Abstract

MSME performance is the results of achievements ranging from sales, profits, consumer satisfaction, efficiency and innovation. The development of MSMEs requires business actors to be wiser in managing their finances and performance as the main key to the success of a business. This research aims to test the significance of the influence of financial literacy, entrepreneurial orientation and product innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Taman Jayawijaya Mojosongo. The data source for this research is primary data. Research data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are that financial literacy has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Taman Jayawijaya Mojosongo, entrepreneurial orientation has no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Taman Jayawijaya Mojosongo, and product innovation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Taman Jayawijaya Mojosongo.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze Communication on Employee Performance at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). To test and analyze the Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). To test and analyze Communication and work environment on Employee Performance at the Medan Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP). The location of the study was at the Medan City Vocational Training and Productivity Center (BBPVP) with a population of 120 employees and a sample of 54 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The number of samples taken in this study was 54 employees. This study uses a Likert Scale. The Likert scale is used to measure attitudes. The results of this study indicate that Based on the results of the analysis that has been discussed, it can be concluded that partially the Storytelling Marketing and Servicescape variables each have a positive and significant effect on the Interest in Visiting Air Soda Parbubu. In addition, simultaneously both variables have also been shown to have a positive and significant effect on the interest in visiting the destination.

Abstract

Abstract. This research focuses on analyzing how digital literacy plays a role in improving the performance of village officials in Padasuka Village. The main objective is to identify how the development of digital literacy of village officials and the things that influence it, and analyze its impact on the performance of village officials in providing services to the community. This research applies descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature review, with data analysis methods through reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The unit of analysis of this research is the staff of the Padasuka Village office. The findings of this study reveal that digital literacy has been running well and has a positive impact on the performance of village officials in Padasuka Village, especially in improving village services, speeding up work, reducing and monitoring error rates, as well as making it easier to share information online. Although there are access limitations, as well as a lack of skills in the use of digital technology, there are also external factors from the community that lack awareness of the importance of digital literacy. In this case, the recommendation given is the need to maximize support from all parties, both the community and the central government.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the effect of pricing and product quality on Ginastel Tea consumer satisfaction with service quality as moderation (Study of Ginastel Tea consumers in the Jebres District Area, Surakarta City). This research is quantitative research. The demographic in this study are consumers who have purchased Ginastel Tea at least twice directly at the Jebres District Outlet. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. The data was gathered via a questionnaire that was handed out just in front of the Jebres District Outlet, and the sample methodology employed was the purposive sampling technique. The following tests are utilised in data analysis: determinant (R2), t-test, multiple linear regression, descriptive analysis, validity, and reliability. This study used SPSS 26 for Windows to process the data. Consumer Satisfaction (Y) is positively and significantly affected by Price (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Service Quality (Z), according to the t test results. Product quality is 4.812, service quality is 3.229, and the pricing ttable value is 4.967. When comparing the effects of pricing and product quality on customer satisfaction, the moderation test found that service quality moderated the relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of training and skill development in improving the competence of Human Resources (HR) at CV HDJ Group. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, improving the quality of HR is a crucial factor in supporting the success of the company. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of employees and management of CV HDJ Group. The results of the study indicate that the training and skill development program implemented by the company plays a significant role in improving employee competence. The program includes technical training, soft skill development, and coaching in the form of mentoring and coaching. Employees who participate in this program show increased performance, productivity, and ability to complete their tasks and responsibilities better. However, this study also found several challenges, such as limited training time and lack of post-training evaluation. Therefore, it is recommended that CV HDJ Group increase the frequency and duration of training and conduct ongoing evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the program.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and quality of oil palm fruit on the interest and decision to buy and sell oil palm fruit to traders at CV Padang Matinggi Village, Simundol, Simpang Aek Kanan. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 farmers and palm oil traders. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the price and quality of oil palm fruits have a significant influence on transaction decisions with an R² of 0.939 which indicates that this regression model is able to explain 93.9% of the variation in transaction decisions. Among the two variables, palm fruit quality has a greater influence than selling interest with a regression coefficient of 6.065 for quality, while selling interest has an effect of 3.783 units. Although the effect of selling interest is smaller, both significantly influence the sale and purchase of oil palm fruits. This study shows that good fruit quality gives farmers a stronger bargaining position in the market and stable prices can increase the frequency of transactions. The practical implication of this study is the importance of optimal palm fruit quality management and fair and stable pricing to create an efficient and profitable market for all parties both farmers and traders.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting the managerial decision-making process, particularly in relation to business ethics. Technological advancements have significantly impacted the business world, especially in managerial decision-making. This study identifies the influence of AI on management, including work efficiency, reduced subjectivity, and business strategy optimization. The findings indicate that AI can effectively support office managerial activities. However, AI implementation also presents several ethical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, decision-making transparency, and data security concerns for both companies and customers. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive research design with a literature review approach. The literature review was conducted by collecting articles from journals indexed in Google Scholar and relevant to the research objectives in the last few years (2017–2024).

Abstract

This study explores the influence of creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and big ambition to success on the entrepreneurial desire of Generation Z students at STMB Multi Smart. Using a descriptive quantitative method, data were collected from 72 students through purposive sampling. Analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that creativity and entrepreneurial spirit had a significant partial effect on entrepreneurial desire, whereas big ambition to success showed no significant individual effect. However, together, the three variables positively influenced entrepreneurial desire, with an R-squared value of 57.5%.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of leadership attitudes as a determinant of employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 2 Kebun Sedep. A quantitative correlational approach was used, collecting data through structured questionnaires with a Likert scale, distributed to 30 employees. The aim was to assess employee perceptions of leadership behavior and its effects on performance. The findings reveal a strong and positive correlation between leadership attitudes and employee performance. Changes in leadership attitudes are consistently reflected in similar shifts in employee performance, either up or down. Leaders who demonstrate clear, supportive, and motivating behaviors tend to boost employee engagement and overall performance. These leadership traits help create a conducive work environment, thereby contributing to higher employee performance and the organization’s success. This study underscores the importance of leadership attitudes as a fundamental factor in enhancing employee performance. By focusing on leadership development that encourages clarity and motivation, organizations can improve employee efficiency and job outcomes. Based on these results, it is recommended that organizations implement leadership development programs to enhance the leadership qualities that drive positive employee performance. Prioritizing supportive and clear leadership behaviors is crucial for fostering a motivated and productive workforce, which ultimately improves the overall success and productivity of the organization.

Abstract

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Loyalitas Masyarakat Kota Medan Pada Produk Wendy's Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan menganalisis data berbasis angka secara sistematis. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif, yaitu informasi yang disajikan dalam bentuk numerik dan dapat dihitung. Sumber data terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan secara langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai referensi, laporan, serta literatur yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh konsumen Wendy’s Medan yang pernah melakukan pembelian, namun jumlah pastinya tidak diketahui dengan jelas. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah populasi tidak dapat ditentukan secara pasti sehingga peneliti menggunakan rumus Lemeshow untuk menghitung ukuran sampel. Rumus tersebut sesuai digunakan pada kondisi populasi yang tidak diketahui jumlah pastinya. Teknik sampling yang diterapkan adalah accidental sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, di mana responden yang ditemui dan sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian dipilih menjadi sampel. Berdasarkan perhitungan, jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan adalah 96 responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan metode regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Wendy’s di Kota Medan.
