Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V pada pembelajaran IPAS SDN 27 Sungai Sapih. Hal ini disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran belum berjalan dengan efektif karena kurangnya variasi metode dan media pembelajaran yang menarik, rendahnya partisipasi aktif peserta didik, serta Pembelajaran yang berlangsung cenderung hanya berfokus pada penyampaian teori tanpa melibatkan siswa dalam eksplorasi dan pemecahan masalah nyata. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan Pengaruh Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan QuizWhizzer Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas V Pada Pembelajaran IPAS SDN 27 Sungai Sapih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini peserta didik kelas V SDN 27 Sungai Sapih yang mana kelas V A sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan QuizWhizzer sedangkan kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol menggunakan model konvensional. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes, Wawancara serta Observasi. Tes berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 19 butir soal, data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, terlihat t hitung = 3,467 > t tabel 1,667 dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Maka kesimpulannya hipotesis ????1 diterima bahwa model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Berbantuan QuizWhizzer memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V pada pembelajaran IPAS SDN 27 Sungai Sapih.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze how knowledge, skills, work experience, and behavior influence the productivity of employees in Media Furniture at PT. Panggung Electric Citrabuana, while also determining which of these factors has the greatest effect. The research utilizes descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, assessment of the instruments, verification of classical assumptions, hypothesis testing (both simultaneous and partial), along with the calculation of correlation and determination coefficients. The results reveal that the factors of competency—knowledge, skills, work experience, and behavior—play a crucial role in boosting employee productivity. This conclusion is reinforced by statistical results indicating that each variable has a p-value of 0. 05 or lower, suggesting that all factors positively and significantly impact productivity. Consequently, the original hypothesis has been validated. Among these elements, behavior stands out as the most crucial, as indicated by its highest beta coefficient relative to the other factors. This highlights the importance of behavior in enhancing employee performance, thereby supporting the study's second hypothesis.

Abstract

This study explores the role of hypothetical syllogism as a rational foundation for decision-making in da’wah management. Through a library research approach, the study analyzes literature on logic, Islamic mantiq, rational decision-making models, and previous studies on da’wah management. The findings reveal that da’wah organizations in Indonesia often rely on intuitive or ad hoc decision-making processes, which limits accountability and evaluation. By applying hypothetical syllogism, normative premises derived from Islamic values can be systematically connected with empirical premises from the field, producing more transparent and accountable decisions. Moreover, integrating hypothetical syllogism with the bounded rationality framework allows decision-making to remain rational even under limited information, time, and resources. This study contributes theoretically by integrating classical logic with modern decision-making theories, methodologically by offering an audit protocol for reasoning in da’wah management, and practically by providing operational guidelines for da’wah institutions. Abstract

Abstrak ditulis maksimal 250 kata yang menggambarkan masalah,tujuan penelitian, metodologi dan hasil yang diperoleh. Abstrak ini dapat ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris dengan semua tulisan dimiringkan. Ditulis dengan menggunakan huruf Arial 12 dengan satu spasi. (Keterangan : abstrak kedua dalam bahasa Indonesia, hanya satu paragraf dan paragraf dalam bentuk rata kiri dan kanan, serta tidak menjorok ke dalam [tidak seperti paragraph biasa]) Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada kurikulum merdeka di bidang studi Pendidikan Pancasila (PP), hal ini disebabkan karena guru kurang memfariasikan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa baik secara individual maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan proses pada bidang studi Pendidikan Pancasila (PP) dengan menggunakan model Cooverative Learning tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 11 Gadut dengan menggunakan PTK dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus dimana siklus I terdiri atas II kali pertemuan dan siklus II satu kali pertemuan. Hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa. Hasil peningkatan RPP siklus I PT I 82,14%, siklus I PT II 85,71%, siklus II 92,85%. Hasil peningkatan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari aspek guru siklus I PT I 70,83%, aspek siswa 66,67%, PT II aspek guru 79,17%, siswa 79,16%, dan siklus II dari aspek guru 95,83%, siswa 91,67%. Hasil belajar siswa pada aspek afektif serta pada aspek psikomotor 72 dan aspek kognitif untuk penilaian hasil pada siklus I diperoleh nilai 71 (64%) dan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II yaitu pada aspek afektif dengan nilai rata-rata 86 serta pada aspek psikomotor 87 dan aspek kognitif diperoleh nilai 88 (92%).

Abstract

This research aims to examine how social media as a new media platform contributes to shaping the political participation patterns of youth in North Tapanuli Regency, and to identify the factors that determine the level of digital political participation among young voters in the 2024 General and Regional Elections. This study employs a qualitative approach, using in-depth interviews and documentation as data collection techniques. The informants consist of 11 individuals, including ordinary youth, young political candidates, political figures, and youth involved in organizations. The findings reveal that social media has become an active participatory space for youth in the realm of local politics. Young people are not merely campaign targets, but also active agents in shaping public opinion, disseminating information, and even creating political content. The study highlights that the dominance of young voters and the widespread use of social media have led to a transformation in political campaign styles. This includes the emergence of cheerful campaign models, the use of local influencers, and more emotionally engaging political communication strategies. These transformations are influenced by technological adaptation, digital identity, and a growing desire among youth to participate informally in the democratic process. In conclusion, social media has proven to be a transformative force that reshapes youth political participation while simultaneously presenting new opportunities and challenges for local democratic life.

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education faces the challenge of addressing the demands ofthe 21st century, which require a balance between spiritual competence andprofessional skills. This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic ReligiousEducation (PAI) and vocational education in developing students’ holisticcompetencies through a case study at Maahad Tahfiz Vokasional Aman Bistari (MTVAB), Malaysia. A qualitative case study approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, with data analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model The findings indicate thatMTVAB implements an integrated curriculum that emphasizes spiritual formationthrough Qur’anic memorization, daily worship, and moral strengthening., alongsidevocational skills development through hands-on training in culinary arts, automotive,tailoring, and craft animation. The synergy of these elements produces graduatesknown as huffaz professionals individuals who are fluent in Qur’anic memorizationwhile being technically competent and guided by Islamic work ethics. Supportingfactors include government support, competent teachers, and adequate facilities,while the main challenges involve financial constraints, limited human resources,and societal stigma. In conclusion, MTVAB demonstrates the successfulimplementation of a holistic educational model that harmonizes religiosity withpractical skills, serving as a potential blueprint for the future development of globallycompetitive Islamic education.

Abstract

] Bullying Bullying is a common problem in schools and can negativelyimpact students' mental health. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of groupcounseling services using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach inreducing the impact of bullying at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pati. The research questionaddresses the effectiveness of these services in reducing students' anxiety and stresslevels, as well as the factors influencing their success.The method used was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-testdesign for the intervention and control groups. Data were analyzed using a t-test to determine significant changes. This study employed quantitative methods with a pre-experimental design, specifically a One Group Pre-Test Post-Test. The study subjects consisted of eight students who had experienced the impact of bullying. The dependentvariable in this study was the reduction in the impact of bullying, while theindependent variable was the group counseling service using a CBT approach.The results showed that participants who participated in counselingexperienced significant reductions in anxiety, low self-esteem, and psychologicalstress. The conclusion of this study is that group counseling services using a CBTapproach are effective in addressing the impact of bullying and improving students'mental health. This study recommends that schools implement this program as part oftheir bullying prevention and management efforts, both as an intervention and as acontrol group. Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of green education into science learning as an effort to foster environmental awareness among elementary school students. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving a science teacher and fourth-grade students at Elementary School in Magetan District. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that science learning integrated with green education is characterized by contextual, experiential, and environmentally oriented learning activities. The learning process includes planning environment-based project modules, implementing active learning strategies, and conducting authentic assessments covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. The integration of green education has been shown to increase students’ environmental awareness and behaviors, such as properly disposing of waste, conserving water and energy, and participating in school greening programs. Therefore, integrating green education into science learning is an effective strategy to cultivate ecological character and support sustainable education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and test the feasibility and effectiveness of animationvideo learning media assisted by the Doratoon platform on the Budaya Daerahkumaterial. This research is research and development with the ADDIE model whichincludes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Initialobservations show that learning at SDN Cilember 01 is still dominated by lecturemethods with book media, making it less attractive for students. The developedmedia was validated by experts with a feasibility percentage of 98.3% (mediaexperts), 94% (linguists), 92% (subject matter expert 1), and 96% (subject matterexpert 2) indicating that the media is very feasible to use. The trial on 35 studentsin grade V resulted in a positive response from students (87%) and teachers (90%),as well as an increase in average scores from 60 to 83.7. This media is consideredfeasible and effective to improve student learning outcomes, understanding, andmotivation.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of implementing innovative learning strategies in Natural Science (IPA) in elementary schools, specifically at SDN 111/I Muaro Bulian. The primary focus is on how science learning can develop students' skills and knowledge. The method used is a literature review of various journals, books, and prior observation. The analysis shows that inquiry-based learning, discovery learning, and project-based learning models can improve students' critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, and scientific attitudes.
