Abstract

Abstract Speech delay is a communication disorder that occurs in young children who experience delays compared to children their age. This research aims to provide oral motor therapy for children who experience speech delay through fun games aged 5 years. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative method, with a case study approach model. The data collection techniques used by this researcher are interview techniques, documentation techniques, and observation techniques. This research was conducted at Al-Aqsa Kindergarten group B with the initials of subject A who was 6 years old. Based on the research results, show that after oral therapy children's motor skills with fun games such as; blowing whistles, pieces of paper, and balls, can increase language development in subject A. With oral motor therapy, can stimulate language development in subject A consistently and easily.  Keywords: Evaluation, Speech Delay Disorder, Oral Motor Therapy.   Abstrak Speech delay adalah gangguan komunikasi yang terjadi pada anak usia dini yang dimana mengalami keterlambatan dari anak-anak seusianya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk terapi oral motor anak yang mengalami speech delay melalui permainan menyenangkan usia 5 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode kualitatif, dengan model pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik wawancara, teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik observasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Al-Aqsha kelompok B dengan inisial subjek A yang berusia 6 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  setelah terapi oral motor anak dengan permainan menyenangkan seperti; meniup peluit, sobekan kertas,dan bola, dapat meningkatkan perkembangan bahasa pada subjek A. Dengan terapi oral motor ini dapat menstimulus perkembangan bahasa subjek A dengan cara konsisten dan mudah. Kata kunci: Evaluasi, Gangguan Speech Delay, Terapi Oral Motor.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of tradisional Lore games on the fundamental locomotor movements of early childhood. The research uses an experimental method with a Pre-Experimental design, specifically a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population consists of children at TK Mesjid Raya Jihad, Padang Panjang, with a total sampling technique involving 18 children as samples. The results indicate that Lore games can enhance the fundamental locomotor skills of children. Before the treatment, the children's locomotor skills were at a low level, but these skills significantly improved after the treatment. These findings demonstrate the positive impact of Lore games on enhancing fundamental locomotor movements in early childhood. Keywords: Fundamental Locomotor Movements, Traditional Lore Games, Early Childhood.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan Tradisional Lore terhadap gerak dasar lokomotor anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pre-Eksperimental, tipe one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian adalah anak-anak di TK Mesjid Raya Jihad, Padang Panjang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, melibatkan 18 anak sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permainan Lore dapat meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar lokomotor anak. Sebelum diberikan perlakuan, kemampuan gerak dasar lokomotor anak berada pada tingkat rendah, namun setelah diberikan perlakuan, kemampuan tersebut meningkat secara signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif permainan Lore terhadap peningkatan gerak dasar lokomotor pada anak usia dini. Kata kunci: Gerak Dasar Lokomotor, Permainan Tradisional Lore, Anak Usia Dini.

Abstract

The study aims to determine whether or not the use of natural educational games has an impact on fine motor development in early childhood. This research uses a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental experimental methods. This study was carried out in RA Perwanida 2 Mataram on children of group B. From the results that have been done educational play tools have been shown to be able to improve fine motorics of early childhood who previously motoric fine children are not very active in their daily life and this can be seen in the experimental group. This is because educational play tools in children's learning activities are very suitable for stimulating the child's natural motor potential which can be obtained from the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of wax painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur'an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon Muaro Jambi. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. The design used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The population in this study was 29 children and the sample in this study was 15 children. The sampling technique used in this research was an observation sheet. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. Based on the discussion of the results of the research carried out, it can be concluded that there is an influence of wax painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur'an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon Muaro Jambi. This is proven by testing the t test hypothesis that tcount (52.316) > t table (2.145), so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the effect size calculation using Cohen's formula, there is a result of 7.11, which means the magnitude of the influence of candle painting activities on the fine motor development of children aged 4-5 years at Al-Qur'an Kindergarten, Jauharul Wathon, Muaro Jambi, which is at a distance of >1 to strong interpretation (Strong effect).   Keywords: Candle Painting Activities, Fine Motor Development, Early Childhood Aged 4-5 Years.

Abstract

This research is based on the background that children's creativity in RA Al-Hikmah, Jambi City is still not well developed. This means that children cannot express their opinions and children cannot do coloring or drawing activities, children cannot produce various innovative ideas and children cannot create their own work. This research aims to determine children's creativity before and after being given action using fun cooking activities and to find out whether fun cooking activities can increase children's creativity. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research. The research subjects were children aged 5-6 years in group B2 at RA Al-Hikmah, Jambi City with a total of 25 children. Data collection techniques use observation. The data analysis technique is by comparing the total creativity value with the maximum value then multiplying by 100% or using a percentage correction formula. The results of the research prove that the increase in children's creativity through fun cooking activities in cycle I increased from 31.71% to 45.28%. Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase from 52.42% to 71.29%. Cycle III experienced an increase from 78.28% to 84.71%. The conclusion of this research is that fun cooking activities can increase the creativity of young children at RA Al-Hikmah Jambi City in the BSB category or high category, namely 84.71%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of substitute parenting patterns on the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years in Bale Belek Hamlet, Wanasaba Lauk Village. This thesis aims to find out: first, the parenting style of substitute parents on the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years in Bale Belek Hamlet, Wanasaba Lauk Village. Second, factors that influence the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years in Bale Belek Hamlet, Wanasaba Lauk Village. The method in this research uses a qualitative research method with a type of descriptive qualitative research, namely research that obtains a systematic, actual and accurate picture of the facts and developments of individuals as they are. Data collection techniques obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Meanwhile, the validity of the data will be strengthened by extending observations, increasing persistence and data triangulation. From the results of research on the impact of surrogate parenting on the social emotional development of children aged 4-6 years, it was found that surrogate parents use parenting patterns, namely: (1) democratic parenting, namely a parenting style that determines the rules but takes into account the child's circumstances and needs so as to shape the child's social-emotional development into being disciplined, honest, studious, self-confident, and good at socializing. (2) permissive parenting style in which the child is given freedom to do whatever he wants. So that permissive parenting patterns shape the social emotional development of children, becoming stubborn, rebellious, always wanting to win on their own, lazy about studying, and lacking discipline and dishonest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify how to improve cognition with the use of educational game tools in PAUD Darussalam Cirebon. The research method of the treatment group was qualitative using observation to PAUD Darussalam Cirebon and then interviews with the principal, teachers of class A and class B and their parents as representatives of class A and class B. The research consisted of children in PAUD Darussalam Cirebon. The treatment group was given access to a variety of educational game tools for one month, while the control group was given no additional intervention. The research method was carried out qualitatively and then observation, interviews and documentation were carried out at PAUD Darussalam Cirebon. The results of the study at PAUD Darussalam Cirebon show that children involved in the use of APE are highly recommended to become school facilities because it is very good for children's growth and development from an early age so that it will be optimal. In addition, APE is a learning medium when in class by learning while playing so that a fun classroom atmosphere is very appropriate for educators at PAUD Darussalam Cirebon. Educators should consider integrating educational play tools into their curriculum as a means to improve children's cognitive abilities. In addition, parents can also take advantage of educational play tools at home to help their children's cognitive development.

Abstract

Educators play an important role in the implementation of education in schools to shape student character and achieve educational success. One way that educators need to do this is the ability to manage time effectively. This research aims to identify the factors that cause teacher tardiness at Al-Mubarok Kindergarten and develop strategies to improve time discipline. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and in-depth interviews. Observations were carried out to observe teacher tardiness and its impact on student activities in class. In-depth interviews were conducted with teachers and parents of students to dig deeper into the reasons for tardiness. The research results show that teacher tardiness not only disrupts the learning process, but also influences student behavior, who tend to become restless and lack discipline. Teachers stated that personal responsibilities at home were the main factor in their tardiness. As a solution, schools are advised to enforce stricter time discipline rules and provide time management training for teachers. It is hoped that increasing time discipline can improve the quality of learning and provide a positive role model for students, thereby creating a more conducive learning atmosphere at Al-Mubarok Kindergarten.   Keywords: Strategy, Educator, Discipline, Learning.
