Abstract

This research aims to enhance the learning engagement of fifth-grade students in Pancasila education through the application of interactive learning media based on Educaplay. The study employs the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method, conducted over two cycles. The participants of the study consist of 24 fifth-grade students from SDN 060925 Medan Amplas. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of Educaplay significantly increases student engagement in understanding the material on Indonesia's cultural diversity. Students become more enthusiastic, actively participate in interactive learning activities, and demonstrate improved comprehension of the concepts of cultural diversity and tolerance. Furthermore, the implementation of Educaplay effectively mitigates boredom commonly associated with conventional learning methods and enhances student motivation. The findings suggest that Educaplay can serve as an effective alternative instructional medium to improve student engagement and learning outcomes in Pancasila education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Learning media in Singaparna sub-district schools have several obstacles, namely the achievement of student learning outcomes in science material is still below KKM, which reaches an average score of <75 and the lack of use of learning media from teachers, especially on human motion system material. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of carangka (Chess Frame) game media on human motion system material as a learning tool for grade V elementary school students The method used for this research is RnD (Research and Development) with a research design proposed by Borg and Gall, namely 10 stages. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. Based on the results of the product feasibility test research conducted at SDN 6 Singaparna with a total of 28 students with the results of 18 students experiencing an increase in scores in the high category, 7 students in the medium category, and 3 students in the low category. This data shows that the majority of students are in the high increase category, so it can be concluded that the use of carangka game media is effective in improving student learning outcomes at SDN 6 Singaparna.

Abstract

The character of peace-loving needs to be instilled through Pancasila Education. However, in today's digital era, there is a need for attractive technology-based learning media so that students are interested in participating in learning and can use the media anywhere. The facilities at SD Negeri 1 Cilaja are adequate, such as Chromebooks, projectors, speakers, and smart TVs, but their use in Pancasila Education is still limited. These technological facilities have not been optimally utilized to produce interactive and innovative learning media. In line with technological developments, E-bookstory can be used to enhance educators' creativity in producing engaging content. The objective of this study is to develop E-bookstory learning media and assess the feasibility and effectiveness of Pancasila Education learning media using E-bookstory on the topic of ethnic diversity. The research method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D). Data collection methods include observation sheets, interviews, expert validation, and student responses. Based on the feasibility test, the e-bookstory learning media for Pancasila Education, according to media experts, meets the feasible category with an average of 95%, and according to subject matter experts, it meets the highly feasible category with an average of 86%. Abstract

In today’s era, marked by intense work pressure and materialistic orientation, the need to strike a balance between professional responsibilities and spiritual well-being is increasingly evident. Sufism, as the spiritual dimension of Islam, offers a holistic framework for developing a work ethic rooted in sincere worship, intrinsic motivation, and ethical professionalism. This study aims to explore how Sufi principles such as sincerity (ikhlas), patience (sabr), asceticism (zuhud), and mindfulness (muraqabah) can be practically integrated into the professional work environment. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature review, this research finds that applying Sufi values helps foster integrity, responsibility, and visionary character in employees. A case study conducted at the Permata Keadilan Law Office in South Tangerang illustrates the positive impact of Sufi-based spiritual practices on work enthusiasm, employee loyalty, and service quality. Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe in depth the factors causing students' lack of self-confidence in learning at SMP Islam Baiturrahim Jambi. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. The subjects of the study were two grade IX students based on the results of the questionnaire who had low levels of self-confidence. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, documentation, with data analysis through data reduction, data presentation. The results of the study indicate that the factors causing students' lack of self-confidence in the learning process are caused by internal and external factors. Internal factors are dominant factors, including negative self-concepts, low self-esteem, and previous negative experiences. Students tend to feel incapable, afraid of failure, and doubt their own potential, so they are reluctant to actively participate in the learning process. In addition, external factors also contribute to students' lack of self-confidence in learning, namely, a less supportive learning environment and parenting patterns that lack communication and emotional support, this situation causes students to not get space to grow self-confidence both in the family and school environments. Abstract

This study aims to develop Adobe Animate 2021 media for teaching mathematics, specifically on the topic of Three-Dimensional Shapes, for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 2 Padokan, as well as to determine its feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness. The research used a Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model, which consists of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research was conducted at SD N 2 Padokan, with the research subjects being fifth-grade students at SD N 2 Padokan. The feasibility of the Adobe Animate 2021 media developed was declared highly feasible based on validation results from media experts, with an average score of 82.85%, and from material experts, with an average score of 93.53%. Based on the teacher’s response in a limited trial, a total score of 120 was obtained out of a maximum score of 150. Thus, based on the questionnaire filled out by the teacher, it can be concluded that this teaching material is suitable for use by students in phase A. Furthermore, with a percentage of 80%, it means that the Adobe Animate-based mathematics learning media developed is effective in improving students’ achievement in the topic of three-dimensional shapes. The pretest learning outcome was 57.70. The posttest results showed that the average student score increased to 90.20. This was followed by prerequisite testing using the N-Gain score test, with pretest scores ranging from 50 to 65, and posttest scores ranging from 80 to 100. This indicates an increase in scores for all students after the learning process. With an average N-Gain score of 0.78 (77.66%), it can be concluded that the learning method used is highly effective in improving student learning outcomes. Most students obtained an N-Gain score above 0.70

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted on grade VI students of UPT SDN 064037 Kecamatan Medan Tembung. This research was motivated by the problem of low student interest in learning during the learning of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects. The main objective of this study was to increase students' interest in learning IPAS through the application of Wordwall media. The subjects of the study were 24 grade VI students of UPT SDN 064037 Kecamatan Medan Tembung. The research process was carried out in two cycles with stages of planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection in each cycle. During the observation stage, the researcher used a learning interest observation sheet to monitor the level of student interest and enthusiasm in learning. Initial data or pre-cycle showed that the level of student interest in learning was still quite good with an average of 71.00%. After the application of Wordwall media in the first cycle, there was an increase in learning interest to 78.67%, which showed an increase towards the good category. Furthermore, in the second cycle, there was a significant increase to 88.17%, which was in the very good category. Thus, the use of Wordwall media has proven effective in increasing students' interest in learning IPAS subjects for grade VI.

Abstract

Pengaruh bullying terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini, menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif dengan data dari Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI). Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan karakteristik big data yang dikenal sebagai 5V: Volume, Velocity, Variety, Veracity, dan Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bullying merupakan masalah signifikan yang berdampak negatif pada perkembangan sosial emosional anak, dengan data KPAI mengindikasikan tingginya insiden kasus bullying. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan langkah-langkah pencegahan melalui peningkatan kesadaran dan edukasi, penguatan peran guru dan pengasuh, pemberdayaan anak, keterlibatan orang tua, serta intervensi dini. Dengan implementasi strategi ini, diharapkan dapat tercipta lingkungan yang lebih aman dan mendukung bagi anak-anak, serta membantu mereka dalam perkembangan sosial emosional yang positif.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low English learning outcomes of fifth-grade students at SDN 064973 Bhayangkara, caused by monotonous teaching, limited media, and low student engagement. The aim was to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by flash card media on students’ English learning outcomes. The research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a nonequivalent control group design. A total of 43 students participated, divided into experimental (class VA) and control (class VB) groups. Instruments included multiple-choice tests, observation sheets, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and an independent sample t-test. Results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class was 78.33, higher than the control class at 62.05. A significance value of < 0.001 indicates a significant effect of the PBL model assisted by flash card on students’ learning outcomes. In conclusion, the model is effective in improving elementary students’ English achievement, especially in the topic Parts of Our Body that Work Together.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Elementary students often struggle with composing procedural texts, particularly in organizing steps in a coherent and logical order. This study investigates whether the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach can enhance the procedural text writing abilities of fourth-grade students at MI Ma’arif Ketunggeng. Employing a quantitative approach with a One Group Pre-test–Post-test design, the research involved 33 students. Data collection was conducted through writing tests administered before and after the PjBL intervention. Results revealed a significant increase in average scores, from 62 in the pre-test to 82 in the post-test. This improvement demonstrates that implementing PjBL positively influences students’ procedural writing skills. The approach fosters active engagement by involving students in hands-on projects tied to real-life contexts. These findings highlight PjBL as an effective teaching strategy for Indonesian language instruction, particularly in developing procedural writing skills. It is recommended that educators incorporate project-based learning to provide meaningful, innovative writing experiences for students. Keywords: writing proficiency, Project-Based Learning, elementary education, procedural text writing ABSTRAK Keterampilan menulis teks prosedur masih menjadi tantangan bagi peserta didik sekolah dasar, khususnya dalam menyusun langkah-langkah secara sistematis dan logis. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini yaitu menilai efektivitas penggunaan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur peserta didik kelas IV MI Ma’arif Ketunggeng. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain One Group Pre-test Post-test, yang melibatkan 33 orang peserta didik sebagai subjek penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes menulis teks prosedur yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pelaksanaan model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Nilai siswa meningkat dari 62 pada pre-test menjadi 82 pada post-test. Hasil peningkatan tersebut mengindikasikan bahwasanya penerapan model Project Based Learning berdampak positif pada keahlian menulis para siswa. Model ini mendorong para siswa berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran melalui proyek nyata yang yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan model (PjBL) memberikan hasil yang efektif dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, terutama dalam materi menulis teks prosedur. Guru disarankan untuk menggunakan pembelajaran yang berbasis proyek sebagai metode inovatif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis peserta didik.
