This can be seen from inappropriate behaviors such as not liking criticism, withdrawing from friends and not understanding himself, his family, and the people around him. This study examines the implementation and objectives of group guidance services to determine the effectiveness of self-management techniques on student discipline behavior in collecting assignments given by subject teachers during online learning activities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, and 8 subjects were selected through purposive sampling technique. The results show that during distance learning, group guidance services with self-management techniques can effectively improve student discipline behavior in collecting online assignments from subject teachers. Based on the results of interviews and documents before and after the study, it was found that students experienced significant behavioral changes in the discipline of collecting online assignments from subject teachers during distance learning activities.Keywords: group guidance, self management, discipline

Self Confidence is something that is need by an individual. This study aims to describe the confidence profil of the Aloer Wargakusumah Vocational High School students. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with the number of subjects as many as 102 students of class XI SMK Aloer Wargakusumah. The results showed that the level of self confidence was high at 15%, low at 71% and moderate at 13%, which had aspects of self confidace that were 80% confident in their abilities 83%, optimisic 86%, responsible, 76%, rasional and realistic 72%. Meanwhile, based on gender the cnnfidence level of women is higher than that of me, in the female gendeer self confidence dominates with a value of 55% an menas much as 45%. Emotional maturity plays an important role in the development of a student's personality. This has a significant impact on student behavior, especially in terms of responses to external stressors and physiological changes that may be caused by students. Emotional maturity also acts as a skill that allows individuals to control their emotions and respond to them at the right time. The result is a measuring tool for emotional maturity in the form of a questionnaire about emotional maturity that has passed the validity and reliability test stages. Students of SMKN 1 Pacet became the subject of this research. The research was conducted on. Class X consists of 50 students. A score of 0.882 was obtained in the reliability test and was classified in the high category. Meanwhile, after the validity test, 41 valid statements out of 60 statements contained in the questionnaire, it can be concluded that the questionnaire can be used to measure students' emotional maturity.Keywords:Emotional Maturity, Validity, Reliability

Student academic procrastination is a behavior of procrastinating that is intentionally repetitive and prefers to fill its activities by doing more enjoyable activities so that it overrides its main task as a student.This study aims to describe the academic procrastination of high school students Al Amanah Ciwidey class XI, this study uses a quantitative descriptive method.The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Al Amanah Ciwidey. The results of this study indicate that the level of academic procrastination of students both overall and by gender is in the moderate category.which means that class XI students of SMA Al Amanah Ciwidey are expected to be able to overcome the problem of academic procrastination. The module is one of the printed-based teaching materials regarding a particular subject that is systematically arranged to make it easier for students to learn independently or with the guidance of educators easily and on target. Academic procrastination is an individual's self-regulation inability that causes behavioral tendencies to delay procrastinating in doing and completing school assignments until the next day. The purpose of this research is to know the development process, to know the feasibility according to experts and practitioners, to know student responses and the effectiveness of the tutoring module on academic procrastination behavior. This type of research is research and development using the Borg and Gall model which was adopted by Sugiyono. The participants in this study were media experts, material experts, BK practitioners and students of SMAN 1 Ciranjang consisting of 10 students who were involved in the product trial and 36 students who were involved in the usage trial. The results show that the product that needs to be developed at SMAN 1 Ciranjang is a tutoring module about academic procrastination behavior, the product developed according to media experts is at a percentage of 90.6% with a very decent representation, according to material experts it is at a percentage of 95.2% with a very decent representation and according to BK practitioners the product is at a percentage of 96.9% with a very decent representation, the product developed has a very good response from students and the product developed is effective in reducing the level of student academic procrastination behavior.Keywords: Development, Tutoring Module, Academic Procrastination Behavior

This study purpose to describe the self regulated learning skills of grade VIII junior high school students during online learning at SMP Negeri 9 Cimahi. This research is based on the reality at school, where there are a number of students who have a level of self regulated learning below the average while participating in online learning. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. This study uses interview and observation techniques to collect data. The informants in this study were junior high school students grade VIII totaling 3 people with the criteria of having low self-regulated learning during online learning. In terms of metacognitive, motivational and behavioral aspects, the results of this study indicate that during online learning, students find it difficult to organize themselves in independent study sessions. This study also found internal factors and external factors as two factors that affect students' self regulated learning. Keywords: Online Learning, Self Regulated Learning
