Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, particularly in the learning process at schools. Digital literacy has become an essential competency that students need to master in order to meet the challenges of 21st-century education. This study aims to describe the implementation of digital literacy in improving the abilities of junior high school students. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method conducted at SMPN 1 Campaka, Purwakarta Regency. The research participants consisted of the principal, teachers, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that digital literacy was implemented through the utilization of various digital media and platforms, such as Google Classroom, Canva, Educational YouTube, Interactive PowerPoint, and the internet as learning resources. The implementation of digital literacy had a positive impact on students’ abilities, as reflected in the improvement of digital information comprehension, learning motivation, classroom participation, technology utilization skills, and critical thinking skills. However, several challenges were identified, including limited digital facilities, unstable internet connectivity, and unequal technological competencies among teachers and students. Therefore, continuous efforts are required to improve digital infrastructure and competencies in order to optimize the implementation of digital literacy in schools

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parents and peers in influencing the learning motivation of children with special needs at the elementary school level within an inclusive education context. Using a library research method with data analysis based on the Miles and Huberman model, the findings indicate that parents play a crucial role through emotional support and active involvement in learning, while peers contribute to enhancing students’ confidence and motivation through social interaction. These findings highlight the importance of synergy between parents and peers in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya hidup dan lingkungan sosial terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa KIP Kuliah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa KIP Kuliah, sedangkan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikaSI R Studio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Lingkungan sosial juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Secara simultan, gaya hidup dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa KIP Kuliah. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecenderungan gaya hidup yang berorientasi pada pemenuhan keinginan serta semakin kuat pengaruh lingkungan sosial, maka semakin tinggi pula perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa mahasiswa penerima Beasiswa KIP Kuliah perlu meningkatkan kesadaran dalam mengelola keuangan secara bijaksana agar penggunaan dana beasiswa lebih diarahkan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan akademik dan kebutuhan pokok dibandingkan pemenuhan keinginan yang bersifat konsumtif.

Abstract

Increasing awareness of environmental sustainability has encouraged the growth of eco-tourism as an important segment of the tourism industry. This study aims to examine the role of green marketing in enhancing the image of Lengkung Langit as an eco-tourism destination and to analyze its influence on visitors' perceptions and the destination's reputation. Green marketing in this study consists of four dimensions: environmental communication, evidence of sustainable practices, environmental certification, and local community involvement. Meanwhile, the image of an eco-tourism destination is measured through three dimensions: environmental perception, social reputation, and information credibility. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey of 250–350 visitors to Lengkung Langit, selected through purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing to empirically examine the relationships among variables. The findings are expected to demonstrate that green marketing has a positive and significant effect on the image of Lengkung Langit as an eco-tourism destination. These findings are anticipated to provide practical recommendations for destination managers in strengthening sustainable green marketing strategies. Furthermore, this study is expected to enrich the academic literature on the relationship between green marketing and the image of sustainable tourism destinations in Indonesia

Abstract

Manajemen fasilitas di institusi pendidikan memiliki peranan yang krusial dalam mendukung efektivitas proses belajar di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti kontribusi manajemen fasilitas pendidikan terhadap efektivitas belajar mahasiswa di Universitas K. H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi. Para informan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan akademik di kampus. Temuan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa secara umum, fasilitas pendidikan yang ada telah memenuhi kebutuhan proses belajar mahasiswa. Adanya ruang perkuliahan, dukungan fasilitas belajar, serta suasana kampus yang mendukung memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa saat menjalankan kegiatan akademik. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa fasilitas yang memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut, terutama terkait dengan tempat ibadah dan tempat wudhu. Mahasiswa menilai bahwa kenyamanan dan privasi dalam fasilitas tersebut belum sepenuhnya terjaga, sehingga perlu ada perbaikan dan pengaturan yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan fasilitas yang baik berdampak positif terhadap terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang nyaman, peningkatan motivasi belajar, serta kemudahan bagi mahasiswa dalam memahami materi kuliah. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan fasilitas pendidikan demi mendukung efektivitas proses belajar dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Point of Difference on Consumer Loyalty toward yakon sweet potato products in Bandar Lampung City. The increasing competition in the functional food industry requires businesses to build a strong brand image and create distinctive product characteristics that differentiate them from competitors. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to consumers of yakon sweet potato products and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that Brand Image has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, while Point of Difference does not have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.** These findings suggest that a positive brand image can enhance consumer trust and commitment to repurchase the product, whereas product differentiation has not become a primary factor in building consumer loyalty. Therefore, business owners should focus on strengthening their brand image as a strategy to increase consumer loyalty toward yakon sweet potato products.

Abstract

Objective: This article aims to examine the role of transformational leadership of school principals in supporting learning innovation and to explain the integration of transformational, instructional, and digital leadership as a strategic approach to improving the quality of learning in schools. Methods: This study employed a narrative literature review by synthesizing relevant peer-reviewed journal articles and scholarly sources on transformational leadership, school leadership, teacher innovation, school culture, professional development, and digital learning. The selected literature was analyzed thematically to identify recurring patterns and develop a comprehensive conceptual synthesis. Results: The findings indicate that transformational school principals strengthen learning innovation by developing a shared vision, demonstrating exemplary leadership, providing inspirational motivation, encouraging intellectual stimulation, fostering professional collaboration, implementing developmental academic supervision, and promoting the pedagogical use of digital technology. These leadership practices also enhance teachers' commitment, creativity, and innovative behavior in the learning process. Novelty: This article proposes an integrated conceptual framework that combines transformational, instructional, and digital leadership as complementary approaches to fostering sustainable learning innovation and offers practical implications for school leaders seeking to strengthen innovation-oriented school culture.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the demonstration method in Social Studies learning to improve elementary school students learning interest. The background of this study is the low interest and learning outcomes of students due to the use of monotonous lecture methods. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with fourth-grade students of SD Negeri 23 Rambatan as the subiects. Data were collected through observation and documentation. The results show that the demonstration method can increase students activeness, motivation, and learning interest. Students become more involved in the learning process through observing, practicing, and discussing activities. In addition, students show greater responsibility and active participation during the learning process.This method is effective because it suits the characteristics of elementary students who better understand material through direct experience.

Abstract

Islamic Educational Institutions (LPIs) face the global challenge of improving managerial efficiency while maintaining religious values. This article discusses the integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards, as well as the addition of ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) and ISO 27001 (Information Security) dimensions. The philosophical foundation used is Maqasid al-Shari'ah, the ethical framework that unites all these standards. This study aims to formulate an integration model between an internationally recognized (ISO)-based Quality Management System (QMS) and the Maqasid al-Shari'ah principles as an effort to improve governance quality at Islamic Educational Institutions (LPIs). While ISO certification is effective in ensuring administrative and operational efficiency, LPIs require a strong spiritual dimension to maintain their religious identity. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature review and content analysis approach. The results of the study indicate that the integration of ISO with the five pillars of Maqashid Asy-Syari’ah (Hifdz ad-Din, al-Nafs, al-’Aql, al-Nasl, al-Mal, and al-Bi’ah) is able to create an educational ecosystem that is not only superior academically and managerially, but also oriented towards the welfare of the people (maslahah). In this model, ISO plays a role as a technical instrument to achieve effectiveness (itqan), while Maqashid Asy-Syari’ah plays a role as a spirit and value guide in strategic decision-making. This finding implies the importance of LPI not only pursuing the fulfillment of ISO administrative documents, but also aligning these procedures with the objectives of protecting religion, life, mind, descendants, property and the environment in order to realize rahmatan lil ‘alamin.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) plays a crucial role in supporting children's character development, intelligence, and overall growth during the golden age period. The quality of ECE services is strongly influenced by the leadership of school principals or institution leaders in managing educational resources. Transformational leadership is considered an effective approach to improving educational quality, as it emphasizes the ability of leaders to inspire, motivate, empower, and develop the potential of all organizational members. This article examines the concept of transformational leadership and its contribution to improving the quality of early childhood education. The findings indicate that transformational leadership enhances teacher competence, promotes a positive work culture, encourages learning innovation, strengthens parental involvement, and supports the creation of a high-quality educational environment. Therefore, transformational leadership is an important strategy for achieving sustainable quality improvement in early childhood education.
