Abstract

This research aims to understand various educational evaluation models and learning evaluation techniques applied in the teaching and learning process. The method used is a library research with data sources from various literature related to evaluation in the field of education. The results of the study show that evaluation models such as CIPP, gap model, formative evaluation, and summative have an important role in assessing educational programs from various aspects, ranging from planning, implementation, to final results. In addition, learning evaluation techniques use various forms of tests, such as oral, written, and action tests, which are classified based on their evaluation objectives, such as speed tests, ability tests, learning outcome tests, and diagnostic tests. All of these evaluation models and techniques complement each other in improving the quality and effectiveness of learning. The development of appropriate evaluation models and techniques is very necessary so that the learning process runs according to the goals and is able to improve the quality of student learning outcomes in a sustainable manner. Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD 2 Mijen on the material of human digestive organs through the application of the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by a demonstration board. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 23 students. The data collection technique used a learning outcome test, and data analysis was carried out descriptively comparatively. The results showed an increase in the average value from 55.7 in the pre-cycle to 69.1 in cycle I and 85.2 in cycle II. The classical completion rate also increased from 30.43% in the pre-cycle to 56.52% in cycle I and 86.96% in cycle II. These results indicate that the Make a Match cooperative learning model assisted by a demonstration board is effective in improving student learning outcomes. In addition, this model also encourages activeness, cooperation, and social skills of students during the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran guru dalam memotivasi belajar siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar. Guru mempunyai peran strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, Guru tidak semata-mata menjalankan peran sebagai penyampai materi pelajaran, melainkan juga berperan sebagai motivator yang mampu mendorong semangat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode studi literatur dengan menelaah beragam sumber seperti artikel ilmiah, jurnal, buku, dan skripsi yang relevan. Hasil kajian Menandakan bahwa semangat belajar siswa dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh keterlibatan aktif guru dalam proses pembelajaran, baik melalui pemberian pujian, penciptaan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, maupun pendekatan yang kreatif dan profesional. Guru berperan sebagai penyaji materi, fasilitator, mediator, hingga evaluator yang dapat menumbuhkan minat, semangat, serta kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya belajar. Maka dari itu, guru bukan hanya berperan dalam aspek akademik, Namun juga berkaitan dengan pembentukan karakter dan kepribadian siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the experimental method 'Pingpong Spinning' on the understanding of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 159 Pekanbaru regarding the concepts of friction force and gravitational force. The experimental method was chosen to provide students with direct experience in observing physical phenomena, thereby enhancing their conceptual understanding. The research involved 30 students divided into three heterogeneous groups. The results showed that Group 1 achieved the highest score, reflecting a very good understanding, while Groups 2 and 3 demonstrated lower levels of understanding. These findings indicate the need for reinforcing concepts for students who are still facing difficulties. Therefore, it is recommended that learning be more interactive and involve group discussions and additional experiments to deepen students' understanding. Providing constructive feedback is also considered important to help students recognize their mistakes and improve the quality of science learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) di tingkat sekolah dasar masih menghadapi tantangan, khususnya dalam membantu siswa memahami konsep abstrak seperti sistem pernapasan manusia. Pendekatan konvensional yang bersifat satu arah membuat siswa kurang aktif dan berdampak pada rendahnya pemahaman konsep. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang dipadukan dengan alat peraga sederhana dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan campuran (mixed methods) dengan subjek siswa kelas V SDN 136 Pekanbaru sebanyak sembilan orang. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dalam lima tahap PBL orientasi pada masalah, pengorganisasian siswa, penyelidikan, penyajian hasil, dan evaluasi. Alat peraga berupa model paru-paru dari balon dan botol bekas digunakan untuk membantu visualisasi proses pernapasan. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman secara signifikan, baik dari aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikomotorik. Nilai rata-rata kognitif siswa mencapai kategori baik hingga sangat baik, dengan keterlibatan aktif dalam diskusi dan praktik langsung. Selain itu, penggunaan alat peraga meningkatkan minat belajar dan kemampuan bekerja sama siswa. Dengan demikian, model PBL berbantuan alat peraga sederhana terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPA, khususnya dalam memahami sistem pernapasan manusia secara lebih konkret dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to determine the characteristics of Islamic-based educational leadership that are relevant to the development of the era, namely the industrial revolution era marked by the massive use of digital technology in almost all lines of life, especially the world of education. This writing uses a library research method with a descriptive exploratory literature approach, namely by conducting an in-depth study and collecting data on the characteristics of Islamic-based educational leadership and the phenomenon of the digital era through relevant books, journals, scientific articles, interviews and the internet. The characteristics of an ideal Islamic-based educational leader in this digital era include: having intrinsic prophetic characteristics, namely shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, fathanah, qana'ah, and syaja'ah, having the ability to see opportunities, being a pioneer and motivator in designing and implementing digital-based education, being able to mobilize all elements of existing human resources, having a corporate mindset, having a good driver mentality, and always being open-minded and welcoming to changes that continue to move rapidly without hesitating to try new things related to digital technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar pada materi IPA “Energi dan Perubahannya”. Urgensi penelitian adalah kebutuhan model pembelajaran inovatif yang mendukung keterlibatan aktif siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis efektivitas model Discovery Learning berbantuan media eksperimen terhadap kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literature review dan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design untuk menguatkan temuan. Hasil literature review menunjukkan bahwa Discovery Learning berbantuan media eksperimen mampu meningkatkan kreativitas, motivasi, dan hasil belajar siswa secara konsisten. Model ini juga mendorong siswa aktif mengeksplorasi dan memahami konsep secara mendalam. Simpulan, literature review medukung bahwa model ini efektif meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar IPA siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan pendekatan Deep Learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis pantun siswa kelas V SDN Tambakaji 05. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi kelas, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah estafet pantun, yang menekankan kerja sama kelompok dan berpikir kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan menulis pantun siswa secara signifikan: 5 dari 9 kelompok berhasil menyusun pantun dengan struktur a-b-a-b yang tepat, dan mayoritas siswa tergolong dalam kategori “Cukup Mahir” pada evaluasi individu. Pendekatan Deep Learning mampu mendorong kreativitas, keterlibatan aktif, dan pemahaman bermakna terhadap pantun, meskipun sebagian siswa masih memerlukan pendampingan tambahan dalam memahami makna konotatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Deep Learning mampu mendukung pembelajaran bahasa dan sastra Indonesia di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

ABSTRACT E-book is a book in digital format that offers a richer reading experience with multimedia features. However, at SDN Ciluar 02, Bogor Regency, it is not yet varied and not yet digital. Therefore, in the learning process, it is necessary to develop printed teaching materials into digital teaching materials to make them more interesting and varied. The study was aimed at developing and finding out the feasibility of teaching materials assisted by anyflip on the Community in my area material. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) study with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) research method. The data collection technique in this study used an instrument sheet in the form of a questionnaire. Product testing was carried out by media experts, language experts, material experts 1 and material experts 2. The assessment results from media experts were 98%, language experts 96%, material experts 1 96%, and material experts 2 98% which means it is very feasible to be implemented. And based on the limited trial conducted on 22 grade IV students, they obtained a percentage value of 97%, and obtained a percentage value of the student learning interest trial of 93.91%, which means that the e-book assisted by anyflip on the material of the Community in my area is very suitable for use in the learning process and can increase learning interest in students. Abstract

Protector scoring system (PSS) was created to help judges in the sport of taekwondo. Kicks in taekwondo are movements or techniques that are very often used in taekwondo matches because they have a high chance of producing points. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of kick accuracy in obtaining points using the protector scoring system (PSS). The method used in this research is literature review. Researchers reviewed 15 articles from journals indexed by Sinta and Scopus. These 15 articles were analyzed based on the relevance of the articles to the problems that occurred. This research concludes that in the PSS taekwondo scoring system, points are earned through kicks that hit sensor areas on the feet (back and soles), body, and head (top of the helmet). Athletes need to understand the location of the sensors and the criteria for point validity according to the referee, and reduce ineffective movements to achieve victory. These findings encourage further research into PSS and the effectiveness of kicking techniques in scoring points.
