This study aims to determine the effect of using the SAS method assisted by picture word cards on the beginning reading ability of grade 1 students in elementary schools. In this study using a quantitative approach with a research design using a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental design. The samples in this study were class I-A, which consisted of 25 students as class and class I-B, which consisted of 25 students as the control class. The data collection technique used in this study is through tests and observations. The tests used are pre-test and ¬post-test. Based on the research results, the experimental class obtained an average pretest score of 45.53 with an average posttest score of 86.12. Meanwhile, the average value of the control class pretest was 44.86 and the average posttest value of the control class was 66.96. The results of the tests carried out by researchers in the experimental class and control class, it can be concluded that the posttest score was found to be greater than the pretest, which means that students' initial reading ability increases. The researcher used an independent test sample t test to find the effect of the SAS method assisted by picture word cards on the beginning reading ability of first grade elementary school students. It is known that the calculated t value is 16.139 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence on the initial reading ability of first grade elementary school students in the experimental class and the control class. Then in accordance with the decision making that has been determined then that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the researchers concluded that there was an effect of using the SAS method assisted by picture word cards on the initial reading ability of grade 1 students in elementary schools.

Language and numeracy literacy are the basic skills required for students to analyze reading or numbers in different contexts. Literacy and numeracy skills must be mastered and possessed in order to increase competitiveness and improve the quality of human resources. However, what happens is the low reading ability of Indonesian school children known from the results of the PISA test. In 2018, Indonesia ranked 70th out of 78 countries. Students' difficulties in critical thinking are known due to the lack of students who can solve Higher Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions and teachers who have not been able to create HOTS-based questions. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture decided to implement competency assessment for all schools. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the concept of Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) to improve reading, writing and arithmetic skills in primary schools. The research method used is literature research. Based on the review of the literature approach, it was found that AKM focuses more on the ability to reason using language or literacy and using mathematical logic or numeracy.

This study is classroom action research (PTK) with the aim of improving learning outcomes in science subjects with the material "Animal and Human Movement Organs" through the application of the Make a Match learning model to class V students at SDN Duri Kepa 13. The research involved 27 students from class V D, which consists of 12 male students and 15 female students. The research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two meetings involving four research stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Data was obtained through observation and tests. Data analysis was carried out in a comparative descriptive manner by comparing the results between the two cycles. The research results showed that: (1) there was an increase in student activity in the Make a Match model learning, with the average percentage of student activity increasing from 75% in cycle I to 90% in cycle II; (2) there was an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes and the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes, with the average value increasing from 62.28 in cycle I to 76.36 in cycle II, and (3) the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 60% in cycle I to 88% in cycle II. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of the Make a Match learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes in science subjects with the material "Animal and Human Movement Organs" in class V.

This research aims to enhance learning outcomes by utilizing the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model with the assistance of digital interactive media for Theme 2 in the sixth-grade primary school. The study employs a classroom action research design conducted over two cycles. Data collection methods include observing the performance of both teachers and students, as well as multiple-choice tests to measure learning outcomes. The data is analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the classroom action research indicate that the teacher's performance in implementing PBL in the first cycle achieved a score of 60.5%. In the second cycle, there was an improvement to 80.5%, categorized as high performance with a high-quality interpretation. The learning outcomes In the first cycle, there were 8 out of 25 students who had achieved mastery, which accounts for 32%, with an average score of 63.2. In the second cycle, there was a significant improvement, with 21 out of 25 students reaching mastery, which is 84%, with an average score of 83.8. The conclusion of this research indicates that the Problem-Based Learning model with the support of digital interactive media can enhance the learning outcomes for Theme 2 in the sixth-grade curriculum, encompassing the subjects of Science and Indonesian Language.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa pada pelajaran Seni Rupa melalui model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan selama dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II SD Negeri Pulutan 02. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa deskriptif kualitatif. Peningkatan kreativitas Siswasiklus I pertemuan 1 mendapatkan rata-rata persentase sebesar 70% termasuk dalam ketegori baik, kemudian pada siklus I pertemuan 2 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 75% termasuk dalam kategori baik, dari siklus I pertemuan 2 mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II pertemuan 1 menjadi 80% termasuk dalam kategori baik. Kemudian mengalami peningkatan kembali pada siklus II pertemuan 2 menjadi 85% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil dari siklus I sampai siklus II mendapatkan rata-rata 77% dimana persentase tersebut termasuk kategori baik yang artinya siswa mengalami peningkatan kreativitas pada setiap siklusnya. Dengan adanya peningkatan tersebut penerapan model PjBL memberikan efek nyata terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa. Penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa pada pelajaran Seni Rupa. Kata Kunci: Kreativitas, Project Based Learning, Seni Rupa

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektif atau tidaknya model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap Hasil Belajar peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri Jatingaleh 01 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian One – Group Pretest – Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas III A dan III B SD Negeri Jatingaleh 01Semarang. Sampel yang diambil adalah 57 peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi,tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari nilai pretest menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 50,08 sedangkan nilai posttest menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata kelas adalah 76,28 serta berdasarkan analisis uji t didapat thitung (5,510) > ttabel (2,063) jadi H0 diterima yang artinya adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SD Negeri Jatingaleh 01 Semarang dan mencapai Ketuntasan Belajar Minimal yaitu 60.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui betapa pentingnya motivasI yang diberikakn guru guna meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dekskriptif kualitatif, dengan cara wawancara dan observasi untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan yang diteliti. Penelitiana ini dilakukan di kelas III SDN Ciodeng 2 yang berada di Pandeglang-Banten. dengan subjek yang diteliti adalah 1 orang guru wali kelas III dan beberapa subjek perwakilan siswa. Dalam motivasi belajar terdapat dua sumber, ada yang faktor intrinsik dan ektrinsik, pada faktor intrinsik dan ektrinsik mengalami perbedaan peningkatan semangat dan hasil belajar siswa dari sebelum diberikannya motivasi belajar dan sesudah diberikannya motivasi belajar. Dari hasil penelitian ini juga ditemukan ada (6) indicator yang harus ada dalam motivasi belajar dan beberapa diantaranya sudah terpenuhi dengam diadakan motivasi belajar yang dilakukan guru untuk mendorong motivasi semangat belajar siswa.

This study aims to describe the use of syllables in improving students’ reading skills in class II SDN Pandeglang 7. This research was also made to determine the use of syllables in improving students’ reading skills in class II. In this study uses a qualitative type of case study which is a study where the researcher digs a certain phenomenon (case) in a time and activity (program, evening, process, institution or social group) and collects information in depth and uses various data collection procedures during a certain period. The results of this study are the use of syllables’ methods and also effective learning media in improving the beginning of students, this is evident from the reading process of reading students who have increased. The teacher also has a program for students who have not been fluent reading, namely KOMBEL, which is carried out after the class hour is over. and schools also have a reading program is GEMARIBU which is able to improve students’ reading skills and build habits to read.

Examined the differences in mathematical ability of understanding and communication between students and Cooperative Learning STAD and students in hands-on learning. The subjects were students of class IV SDN Sarimulya II Cikampek. The study concluded: 1) The ability of the final mathematical understanding of students who received different STAD cooperative learning with the ability of students who received direct instruction. 2) The ability of mathematical communications students getting the same STAD cooperative learning with students getting hands-on learning. 3) Increased understanding of the mathematical ability of students who received STAD cooperative learning does not differ greatly from the ability of the students who received direct instruction. 4) Improving students' mathematical communication skills that got STAD cooperative learning significantly better than students who received direct instruction.

The Effect of Independence Development to Self-Adjustment Abilities of 1st Grade and 5th Grade Students. The development of independence and adaptation ability is an important thing and must be passed by every student’s development. In this study, research was conducted on 5th grade students and 1st grade student. The result is the 5th grade student had better development of independence and self-adjustment abilities than 1st grade student.
