Abstract

Selama beberapa dekade terakhir ini, para ilmuwan dan pembuat kebijakan baik di negara maju maupun negara berkembang telah menyadari bahwa literasi keuangan pengusaha sangat penting untuk pembentukan dan kelangsungan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada UMKM. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari responden melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Adapun yang menjadi objek di dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Nagari Kapalo Hilalang. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data penelitian ini yaitu analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengeloaan keuangan UMKM. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik pengetahuan keuangan yang dimiliki pelaku usaha akan semakin baik pula pengeloaan keuangan usahanya. Penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan melalui sosialisasi maupun pelatihan–pelatihan yang diadakan oleh pemerintah.

Abstract

Perilaku cyber-loafing yang merupakan perilaku penggunaan internet yang tidak berhubungan dengan pekerjaan dapat berdampak negatif terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan pada organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dampak cyber-loafing terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja tenaga kependidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan fenomenologi untuk mengukur fenomena dari perilaku cyber-loafing pada aspek sumber daya manusia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terhadap informan yang bekerja di perguruan tinggi negeri dan swasta di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku cyber-loafing berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas dan kinerja tenaga kependidikan pada lingkungan kerja mereka. Temuan ini bisa menjadi dasar institusi pendidikan untuk melakukan kontrol dan pengawasan terhadap penggunaan internet oleh karyawannya.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara berpenduduk mayoritas muslim sehingga kehalalan suatu produk menjadi penting bagi masyarakat. Sebagian besar kosmetik diproduksi oleh negara-negara non-Islam, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaksepakatan mengenai apakah bahan baku yang digunakan halal atau tidak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan sikap pembelian kosmetik halal terhadap niiat beli. Bidang penelitian ini masih relatif langka meskipun terdapat kemajuan dalam bisnis kosmetik halal di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini memanfaatkan sampel generasi milenial dan selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SEM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk sikap dan niat beli. Pada akhirnya, ditemukan bahwa sikap memiliki peran mediasi dalam dampak religiusitas terhadap niat beli. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi para pemangku kepentingan industri untuk mengutamakan pertimbangan religiusitas dalam upaya promosi produk mereka, karena hal ini dapat secara efektif merangsang niat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Financial satisfaction is a crucial factor in achieving prosperity. However, the contemporary situation is that the millennial age is perceived as having difficulty reaching financial contentment. This research aims to analyze the factors that significantly influence the level of financial satisfaction of the millennial generation in Pariaman, Indonesia. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey data collection methods. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 100 millennial generation respondents were involved in this research. The results show that financial behavior, and primary agents significantly and positively affect financial satisfaction. On the other hand, risk tolerance, financial self-efficacy, secondary agents, and consumer’s childhood experience do not significantly influence financial satisfaction. This study contributes in improving the understanding of the factors influencing the financial contentment of millennials. The findings make theoretical and managerial advances by assisting millennials in understanding the factors that influence their financial happiness. Furthermore, these findings serve as a foundation for future studies into other factors influencing financial contentment among millennials in Indonesia.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) has been recognized as a key element in achieving competitive advantage and sustainable organizational performance. In a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment, organizations need to develop effective HRM strategies to utilize the full potential of their human resources. This research aims to determine effective HRM strategies in improving organizational performance, with a focus on tapioca flour industry companies in the East Camping region. The case study research method was used to obtain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of HRM strategies in organizations. The sample used was 63 respondents from various positions and roles. The analysis uses a qualitative approach. The contribution of this study lies in proving the importance of strategic human resource practices such as adept recruitment and selection processes, comprehensive employee development initiatives, and sustainable performance management systems. These elements play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance. Therefore, companies are encouraged to delve deeper into integrating new technologies into HRM practices to leverage their potential benefits in the evolving digital landscape. The research underscores that organizations which implement robust human resource strategies tend to achieve superior performance outcomes in contemporary business environments. Such strategies play a crucial role in ensuring competitive advantage and sustained success in today's dynamic market landscape.

Abstract

In this digital era, food delivery services like ShopeeFood are becoming increasingly popular. ShopeeFood plays a crucial role in meeting consumer needs by offering convenience and ease. However, user interface and service quality are critical aspects of the user experience. An inadequate user interface or low service quality can lead to dissatisfaction and influence the user's intention to reuse ShopeeFood. This study aims to determine the influence of user interface (UI) and service quality on the repurchase intention of ShopeeFood users in the Medan Polonia District. The method used a quantitative-descriptive approach. The sample size used is 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the UI has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Moreover, UI and service quality positively and significantly affect repurchase intention. This research contributes valuable insights into the pivotal roles of UI and service quality in shaping the repurchase intention of ShopeeFood users in the Medan Polonia District, underscoring their significance in enhancing user repurchase intention within the digital food delivery sector. Given the increasing reliance on digital platforms for food delivery services, ShopeeFood is a crucial interface for meeting consumer needs for convenience and efficiency. Furthermore, the study emphasizes that the synergistic impact of UI and service quality collectively enhances repurchase intention, offering actionable insights for stakeholders to refine service delivery and maintain competitiveness in the evolving digital marketplace.

Abstract

In this increasingly rapid business competition, business motivation is important to improve the quality of business performance. This is also one way to increase the company's internal strength. This research aims to determine the influence of spiritual and emotional intelligence on business motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with descriptive associative analysis. The respondents of this research are the people of Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling technique is based on a representative sample size, which in this case is 50 samples. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely testing the validity and reliability of research instruments, classical assumptions’ test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study show that spiritual intelligence and emotional intelligence have a significant and positive effect on business motivation, and they simultaneously have a positive effect on business motivation. Thus it can be explained that improving spiritual and emotional intelligence appears as a critical method for fostering business motivation in more competitive situations, hence strengthening internal organizational resilience. The findings contribute in providing useful insights for companies seeking to nurture a motivated workforce by stressing the development of spiritual and emotional intelligence in employees. This technique not only improves individual performance, but it also strengthens the organization's overall ability to prosper in adverse market conditions.

Abstract

Mandalika Special Economic Zone (Mandalika SEZ) has been built and developed to create an independent and sustainable tourism industry ecosystem. The digitization of destinations in the Mandalika SEZ requires the hospitality industry to be able to adapt and respond strategically. The application of technology is believed to be applied in supporting the business continuity of the hospitality industry. This study aims to investigate the perceptions of hoteliers regarding technological adaptation. The method used is a phenomenological qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with five key informants, and documentation. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed by condensing the data, assisted by a coding table. The results of this study found that two important aspects that drive the adoption of technology in hotel operational services are the desire for operational automation and marketing agility. The technology adoption process focuses on hotel operational services that are considered a necessity in the modern era and technological advancements. The existence of this technology adoption indicates the adaptability of technology in the hotel industry. This result contributes as a significant indicator of the progress towards digitalizing destinations, crucial for enhancing the sustainable image of Mandalika SEZ. Consequently, it is strongly recommended to develop an integrated technology application model for operational services, serving as a blueprint for other stakeholders in the hotel industry.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology, such as the emergence of TikTok, have changed how we live, work, and communicate. TikTok is used as an entertainment medium and as a platform to promote businesses because it can reach the target market easily through creative content. This research aims to determine the strategy for using TikTok social media as a promotional medium for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), such as Sultan Mango Malang. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approachData collection techniques were carried out through documentation, observation, and interviews, then analyzed using the data triangulation method. The results of this study show that the strategies successfully implemented by the SMEs include actively following popular trends, interacting directly with the audience, utilizing the live streaming feature, consistently uploading content, working with influencers, and holding discount promos and prizes. It also shows that user participation and interaction are the main keys to assessing the success of TikTok's promotional strategy. Sultan Mango Malang can increase product awareness and improve the quality of services provided as they actively respond to every form of user interaction quickly. Therefore, the findings of this research significantly contribute by offering comprehensive and actionable insights for local enterprises and SMEs aiming to leverage TikTok effectively to enhance sales figures and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract

Economic development in the digital era is very rapid, which also encourages people to gain access to financial product services called financial inclusion. The growing population in Indonesia, which is dominated by generation Z, makes financial inclusion very important for those of productive age. This research aims to determine the influence of financial technology, financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on financial inclusion. The population is generation Z in the city of Semarang, a total of 60 respondents taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection uses a questionnaire with Likert scale parameters. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression and is processed using SPSS version 29 software. Research findings show that the variables financial technology, financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant influence on financial inclusion. Based on these findings, it shows that the better the knowledge related to financial technology, financial literacy and financial self-efficacy, the better the financial inclusion will be.
