Abstract

This research was conducted to recognize and understand the uniqueness and daily life of children with special needs (ABK) which focuses on children who have a type of disorder with the brain's nerves or what we often call "autisme". This research is important because it is related to the brain's nerves. which greatly influences a person's behavioral patterns and their sense of social interaction as well as delays in communicating or talking to other individuals.This research uses a qualitative approach to writing. In this research the author describes written words both orally and in writing which comes from interviews with teachers at the school and even with the students concerned. The author also took data in the research. this is through direct observation and through documentation. In this research, it is hoped that we will be able to find out and recognize the uniqueness and daily life of children with autism

Abstract

This research aims to describe the characteristics of children on the autism spectrum at SKHN 01 Cilegon City, including aspects of communication, social interaction, repetitive behavior and sensory needs. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation methods, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation analysis. The research results show that children with autism at SKHN 01 have a variety of unique characteristics. Children show difficulties in verbal and nonverbal communication, while others have limited social interaction patterns. Repetitive behaviors, such as tapping the table or thigh, often appear as a form of sensory need or mechanism to manage emotions. The school supports children through an individual approach, including the use of visual aids, structured timetables

Abstract

This research aims to identify the forms of social support provided to children with Down syndrome at the SKHN 01 state special school in Serang city. This form of social support can play a role in helping children with Down syndrome understand and accept their uniqueness as children with special needs. The results of this research show that social support from family, teachers and peers greatly contributes to building children's self-confidence and their ability to adapt to the environment around them. This support includes positive communication, providing motivation, and strengthening consistent emotional relationships. With optimal social support, children with Down syndrome can better understand their potential and feel accepted in society. This research recommends increasing collaboration between schools and families to achieve an inclusive environment and support the development of children with special needs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the learning development of mentally retarded children at Special School (SKh) Negeri 01 Serang City. Children with intellectual disabilities require a different educational approach due to intellectual limitations that affect their ability to understand, remember and apply information. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The research results show that the learning development of mentally retarded children at SKh Negeri 01 Serang City is influenced by various factors, such as the teaching methods used, family support, and school facilities. Teachers play an important role in providing learning that is tailored to students' individual needs, such as the use of concrete learning media and direct practice approaches. Family support has also been proven to be significant in increasing children's learning motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah menggunakan metode studi literatur. Keterampilan mengajar guru, yang mencakup kemampuan dalam menjelaskan materi, penggunaan media pembelajaran, penerapan metode interaktif, serta pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru yang terampil dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih kondusif, kemampuan guru dalam menyampaikan materi, penggunaan media, serta pendekatan interaktif dalam kelas, dapat memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif dan terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengakui adanya keterbatasan pada generalisasi hasil, terutama karena fokus banyak studi yang ditinjau berada pada sekolah umum. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pelatihan guru dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar yang relevan di lingkungan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam dampak keterampilan mengajar pada pelajaran agama dan umum di madrasah serta faktor eksternal lain yang memengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) merupakan anak yang memilki keunikan tumbuh dan kembang yang berbeda dengan anak-anak normal lainnya. Anak berkebutuhan khusus ini diidentikan dengan anak yang mengalami perbedaan atau kelainan secara fisik, intelektual, emosioal, mental, maupun sosial. Anak berkebuthan khusus (ABK) terbagi kedalam beberapa kategori yaitu anak anak tunadaksa, tunanetra , tunalaras, tunarungu, dan tunagrahita. Anak dengan berkebutuhan khusus ini memilki keunikan yang beragam sehingga anak-anak yang menyandang status difabel ini cenderung lebih membutuhkan penanganan dan layanan yang khusus dibanding dengan anak normal lainnya. Dengan mengenal keunikan anak-anak berkebutuhan khusus ini dianggap penting untuk memahami segala keunikan-keunikan yang mereka miliki.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model on mathematics learning outcomes among third-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 190 Barru. Conducted as classroom action research (CAR), this study involved 20 students as participants. The research was carried out over two cycles, each comprising four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results revealed a significant improvement in students' performance. In Cycle I, only 9 students (45%) achieved the minimum passing grade (KKM) of 70, while 11 students (55%) did not. However, after refining the implementation of the TSTS model in Cycle II, 17 students (85%) met the KKM, leaving only 3 students (15%) below the threshold. This improvement demonstrates the effectiveness of the TSTS model in enhancing mathematics learning outcomes by promoting collaboration and active participation among students. The findings suggest that cooperative learning models like TSTS are beneficial for addressing challenges in teaching abstract subjects such as mathematics.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the traditional engklek game on improving the learning of fourth grade students of SDN Bluluk I Lamongan. One of the problems of education is the lack of media facilities and infrastructure, so teachers are required to be creative in improving the quality of learning in the classroom, such as developing learning media in the classroom. One of the interesting learning media that can overcome student boredom in learning activities is game-based learning activities, such as the application of the traditional engklek game media. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method. The quasi -experimental method is a research method used to find the effect of certain treatments. To obtain data in accordance with the purpose of this study, using experiments, namely by giving treatment to students in the form of pre-test activities, treatment or exercises and final tests. From the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Bluluk I Lamongan with the traditional engklek game media, it can be concluded that the media can improve the student learning process and increase students' enthusiasm after using the engklek traditional game media and the use of learning media in learning activities makes it easier for students to gain understanding and motivate students to learn so as to get good learning outcomes and learning outcomes increase. Abstract

This study aims to develop Google Sites-based learning media with the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve mathematics learning in grade IV of Elementary School. The background of this study is the low motivation and learning outcomes of students due to monotonous learning methods. Google Sites media is designed to be interactive, interesting, and support project-based learning that is relevant to real life. The study used the 4D development method (Define, Design, Development, Dissemination). Data were obtained through expert validation, student trials, and effectiveness analysis using pretest and posttest. The results showed that this learning media is valid, practical, and effective. Expert validation showed a high level of suitability, while trials showed an increase in student engagement in learning. The increase in student learning outcomes was confirmed through a comparison of pretest and posttest scores. In conclusion, Google Sites-based media with the PjBL model effectively improves the quality of mathematics learning and motivates students to learn more actively.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement Nearpod-based E-LKPD with the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model to improve the effectiveness of learning in elementary schools. Based on a preliminary study at SDN 05 Padang Pasir, it was found that the use of conventional LKPD was not interesting enough and effective in increasing student engagement. Therefore, the development of interactive technology-based E-LKPD is expected to support more enjoyable and effective learning. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The trial subjects were 19 fourth-grade students of SDN 05 Padang Pasir. The results showed that Nearpod-based E-LKPD had a very good level of practicality and validity, with scores of 91.67% and 90.33%, respectively. The effectiveness of the media was also proven to increase, indicated by an increase in student learning outcomes from 52.63% who achieved the KKM before implementation, to 84.21% after using this media. This study concludes that the use of Nearpod-based E-LKPD can significantly increase student engagement and learning outcomes, as well as support more interactive and enjoyable learning.
