Alisya Putri. 105731110521. The Role of Accounting Information Systems in Supporting Management Decisions at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Makassar. Thesis, Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Supervised by Chairul Ihsan Burhanuddin and Muttiarni. This study aims to analyze the accounting information system used to support management decision-making at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Makassar. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the accounting information system used is integrated with the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) system, which supports the efficiency and effectiveness of financial information processing. This system plays a crucial role in recording, processing, and reporting financial information and serves as the primary basis for managerial decision-making. However, several obstacles remain, such as system disruptions and limitations in real-time data processing, which require attention to improve the quality of the information presented. Overall, the accounting information system at PT PLN UP3 Makassar Selatan strengthens transparency, accountability, and accuracy in management decision-making.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low Mathematics learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SDN 060857 Medan who have not yet reached the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 70. Based on initial observations, students have difficulty in understanding the concept of fractions. This study aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes through the implementation of the Indonesian Realistic Mathematics Education Approach (PMRI). The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was implemented in two cycles in the 2024/2025 Academic Year with a total of 28 students. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results of the study indicate that the PMRI approach is effective in improving learning outcomes. In cycle I, 19 students (67%) achieved the KKM. After improvements and adjustments to learning in cycle II, the number of students achieving the KKM increased to 26 (92%). In addition, teacher activity and student involvement in the learning process also increased. Thus, the PMRI approach is proven to be able to create contextual and meaningful learning, as well as improve Mathematics learning outcomes in fractions.

Abstract

Kehidupan abad ke-21 menuntut siswa memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, kreatif, komunikatif, dan literasi teknologi. Namun proses pembelajaran masih didominasi metode ceramah, penggunaan LKPD yang belum maskimal, sehingga motivasi belajar rendah dan keterampilan tersebut kurang berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengembangan LKPD-STEM berbantuan Augmented Reality (AR) untuk siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan studi literatur. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua guru dan tujuh siswa kelas IV dari dua sekolah dasar yang berada di Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil menunjukkan guru memiliki kendala dalam menyediakan LKPD interaktif berbasis STEM, sedangkan siswa memiliki minat tinggi pada pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan praktikum. Pengembangan LKPD-STEM berbantuan Augmented Reality (AR) diharapkan mendukung pembelajaran aktif, interaktif, dan kontekstual, serta meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to apply wordwall learning media to see student learning outcomes. Problems were found in the form of a decrease in student learning interest at UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea. This study aims to determine the application of wordwall learning media in science subjects on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. This type of research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. With the type of One-Group-Pretest-Posttest-Design research with the aim of knowing whether there is a significant increase in the learning outcomes of students in the UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea. The sample in this study was fifth grade students of UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea with a total of 18 students consisting of 10 girls and 8 boys. The data collection technique used was the initial test (pretest) and the final test (posttest) to determine the application of Wordwall Learning Media in the subject of Science on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. The results of this study indicate that the application of Wordwall Learning Media in the subject of Science on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea, Jeneponto Regency. This situation can be seen from the test results which show that student learning outcomes before being given treatment are relatively low, namely the pretest result is 56% and after being given treatment the average posttest value is 84%. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the results of students' science learning at UPT SD Negeri 11 Turatea through the application of Wordwall Learning Media have increased.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Technology Enhanced Learning onstudent learning outcomes in mathematics subjects for grade V of SD Inpres Paranglabbua,Parigi District, Gowa Regency. This study is a quantitative study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 15 grade V students. Data collectiontechniques used were observation, testing, and documentation. Data analysis techniques inthis study were descriptive data analysis techniques and T-Test tests. The results showed thatthere was an effect of the use of Technology Enhanced Learning on student learningoutcomes in mathematics subjects for grade V of SD Inpres Paranglabbua. This is indicatedby the average pretest score reaching 52, while the average posttest score reached 76. Basedon the results of the t-test analysis on the effect of Technology Enhanced Learning on studentlearning outcomes in mathematics subjects, it shows that the results of the hypothesis testobtained t_count = 7.18 and t_table = 2.145 so that t_(count) > t_table or 7.18 > 2.145 in otherwords H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of TechnologyEnhanced Learning on student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects in grade V of SDInpres Paranglabbua Kec. Parigi, Kab. Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the writing skills of explanatory texts of class VII.1students at MTs. Muhammadiyah Tallo, Makassar City, through the application ofthe Cooperative, Integrated, Reading, and Composition (CIRC) learning model.This study focuses on the main question: " How can the CIRC model improvestudents writing skills?''.The methodology used is a classroom action research(CAR) design with a qualitative and quantitative approach to collect relevant data.The study was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consisted of fourstages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Learning activitiesincluded group discussions, reading explanatory texts together, and writingexercises with feedback from teachers to improve students understanding. Theresults of this study showed a significant increase in students writing skills. In thefirst cycle, the average student score showed progress, but many still had difficultyin composing coherent texts. After the implementation of the CIRC model andimprovements made in the second cycle, the percentage of student completionincreased to 87%, with some students achieving the highest score of 95. Thisimprovement can be seen in several aspects, namely first, the content of the textwhere students are able to convey more comprehensive and systematicinformation in writing explanatory texts, and can identify general statements andrelevant explanations. Second, the organization of the text, where the structure ofthe explanatory text becomes more orderly and clear, following a logical sequencefrom beginning to end. Third, the use of language, where students show anincrease in the use of appropriate and contextual vocabulary, and write sentenceswith a more varied structure. Fourth, writing mechanics that show reduced errors,indicating a better understanding of effective writing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of weekly study circle mentoring as aplatform for character development on the global diversity character of FKIPUntirta students. It employs a quantitative method with a descriptive technique,and the research population consists of FKIP Untirta students from the 2023cohort who have completed the LSP program, with samples taken using simplerandom sampling. The results indicate that there is a significant effect between theweekly study circle mentoring and the global diversity character, with asignificance level of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning there is an effect of variable X onvariable Y. The t-value of 5.175 > t-table of 1.661 indicates a positive effect. Thecoefficient of determination (r square) shows a result of 0.225, indicating that theeffect of implementing weekly study circle mentoring on students diversitycharacter is 22.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive effect ofimplementing weekly study circle mentoring (X) on the global diversity character ofFKIP Untirta students..

Abstract

The brain is the center of human intelligence that controls the nervous system incapturing learning. Early childhood education through a neuroscience approachcan be implemented through various methods, including by providing educationfirst and must understand the performance of the human brain. In addition, it alsopays attention to the natural work of the brain of students in the learning process.The purpose of this paper is to describe the importance of understanding theneuroscience approach for early childhood in the learning process. This articleexplores how neuroscience principles can be used to design teaching methodsthat are more effective and in accordance with childrens cognitive development.Neuroscience-based learning emphasizes the balance of the use of various partsof the brain, not just the logically oriented left brain. Although there are challengesin applying scientific findings to educational practice, a deep understanding ofneuroscience can create a learning environment that supports childrens holisticgrowth. Thus, this paper aims to strengthen the relevance of neuroscience inimproving the quality of early childhood post-education.

Abstract

Menyusun teks merupakan salah satu kompetensi dasar dalam kurikulum Merdeka yang terdapat dalam kompetensi dasar pembelajaran Pkn Menyusun bisa dalam bentuk menulis, mereproduksi, menyalin, menerjemahkan, dan memproduksi. Menyusun teks cerpen mengalami banyak kendala diantarnya, siswa kurang wawasan dan pengetahuan, kurangnya minat siswa membaca, pembelajarnya kurang menarik karena menggunakan model yang konvensional, pembelajaran dilakukan satu arah atau berpusat pada guru, dan siswa tidak dilibatkan dalam pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran PKn di sekolah memerlukan model pembelajaran yang mampu mendorong siswa untuk aktif melakukan penyelidikan dalam menyelesikan masalah, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator atau pembimbing, memotivasi siswa, pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, dan meningkatkan kemampuan siswa berpikir kritis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam pembelajaran menyusun teks cerpen pada siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 1 Batang, (2) mengetahui keefektifan model pembelajaran problem based learning dalam pembelajaran menyususn teks cerpen pada siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 1 Batang (3) mengetahui perbedaan keefektifan model pembelajaran discovery learning dan model problem based learning dalam pembelajaran menyusun teks cerpen pada siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 1 Batang Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keterampilan bertanya kritis cesiswa kelas 7 A (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas 7 A,B,C SMP N 1 Batang (kelas kontrol). Kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan model discovery learning dengan jumlah siswa 32 siswa. Kelas kontrol dengan model problem based learning, jumlah siswa 32 siswa. Sebelum diberi perlakuan, dilakukan pretest pada kedua kelas tersebut untuk mengetahui kondisi awal. Selanjutnya diberi perlakuan dan diberikan post test pada akhir pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa setelah diberi perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian (1) pembelajaranKeberagaman suku,ras,agama antar golongan siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 1 Batangdengan model discovery learning efektif, (2) pembelajaran Keberagaman Suku,ras,Antar golongan siswa kelas 7 SMP N 1 Batang dengan model problem based learning efektif, dan (3) pembelajaran keberagaman suku,Ras,Agama,Antar Colongan siswa kelas 7 SMP Negeri 1 Batang menggunakan model discovery learning lebih efektif daripada model problem based learning. Nilai rata-rata kelas model discovery learning> kelas model problem based learning, yakni 83,812 >73,555. Hasil perhitungan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (uji t) menunjukan bahwa signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 hal ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata-rata antara kelas model discovery learning dan kelas model problem based learning. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, saran yang dapat diberikan sebagai berikut. (1) guru Pkn hendaknya menerapkan model pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, menarik minat siswa, dan siswanya berperan aktif dalam pembelajaran (2) dalam pembelajaran Keberagaman Suku,Ras,Agama,Antar Golongan menggunakan model problem based learning hendaknya guru memberikan tema yang lebih spesifik atau rinci agar siswanya lebih terfokuskan dalam berfikir kritis (3) bagi guru yang ingin mengembangkan sikap percaya diri siswa dapat menggunakan model discovery learning dan apabila ingin mengembangkan sikap tanggung jawab siswa dapat menggunakan model problem based learning.
