The validation test process involved 3 experts, two lecturers and one guidance and counseling teacher. Analysis of the data using a descriptive percentage of the results of the expert test of the product developed to get the feasibility with the media expert assessment of 96.80%, the material expert assessment of 92.64%, and the practitioner's assessment of 96.66%. The instrument used is a Likert scale validation questionnaire instrument. Then the product of the guidance and counseling service module for interest in learning meets the eligibility standards in the very feasible category for use. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between family pressure and the mental health of final-year students at Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. Students at the final stage of their studies are vulnerable to high levels of anxiety due to academic pressure, family expectations, and uncertainty about the future. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 300 final-year students selected using quota sampling techniques from four faculties. The instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire designed to measure two main variables: family pressure and anxiety, as indicators of mental health. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that the instrument is suitable for data collection. Data were analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between family pressure and students' anxiety levels (r = 0.466; p < 0.05). The higher the family pressure experienced by students, the higher their level of anxiety. This study concludes that family pressure is a crucial factor influencing the mental health of final-year students, particularly in the form of anxiety. Therefore, active involvement from families and educational institutions is necessary to provide emotional support so that students can complete their studies effectively and maintain psychological stability.

Abstract

The role of teachers in education in Indonesia is very crucial, not only as teachers but also as mentors, motivators, and inspirators for students. In the context of cultural diversity, teachers are required to understand and appreciate the cultural background of students. This study aims to explore the role of teachers as culturally friendly models of inspiration and motivation in guiding students in elementary schools. Qualitative methods are used to analyze the challenges faced by teachers, including cultural diversity in the classroom, lack of multicultural training, and support from parents. The results of the study indicate that teachers who are able to integrate cultural values and create an inclusive learning environment can shape students' characters with integrity. In addition, strategies for developing cultural competence and adequate training are needed to improve the effectiveness of the teacher's role.
