Abstract

This study was motivated by the low ability of students in writing job application letters. The reason is the lack of understanding and renewal of vocabulary so that it is difficult to pour an idea into a complete writing and the use of learning models used by educators is still monotonous. One of the learning models that can be used as an alternative in writing job application letters is the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students in writing job application letters before and after applying the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model. The research method used is an experimental method with a Quasi-Experimental Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The author compiled the research results after conducting research on students of class XI TKJ A as the experimental class and XI TKJ E as the control class. The results showed that the author was able to implement learning with the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model with a score of 3.8. The results of the experimental pretest scores with an average value of 56 and increased in the posttest results after applying the model with an average of 83. While the average value of the control pretest was 48.5 and increased with a value of 67. So there are results of differences between the experimental class and the control class. Supported by the output results on the Mann Whitney test of 0.000 <0.05, the hypothesis can be accepted. Based on the results of this study, the authors can conclude that the application of the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) model assisted by Canva media in learning to write job application letters for class XI students of SMK Pasundan 2 Bandung is successful.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the among system and the concept of child nature at SD Negeri Tandang 01 Semarang City. The among system, which is rooted in the educational philosophy of Ki Hajar Dewantara, emphasizes the approach of "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani" in the learning process. Meanwhile, the concept of child nature focuses on the development of the natural potential of each student. Using a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The subjects of the study included the principal, teachers, students, and parents of students. The results showed that SD Negeri Tandang 01 has implemented the among system through various student-centered learning activities, examples by teachers, and the provision of responsible freedom to students. The implementation of the concept of child nature can be seen from the school's efforts to identify and develop students' individual talents and interests through extracurricular programs and differentiated learning. The main challenges in implementing these two concepts include limited resources and diverse understandings among teaching staff. This study concludes that the implementation of the among system and the nature of children in SD Negeri Tandang 01 has had a positive impact on the academic and character development of students, although it still requires improvement in its implementation.

Abstract

Media Pembelajaran merupakan alat untuk yang digunakan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada siswa. media pembelajaran nyatanya masih kurang optimal dalam penggunaannya. Guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah sehingga siswa mudah bosan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Maka penelitian ini mengangkat media konkrit Pop Up Book dengan teknik V Folding karena di SD Negeri Percobaan IV belum ada dan supaya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar dengan media Pop Up Book dengan teknik V Folding. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model 4D yaitu Define (Pendefinisisan), Design (Perancangan), Development (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Teknik analisis datanya yaitu kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Dalam perolehan penilaian ahli media memperoleh 99% sedangkan ahli IPAS 96% dari skor maksimal 100%. Pada penilaian respon guru uji memperoleh skor 40 dari 40 skor maksimal atau jika dijadikan persen menjadi 100%. Respon siswa memperoleh skor 180 atau 90% sehingga dikatakan sangat praktis.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of teachers in shaping students' superior character through Pansila education in elementary schools. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that teachers have a central role in integrating Pancasila values ​​into the learning process, both through direct teaching and exemplary attitudes and behavior. The challenges faced by teachers in implementing character education are identified, as well as effective strategies that can be implemented to overcome these obstacles. These findings emphasize the importance of ongoing training and support for teachers in teaching Pancasila values, as well as the need for collaboration between schools, families and communities to create an environment conducive to the development of students' superior character. Keywords: The Role of Teachers, Superior Character, Pancasila Education Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam membentuk karakter unggul peserta didik melalui pendidikan pansasila di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran sentral dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam proses pembelajaran, baik melalui pengajaran langsung maupun keteladanan sikap dan perilaku. Tantangan yang dihadapi guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter diidentifikasi, serta strategi efektif yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan dan dukungan berkelanjutan bagi guru dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila, serta perlunya kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pengembangan karakter unggul peserta didik. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implications of implementing the concept of Natural Nature and Ki Hajar Dewantara's Tricenter of Education at SD Tunas Lestari Sungai Basung. The main focus of the research is to explore how Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational principles are implemented in the context of modern education in rural elementary schools. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research involved direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and school principals, as well as analysis of school documents. Data was collected over a three-month period to obtain a comprehensive picture of educational practices at the school. The results of the research show that SD Tunas Lestari Sungai Basung has attempted to integrate the concept of Nature in its curriculum and teaching methods, with an emphasis on learning that is appropriate to students' natural development. The implementation of the Education Tricenter can be seen through increasing the involvement of parents and the community in the education process. The main challenges identified include limited resources and the need to adapt the concept to the local context. Nevertheless, this research found a positive impact on student character development and increased learning motivation. In conclusion, the application of the Ki Hajar Dewantara concept at Tunas Lestari Sungai Basung Elementary School shows significant potential in improving the quality of education, although it still requires further adjustments and development. This research provides valuable insight into how traditional educational principles can be revitalized in the modern education system in Indonesia. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran kepala madrasah terhadap mutu madrasah, 2) untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap mutu madrasah, 3) untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya madrasah terhadap mutu madrasah, dan 4) untuk menganalisis pengaruh peran kepala madrasah, motivasi guru dan budaya madrasah secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu madrasah. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jenis penelitian korelasional. Populasi penelitian 138 guru dan sampel penelitian 103 guru. Pengumpulan data dengan angket. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis data diskriptif, uji prasyarat yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji linieritas dan uji hipotesis meliputi regresi linier sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran Kepala Madrasah berpengaruh terhadap mutu madrasah sebesar 67,4%, dengan persamaan regresi ŷ = 5,209 + 0,464 x1. 2) Motivasi Guru berpengaruh terhadap mutu madrasah sebesar 63,9%, dengan persamaan regresi ŷ = 14,801 + 0,866 x2. 3) Budaya Madrasah terhadap mutu madrasah sebesar 86,1%, dengan persamaan ŷ = 2,200 + 0,622 x3. 4) peran kepala madrasah, motivasi guru dan budaya madrasah berpengaruh terhadap mutu madrasah sebesar 87,2%, dengan persamaan ŷ = 5,770 + 0,172 x1 + 0,240 x2 + 0,834 x3.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that there is still a lack of concrete learning media that teachers can use in the learning process. This research aims to design Word Guessing Learning Media in Elementary Schools, to increase students' interest and knowledge about the norms that apply in everyday life. Development research is a type of ADDIE model development research (R&D) through 5 stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. This research produces a product in the form of concrete learning media based on the Word Gusesing educational game in elementary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi di kelas IVB SDN Pahlawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVB SDN Pahlawan dengan jumlah 19 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh, sehingga sampel berjumlah 19 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, didapatkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti nilai Sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari alfa (0,05) dan t hitung > dari t tabel yaitu 9,289 > 2,101, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat dibuktikan bahwa lingkungan sekolah memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi di kelas IVB SDN Pahlawan.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low level of activity, collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. The causes are that learning is still one-way, the lack of use of supportive learning models and media, and the lack of group activities. The solution to overcome this problem is to apply the SOLID learning model, which is a combination of Project Based Learning (PjBL), Scramble, and Course Review Horay (CRH) with the help of audio-visual media. This research was conducted as classroom action research (PTK) over 4 meetings. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SDN Kuin Utara 5 Banjarmasin, consisting of 18 students in the 2023/2024 academic year. The data collected is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative data is obtained from observing teacher and student activities, while quantitative data comes from collaboration skills and student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive techniques and cross tabulation, which was explained through tables, graphs and percentage interpretation. The research results showed that the teacher's activity at meeting 1 received a score of 32 with "Good" criteria, and increased at meeting 4 to a score of 39 with "Very Good" criteria. Classical student activity at meeting 1 reached 61% with the criterion "Quite Active" and increased to 94% with the criterion "Very Active" at meeting 4. Student collaboration skills also increased from 61% (Quite Skilled) at meeting 1 to 94% (Very Skilled) at meeting 4. This increase had a positive effect on student learning outcomes, which showed an increase from meetings 1 to 4 with a classical completion level reaching 89%. From the research results, it can be concluded that the application of the SOLID learning model is effective in increasing activity, collaboration skills and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discover the factors that influence the social resistance of students with special needs in inclusive schools, find useful methods to reduce such social resistance, and study the role of teachers, other students, and parents in supporting social inclusion. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the methodology used. The results showed that elements such as stigma, lack of understanding, and limited resources significantly affect social resistance. Inclusive education, individualised approaches, teacher training and parent participation are successful strategies. To create an inclusive and supportive environment, parents, other students and teachers must work together. Inclusive schools give all students, including students with special needs, the opportunity to learn together in the same environment. Challenges faced include social resistance such as harassment, discrimination or exclusion. This social resistance can affect the growth of students with special needs as well as the overall learning environment. Therefore, inclusive education, anti-discrimination policies and support from all relevant parties are essential.This research found that awareness raising, teacher and parent training, and clear policies are the best ways to deal with social resistance. To create a supportive and inclusive school environment, co-operation between teachers, parents and the school community is essential. It is hoped that this research will provide practical suggestions on how to improve social inclusion and make a more equitable learning environment for all students.
