Abstract

Manusia merupakan suatu makhluk yang mempunyai beberapa kebutuhan baik itu kebutuhan jasmani maupun kebutuhan rohani untuk melansungkan hidup dan kehidupannya. Kebutuhan-kebutuhan itu ada yang sifatnya apabila tidak dipenuhi bisa berpengaruh pada kehidupan. Kebutuhan itu adalah kebutuhan akan agama. Karena dengan adanya kebutuhan itu manusia akan mengetahui siapa dirinya sesungguhnya dan untuk apa dirinya diciptakan.

Abstract

This article is motivated by the importance of assessment in the psychomotor domain. The psychomotor domain is the domain related to skills or the ability to act after students receive certain learning experiences. The purpose of this research is to find out the Assessment of the Psychomotor Domain, Assessment Techniques and Instruments. The research method used in this research is library research. Data collection techniques by exploring data through literature review, reading, reviewing, and recording data from various sources of relevant articles, journals and books. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of this study provide an understanding of the assessment of the psychomotor domain and the psychomotor assessment instrument technique. Determination of the measuring instrument or assessment instrument to be used is adjusted to the data or measurement results to be obtained, while the accuracy of the assessment instrument in determining the measurement results can be seen from the assessment instrument lattice. The grid contains the material tested, the form of the question, the level of thinking involved, the weight of the question, and the scoring method. The results of measurement and assessment activities then become a consideration for making decisions or conducting evaluations. Keywords: Psychomotor, Assessment, Instrument

Abstract

SWOT analysis is an evaluation method used to evaluate strengths (Straight), weaknesses (Weeknesses), opportunities (Opportunities) and threats (Threats) in a project or organization. Extracurricular activities that often occur to someone refer to activities or programs outside the main curriculum in an educational institution at school, usually including religious activities, sports, arts and so on. The potential of elementary school children usually includes all the talents, positive characteristics and abilities possessed by an elementary school student. This research aims to carry out a SWOT analysis of elementary or elementary schools that focus on developing children's potential through just one extracurricular owned by the school. This research method involves collecting qualitative data from elementary schools that have limited extracurricular activities. The results of the analysis show that elementary schools have strengths in their teachers' commitment to developing children's potential, but have weaknesses which lie in the lack of variety of extracurriculars offered, but still have opportunities where these extracurriculars can be developed and collaborate with outside parties and even gain many achievements from activities. However, extracurricular activities are limited, but we need to remember that there are threats that come from a lack of financial support. Based on these friends, the researcher recommends that these limited extracurricular activities can still be developed more optimally with the help of external parties and maximum cooperation and if possible extracurricular activities need to be added. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of education, especially at the elementary school level and can maximize children's potential through a measurable and sustainable extracurricular approach.

Abstract

Observations made during observations at one of the elementary schools, the learning process carried out had not yet been created. The learning media used is also minimal, this is due to the limited media available. In practice, teachers more often use books when learning. The interaction pattern also looks monotonous, the teacher uses the lecture method more. The type of research used in this article is descriptive qualitative research. This research aims to describe one of the teachers' teaching skills, namely the skill of providing variety in elementary school classes. Variations in learning can create meaningful and enjoyable learning so that learning targets can be achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki konsep dasar perilaku organisasi dari berbagai sudut pandang, membahas definisi dan interpretasi umum mengenai perilaku organisasi, serta menyelami sejarah perkembangan konsep ini dari masa ke masa. Penelitian ini juga akan menganalisis kontribusi disiplin ilmu seperti sumber daya manusia dan psikologi industri terhadap pemahaman tentang perilaku organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini, menjelajahi bagaimana berbagai faktor, termasuk motivasi, kepuasan, stres, dan komunikasi, memengaruhi perilaku individu di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research). Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk membahas aspek-aspek yang berkaitan dengan perilaku organisasi, mencakup konsep dasar perilaku organisasi, sejarah perkembangan studi perilaku organisasi, dan kontribusi pemahaman perilaku organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang betapa pentingnya pemahaman perilaku individu dan kelompok dalam konteks kerja, serta bagaimana pengetahuan ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi secara keseluruhan

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has the responsibility to shape students' character in accordance with Pancasila values. This research aims to explain how the implementation of the Pancasila profile in elementary schools in the view of constructivist philosophy can be applied effectively to develop students' character based on Pancasila values. Constructivism philosophy is the theoretical basis for a learning approach that places students as agents of knowledge formation. The method used in this research is library research using a philosophical approach (analyzing the flow of constructivist philosophy on the profile of Pancasila Independen students). The data collection technique used is a documentation technique which is carried out by collecting data sourced from books in libraries and the internet, as well as articles and journals related to various writings in research. The results of this research show that the profile of Pancasila students is very in line with the constructivist philosophical theory which encourages teachers and students to build their own knowledge. The learning process is emphasized to create innovation that can motivate students to build their own learning experiences according to conditions. This Pancasila student profile emphasizes student-centered learning (student center), the teacher is no longer the center of learning but becomes a facilitator who helps facilitate students to explore their own knowledge, choose a learning style that suits them, giving complete freedom to students to be able to foster a brave, confident, independent and disciplined character.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe the use of digital learning media in an effort to improvestudents' creative thinking skills. The research method used in this research isqualitative research, which is in the form of a literature review, also called aliterature study. Literature study is one method of collecting and reading fromvarious sources of articles or other journals. Research conducted in literature isresearch that is used by searching, then collecting, reading, and analyzing someliterature, both sourced from books, journals, articles, and so on. Based on theresults of the research that has been done, it is concluded that the use of digitallearning media can improve students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

In implementing a sense of mutual respect for elementary school students, there are various ways that can be done, namely by providing direct understanding and examples to students. One of them is that in learning activities there is material about various types of work that can help students foster a sense of mutual respect, by providing examples that each job/profession is a good thing to do. However, it is not uncommon for us to find children who do not respect people who they think have a meager job or even see it as a lowly job, therefore we must first show respect for other people.

Abstract

This article explains the function and role of philosophy in shaping the character of the nation so that human life becomes better. The function and role of philosophy gives responsibility to prospective teachers about the nature of each learning practice in schools. Humans are social creatures who cannot live alone and always need the help of others. Therefore, humans can form their own character, so that human life is even better. One of the most important elements to shape human character and life to be even better is that humans must not be separated from religion. Therefore, philosophy has studies that can play an important role in the process of forming the nation's character.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) Develop contextual-based LKPD on Thematic Learning Theme 3 My Daily Tasks in Class II Elementary School. (2) To determine the feasibility of contextual-based LKPD in Thematic Learning Theme 3 My Daily Tasks in Grade II Elementary School. From the results of feasibility validation by material experts, media experts and learning experts. This research is a type of research and development with reference to Thiagarajan's 4D model, namely Define, Design, Development, Disseminate. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. Based on the teacher response research data, it can be seen that the quality of the student worksheet media (LKPD) on the theme of my daily tasks obtained a percentage of 91%. Based on the assessment of media experts, they obtained 78% of 10 statements. Based on the material expert assessment, they scored 94% of 10 statements. The Student Worksheet (LKPD) developed with the theme of my daily tasks is very valid and can be applied as a first step in the teaching and learning process at school
