Abstract

Teachers play a crucial role in developing students' emotional intelligence at school, serving not only as teachers but also as determinants of the quality of education. This study is motivated by the importance of emotional intelligence that affects students' social interactions, character development and mental well-being. Observation in grade III shows that students tend to be explorative and active in seeking new experiences. As the highest level of primary education, grade III students often feel more mature and play the role of older siblings. Students with stable emotional intelligence are usually obedient and able to distinguish the right actions, while students with less stable emotions face difficulties in controlling their emotions. This research aims to find out 1) the role of teachers in shaping the emotional intelligence of third grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping emotional intelligence of third grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun. The method used was descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. This research obtained the following results: 1) The role of teachers in shaping students' emotional intelligence in class III of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma'had Al-Zaytun is teacher as educator, teacher as motivator, teacher as facilitator, teacher as mediator, teacher as guide, teacher as director, and teacher as parent. 2) Supporting factors in fostering students' emotional intelligence are conducive environment, social caring attitude and habituation of saying please, sorry and thank you. The inhibiting factors in fostering students' emotional intelligence are the lack of communication between parents and teachers, feelings of homesickness, social background, family economic background and teacher psychology in the process of guiding students. Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students in mathematics subjects. This is because, in the learning process, teachers use less learning media when presenting mathematics which is known to be abstract. This research aims to increase students' learning motivation in mathematics learning by using appropriate learning media. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the research subjects being 31 class II students at UPT SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Regional Government for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The data collection technique used in collecting data on mathematics learning motivation was a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on data analysis, in cycle I, the percentage of motivation to learn mathematics for class II students using learning media reached 64% in the medium category. Cycle II, the percentage of motivation to learn mathematics increased to 74% in the high category. So these results show that the use of learning media in mathematics subjects is effective in increasing the learning motivation of class II students at UPT SD Inpres Unggulan BTN Pemda.

Abstract

Indonesia subject ini school has an important role in helping students develop systematic, logical, critical, creative and consistent thinking skills. However, the results of observation show that the level of student activity in learningdi Indonesian in class VI A is still low, which has the potential to hinder the achievement of learning objectives. This research aims to increase students' activeness in learning Indonesian through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model and the use of Wordwall learning media. The method used was classroom action research with research subjects 34 class VI students at UPT SD Inpres Bontoala 1. Data was collected through observation and documentation sheets, and research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. The research results show that the application of the PBL learning model with Wordwall media significantly increases student activity. In the pre-cycle, the level of student activity only reached 57.14%, increasing to 67.64% in cycle I, and reaching 80% in cycle II. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning learning model using Wordwall media is effective in increasing students' activeness in learning Indonesian at UPT SD Inpres Bontoala 1.

Abstract

The problems identified in this study are the lack of activities and critical thinking skills possessed by students. This is because learning only flows in one direction, minimal student involvement, lack of application of learning models, and boring learning. The use of Problem Based Learning, Number Head Together, and Team Game Tournament learning strategies will help you solve this problem. This study seeks to highlight teacher activities and investigate ways to improve learning objectives, critical thinking skills, and student involvement. Three classroom action research (CAR) meetings have been carried out. Twenty-one students from class IV B at SDN Kebun Bunga 4 Banjarmasin became the subjects of the study during the second semester of the 2023–2024 academic year. The conclusion of this study explains how educators aged between 24 and 30 years work to meet the "Very Good" level. Traditionally, observations of student activity have increased from 52.38% to 90.48% when using the "Very Active" category. Critical thinking skills have traditionally increased from 47.62% to 94%. Student learning outcomes increased from 42.86% to 100% when the "Very Active" criteria were applied. Problem Based Learning, Number Head Together, and Team Games Tournament models can be used to improve student learning outcomes, teacher activities, and critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an increase in student learning outcomes in the Pancasila Education Subject through the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) approach in class VI B UPT SPF SDI Bontomanai. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which is carried out over two cycles with stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The instruments used are observation, learning results tests and documentation. The research subjects were class VI B UPT SPF SDI Bontomanai with 27 students. The indicator of success in this research is an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. The results of this research show that the percentage of completeness of students' learning outcomes in pre-cycle learning was 44% with an average value of 58. There was an increase in learning cycle I with the percentage value of completeness of learning outcomes reaching 67% and continued to increase in learning cycle II with the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes learning was 85% with an average score of 77. The percentage difference in student learning outcomes from pre-cycle learning to cycle I was 23%, and from cycle I to cycle II was 18%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education subjects can be improved through the application of the Teaching at the right Level (TaRL) approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya meningkatkan Hasil Belajar peserta didik dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya pada materi "Mengamalkan Pancasila Sebagai Pandangan Hidup Bangsa". Penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (Problem Based Learning) diharapkan mampu mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar yang dialami oleh peserta didik sekolah dasar. Selain itu, penggunaan media interaktif Wordwall sebagai alat bantu diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI di sekolah UPT SD Inores Bontoala I. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes soal hasil belajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengukur peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model PBL berbantuan media interaktif Wordwall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan media interaktif Wordwall secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta dididk. Peningkatan ini terlihat dari peningkatan skor tes peserta didik dari siklus pertama hingga siklus terakhir. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, terutama dengan dukungan media interaktif seperti Wordwall.

Abstract

Keterampilan abad 21 merupakan aspek yang penting yang perlu dikuasai peserta didik. salah satu keterampilan abad 21 yang perlu dikuasi peserta didik adalah keterampilan kolaborasi. Mata Pelajaran IPAS merupakan mata Pelajaran merupakan salah satu mata Pelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah dasar. IPAS mencakup pembelajaran mengenai sains dan sosial. Pembelajaran IPAS diajarkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran aktif dan berkelompok. Tetapi pada kenyataannya model pembelajaran yang digunakan belum dapat membuat peserta didik aktif dan berkolaborasi dengan teman kelompoknya dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIA UPT SD Inpres Bontoala 1 tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas VIA UPT SD Inpres Bontaoala 1. Pada pra siklus keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik hanya sebesar 26% yang berada pada kategori tuntas. Pada siklus I dan siklus II setelah penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik meningkat menjadi 50% pada siklus I dan 91% pada siklus II. Hasil yang diperoleh pada siklus II telah melampaui ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 70% sehingga dapat disimpulakan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi peserta didik kelas VIA UPT SD Inpres Bontoala 1.

Abstract

This study is based on real-world events: some students still have low awareness of the consequences of being late and wearing inappropriate uniforms, being late to class, playing with their phones while lessons are being taught, and eating while the teacher is teaching. In addition to these phenomena, there are also those related to self-awareness, namely there are still students who leave or jump over fences so that they do not participate in learning in class, do not realize when they have talents or interests in certain fields, depend on others when studying. Therefore, this phenomenon shows that students still lack self-awareness to comply with school regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence self-awareness has on student discipline in grades X and XI at SMAN 2 Tilatang Kamang. In addition, it is also to determine how much influence self-awareness has on student discipline in the class. This study used a quantitative correlational method. This study involved 147 students from grades X and XI. Probability sampling was used to take samples from 37 students. The tool used was a questionnaire distributed to 37 people who answered. After undergoing validity and reliability tests, all tools met the requirements. The data processing process includes changes, coding, scoring, and tabulation. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. The results of the study revealed that self-awareness affects a student's discipline and the magnitude of the influence of self-awareness on student discipline is 32.1%. This can be seen after knowing the influence of the two variables. Based on the analysis of the determination coefficient to determine how much influence self-awareness has on student discipline with R² of 0.321 shows that the proportion of the influence of the self-awareness variable is 32.1% while the rest (100-32.1) is 67.9% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

penerapan pendekatan CRT (Cultural Responsive Teaching) pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas VI SDN Sidotopo 1/48 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan kelas 6A sebanyak 30 peserta didik. Penelitian tindakan kelas dengan melakukan observasi di kelas serta memberi angket partisipasi belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Rendahnya partisipasi peserta didik sebelum intervensi ini diindikasikan oleh persentase yang bervariasi pada setiap indikator partisipasi, yang berkisar antara 48,28% hingga 68,03%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tindakan kelas dengan desain siklus yang terdiri dari tiga tahap. Pada Siklus 1, terdapat peningkatan partisipasi yang signifikan dengan persentase indikator berkisar antara 47,41% hingga 69,83%. Siklus 2 menunjukkan peningkatan lebih lanjut, dengan persentase indikator partisipasi berkisar antara 45,69% hingga 79,31%. Pada Siklus 3, persentase partisipasi peserta didik terus meningkat, mencapai kisaran 44,83% hingga 87,93%. Peserta didik merasa antusias ketika proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan CRT karena dikaitkan dengan budaya setempat. Pemilihan tempat wisata merupakan pilihan yang tepat dikarenakan peserta didik terdiri dari dua suku yaitu Suku Madura dan Jawa sehingga pengitergrasian pembelajaran dengan budaya wisata terdekat dengan sekolah seperti wisata Sunan Ampel Surabaya, pantai Kenjeran, jembatan Suramadu, kota tua Surabaya, dan pasar ikan Sidotopo. Berdasakan penelitian yang dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan CRT dapat meningkatkan partisipasi peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Team Games Tournament untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar IPAS kelas V di SDN 184 Polewali, Kecamatan Libureng, Kabupaten Bone. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian in terkait keaktifan belajar IPAS kelas V SDN 184 Polewali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) disertai subjeck sejumlah 11 peserta didik, 6 perempuan dan 5 Laki-laki. Tahapan PTK mencakup 4 langkah yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi beserta refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi beserta dokumentasi. Data dianalisa mencakup 3 langkah yakni reduksi data, penyajian data beserta penarikan Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik kelas V SDN 184 Polewali mengalami peningkatan sesudah diterapkan model Team Games Tournament. Kesimpulannya penerapan model pembelajaran TGT bisa meningkatkan keaktifan belajar IPAS peserta didik di kelas V SDN 184 Polewali.
